    Just wanted to say kudos for doing a job well done in installing our new outside copper shower. John did a terrific job installing it and made sure everything was set up just right which was a nice touch. Me and my son appreciated the work put into this project to make this happen. John was a pleasure to do business with very outgoing and personable which we both appreciated. He had no problems with installing the large copper shower head which we thought was going to be a potential issue. Again, thank you for coming out and doing fantastic work, will definitely consider you for future plumbing concerns, thanks!!!

    These guys are such good workers that I called them back for a return project! Professional, friendly, informative, and fast!Dan came by a few weeks back to fix a clog that led to a discovery of more pipe issues that would have contributed to more expensive fixes down the line but I am very happy with the result and the hard work put into resolving and preventing more problems!John is here this time replacing a water heater, of course not without its own issues. He had everything resolved and fixed for me to have hot water the same day I called for a quote! I have a new water heater while my old one he also removed for me to be disposed of. Very friendly and good companion for small talk throughout the project.Initially called them up on a quote to inquire about said issues but I was able to get the project started and done right away! Both times they were very informative keeping me up to date on what they were in the process of doing.

    Excellent work with installing our new outside copper shower. John was very knowledgeable in his work came out very early and professionally completed the project displaying great craftsmanship while doing the work. He successfully formatted the shower enabling cold and hot water to come down the shower head. No issues in installing the customized copper shower head. I liked that he added two brass spigots on each end of the outside shower piece one denoting cold water and the other hot water. The brass spigots definitely compliment the copper in aesthetics so thats appreciated. Overall, he did excellent work and was a pleasure to work with great personality as well. Will definitely consider this company again for future plumbing related concerns as the price to perform the work was far more reasonable when compared to other companies out there, highly recommend!!

    Great customer service. They were able to set my appointment asap which was very helpful. My tech was Roman. He showed up on time and was very knowledgeable in his work.     Just had the BEST experience with James K Hafke plumbing! Gabe was my plumber and was so friendly and knowlegeable. Gave me a quote and then knocked out the work. He didn’t mind me hovering over him, answered all my questions and taught me a few things. Did I mention he was super fast and the price was fair. Highly recommend!!

    We were so impressed with Alans work. He came quickly and was able to sit with us and go through all our options for our sewer lines that were backed up. Even our almost 1-year old kept smiling at him. We will definitely be using James Hafke Plumming for our future needs.The company as a whole is very professional and has clear communication. They send a picture of Alan with a description of him when he was on our way which was a nice touch and made us feel comfortable right away.

He did an outstanding job on getting my drain unclogged. It was not a simple job but he was able to rectify my issue.     We recently had Danny from James K. Hafke Associates come out to replace our shower valve, and we couldn’t be more pleased. Danny and his assistant were extremely thorough, professional, and polite. He was clear about the work they were going to do and made sure we understood every step. The quality of the work was excellent, and they left the place spotless. We’ve used James K. Hafke Associates several times now, and they always provide a quick turnaround, often coming out the next day or even the same day. Highly recommend their services!

    I had a challenging situation trying to change out an old faucet. Roman came out to fix the mess and did an amazing job.     I called up for a blocked shower drain. They worked around my schedule and sent a text ahead of time and then again when Jordan was on his way. They had a picture and information about him so I knew who to expect. When Jordan arrived he was very professional. Listened to my concerns and made sure he answered all my questions. He fixed the drain quickly and then made sure I was comfortable before he left. Jordan worked very clean and left the area just as clean if not cleaner when he left. I was quoted before he started and the prices were very reasonable. We will definitely use them going forward. Thank you for everything!

    These guys are the best! I personally use them for all of our home needs and recommend them to clients constantly. Theyre professional, reasonable and always come to the rescue!     Grant Kasnick and his apprentice, Noah were so nice and efficient! Not only did they explain everything up front, they also were extremely careful not to make a mess and cleaned everything up before they left. Six thumbs up. 👍. This is definitely the last plumber I will ever use. ❤️

    Roman and Ben were amazing. Hot water heater had to be replaced due to flooding. They worked all day to get the job done, explained everything to me, and cleaned up after they were done. I have used Hafke Plumbing several times and highly recommend them.

    Hafke answered my call before hours and immediately called me back to schedule a morning visit regarding a leak discovered in the wall. They sent Davelle to inspect. No trip fees. He assessed the leak and damage and provided a quote while he was there. The work required cutting into the concrete and working around old copper pipes. Emile came to help, and the two of them did great work at a reasonable price and got the leak fixed that day. The company contacted me after they left and asked about the quality of work. Hafke came recommended from a family friend who does remodels, and I can see why. Professional, timely, and very thorough in explaining the work and how they were going to fix it. Davelle and Emile were excellent technicians.

