I have to chuckle Plumbing by Paul—but our plumber was Bob! My husband and I love convenience, so calling a plumber was one of those tasks we kept putting off. But now, I have to say, Im so glad we finally did, and especially that it was Bob who came to help.Bob was fantastic. He was incredibly friendly, even winning over our dog and our son right away. He took the time to assess the problem thoroughly, asking the right questions to really understand what needed to be done. Bob then stepped out to write up a quote, walked me through it, and got straight to work.The entire experience was smooth, professional, and dare I say, even pleasant! I will absolutely call Plumbing by Paul again and specifically ask for Bob. Next time, I won’t wait so long.

Miguel is the man! I was starting to have some trouble with my hot water heater in between the hurricanes. I was referred to Miguel specifically by a friend. He arrived early, provided a new customer gift, and he was polite and professional. He gave a clear and concise explanation of what was going on with the tank then laid out my options. Ultimately, I decided to have a new hot water heater installed. He was able to run back to the warehouse and conduct the install today! He got the job done timely and the price was fair and competitive. Afterwards, he demonstrated the new shut off valves and showed me how to flush and drain the tank properly. I appreciate Miguel and his hard work! Definitely recommend him and Plumbing by Paul. Thanks again!

I would highly recommend Plumbing by Paul to everyone. A week before Christmas our bathroom plumbing went hay wire w multiple leaks and other problems. Even though this was the holiday season, they scheduled the initial appt. for an estimate within a day. Dave the plumber was warm, knowledgeable, thorough, and thoughtful in assessing the problem. Dave returned with Geronimo as soon as they could, which was Christmas Eve and, with a camera, found multiple breaks in the line caused by tree roots and bad work by previous plumbers. They worked long into the afternoon on this holiday to make the bathrooms minimally useable until they can return in the new year. We greatly appreciated it since we have holiday guests coming.

What a great expierence from the office staff to the technician that came out to my house. A friend sent me the recommendation of Plumbing by Paul because she heard great things. I decided to give them a call because I had an issue with my new appliance and my gas line. The woman that answers the phone and does the schedule is very nice, and helpful. Brian the technian came out to my house last week to go over my options and provided a reasonable quote. I decided to go with this company because Brian was knowledgle, personable and I had a good feeling about the company.They worked with my schedule, and came out Sat morning. Brian moved my gas line, hooked it up to my stove , double checked to ensure there were no gas leaks and checked to see if everything worked ! Success, I have a working gas line and stove. Brian even cleaned up after himself which was nice! From start to finish it was a great expierence using Plumbing by Paul, Ill definitely call on them again if I need any other plumbing services.

I was very happy with the absolute professionalism of the receptionist as well as David. Before the day of our repair appointment, we found another leak coming from a supply line…🤦🏽The technicians that did our repair, David and Phil, did an amazing job on the initial repair, provided a quote for the second leak and then fixed that one as well. They were both very friendly and informative. They also cleaned up after themselves very well. From the competitive free quote to the completion of the repair, we were very impressed and we highly recommend Plumbing By Paul. Brian came over when my kitchen sink pipe leaked and he gave me a free estimate. I normally do some shopping before making a commitment to such a service. But one plumber never got back to me and Brian came by after work, which was a plus. I was given the option to purchase a sink on my own or have them supply the sink. Brian told me everything I needed to know in order to purchase it on my own and offered to come over on a Saturday to install…which is super convenient since I work full time. In all, it took two hours, and now I have a brand new kitchen sink—clean, sleek, and deeper than the old sink. I also have a new, tall faucet with a sprayer, which is better for cleaning dishes and the sink overall. Brian removed all the garbage (old sink, pipes and boxes), and cleaned up his work area when he was done. While he was here, he gave me some estimates on other plumbing repairs or replacements I’ll be considering. Very kind, professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!!!

Plumbing by Paul is fast, reliable and experienced. I had multiple clogs in the span of 6 months. I finally had Paul and team out to video the sewer pipe and clean it. In the process, it was noticed the sewer pipe was cracked and had a sag in a section, so sewage was settling in the pipe. It was determined we needed to place the sewer line from the house to the city service. I worked with Paul and team to run through the process, getting scheduled and ensuring a timely fix. Dave came over and quickly diagnosed the actual cause (not at all what the other company claimed was the source of our leaking shower) in less than 5 minutes and repaired the damaged connection immediately at less than 25% of what was quoted by the other company. The lovely lady on the phone did offer to put me down on a list, so if they finished other jobs early, or could otherwise fit me in same day, they would.So, a few hours later, she both called and texted me that they could come. The two that came out were excellent in troubleshooting where exactly the plug was, and how to best access it to clear it. This is our business location, and apparently the main line was clogged with products that should not be flushed let’s say. He was very professional and polite; you can tell he knew what he was doing; he went out and got the job done from our roof for our main restroom. He definitely deserves a raise! During a home renovation we had some unexpected issues that resulted in needing to replace a water heater asap. We called Plumbing by Paul. They were able to get to us amazingly fast. Troy, Josh and Steven showed up and did a phenomenal job putting in a tankless water heater and fixing the kitchen and bathroom plumbing. I definitely will put Plumbing by Paul on the list of reliable services, for both emergent and regular maintenance situations.

I had a leak in my bathroom shower and expected to have to take out tiles (as was suggested by a leak detection company.) Brian came to give me a second opinion and Im so glad I called!! Brian CORRECTLY diagnosed the leak, which was NOT in the shower and fixed it the same day, saving me thousands of dollars because I didnt need to remove and replace shower tiles. He politely explained everything in a respectful way and worked diligently until 7 PM on a Friday night. Very pleased with such excellent service.
