I felt he was honest. he fixed a pipe quickly after the estimate but honestly told i needed a redo entirely for this old bungalow. i had heard this before but he is the only one who showed up..did the job on this leaking pipe until i can save the money for the overhaul. i cannot tell you how many did not show up. ALSO he found a city leak. UPDATE: HIS GUYS FINISHED THE JOB IN 3 DAYS AND WERE LIKE FAMILY. so nice ..explained everything. . do NOT hesitate to call Joe. he is amazing!!! so is his team. i am very glad i chose him to do this job.

Josh came out on a same day late call Friday afternoon and fixed our drain in 20 minutes after I screwed it up for 6 hours. The price was very reasonable considering the alternative. Thank you so much!!!

I found this company by doing a Google search. It was almost 5:00 when I called and no one answered, luckily before I could dial the next place Joe called me back. I told him my situation and we scheduled a time for the next day. The 2 people who came out were able to find the gas leak in my attic and quickly get it resolved. Over the past 4 years, I have used Knotts plumbing for multiple jobs, leak detection, pipe repair, toilet replacement, toilet and drain clogs, and shower head replacement. Knotts offers a top-level professional service. I have found Joe to be an expert in his profession and will continue to utilize for services anytime I need to call a plumber.

I recently hired Joe to replace a water heater and later had him back again to install a water shut off outside my home which required some old pipes to be replaced as well. He is now the only plumber I will be using! He does great work and is professional and responsive.