    We called James Hafke Plumbing and got assigned John K. We could not be more happy with his service. We called on 8/14 and he showed up later that afternoon and got straight to work. We hired a different company prior and they did more damage then they did good; John K. stepped in and took immediately action. He was able to meet all our needs, and completed the job the same day and was amazing to work with. I would 10/10 recommend James Hafke Plumbing and working with John K. We are customers for life now!!

    I am Extremely Pleased with my first experience with James Hafke Plumbing. Everything about my experience with James Hafke Plumbing from start to finish was Exceptional. First, their technician, Roman, came out to access the damage and give me an estimate. He was very thorough! He found issues that other plumbers had overlooked. He took pictures, reviewed and explained everything to me. He is very professional, knowledgeable, kind, understanding and very patient, as I asked a million questions both before And after the job was done. This turned out to be a Very Big Job as the original metal pipes from the 50s all needed to be replaced with PVC. Over 35 ft. of piping that had to be dug up, cut out and replaced with PVC. An additional plumber, James Blue and his helpers, were scheduled the following business day to start the repairs. James and his helpers did an Exceptional job repairing and installing everything that was needed. They also finished sooner than the time allotted for the job. After James and his team finished with all the pipe replacements, Roman contacted me to see if I had any questions or concerns. Roman and James are both assets to this company who went Above and Beyond to ensure my complete satisfaction with their service. I will Definitely use Hafke Plumbing again for all my future plumbing needs and ask for Roman again. Both of these young men are Exceptional!

    Roman B replaced my tankless electric water heater. He was very professional and provided really good advice. I am very happy with the service and also the price. I strongly recommend Hafke Plumbing to all.Additionally, I had to replace my main sewer line a year ago and Sal was the supervisor who provide me with the estimate.     I want to start off by saying Gabe was a consummate professional and really knowledgeable about the best solution for our older homes plumbing needs. We were able to get our drainage line from our sink fixed very quickly and for a great price! Gabe even provided a course of action to rebuild the drainage system that originally came with our house. When Gabe looked into it we then found out originally the plumbing issue was caused by a mix of the storm damage & the good old landlord special of being initially a poorly constructed system that wasnt even properly secured! This helps us out a lot as my wife & I were wondering what caused the issue initially. We will absolutely be working with this company again absolutely based on this experience and past work weve had done by this company, always happy to be their customer.     Very pleased with my first experience using Hafke plumbing. Had a leaky shower with older faucet/hardware, and was able to get an appointment right away to have it looked at.     First, a quick summary for the impatient: Five stars is not enough for James Hafke Plumbing and their master technician Dan Lewis. We are 100% thrilled with Dans expert work and will absolutely use Hafke Plumbing again. Now, the details: Our house in Historic Old Northeast is almost 75 years old. When we saw (and smelled!) foul water pooling in our crawlspace, we knew we had a problem with our old pipes, and we called James Hafke Plumbing. Hafkes capable scheduler slotted us for the next day, and Dan Lewis, known as Dan L, arrived right on time. Like a fearless spelunker, Dan entered our crawlspace and quickly identified our problem (many problems, actually). Dan effectively explained the situation and showed us photos & video. He presented us with multiple options. We decided to do a full replacement of all outbound pipes. (The estimate was lower than our research suggested and we had tremendous confidence in Dan.) The next morning, Dan arrived with his talented team, Mike Jones & Tanner Perry, and for the next eleven hours they worked under our house (and occasionally in it), removing and replacing pipes. The massive, complex, difficult project ended after dark, in the rain, but Dan, Mike & Tanner somehow managed to maintain a great attitude. Dan returned the next morning, met with the city inspector, and the extensive work was quickly approved. Payment was easy and we received a detailed invoice, copy of the approved permit, and dozens of photos via email moments after completing payment. The bottom line is, if we could give TEN stars to James Hafke Plumbing, we certainly would. Many thanks to Dan, Mike & Tanner for a tough job well done!

    Danny, and his team( Billy and three other gentleman that Ive met) were amazing. Very cohesive. We needed our shower base replaced and lowered. They provided an excellent amazing job.     I am very pleased with the work that was performed at my house.Hafke did a total re-pipe in the crawl space under my 1954 house, replacing all old cast-iron pipes with modern PVC.Hafke also replaced the entire 60 foot long old, cracked, root-infested, crushed main sewer pipe with PVC.This was a huge job with lots of trench digging. Job took a full week, with lots of hard work in the summer heat. I received prompt service. The guys were very hard-working.Hafke seems to have a deep bench. Plenty of guys available to do the work. Austin, in particular, was an excellent project manager. He provided excellent service and excellent pricing for the work I had done. He went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. I would highly recommend Hafke plumbing based on my experience.
