He quickly diagnosed the problem, explained the issue with toilet, quoted price and repaired it in 10 minutes. This is the first time I’ve used their service and everything went very well. Michael B. arrived promptly on both visits to get the large job done. He was very knowledgeable, personable and showed care and pride in his work. This was extra re-assuring for me since this is my dad’s place and not my own. He replaced a garbage disposal, water heater and made sure all bathrooms and sinks were updated. He explained everything very well and in the end, made me feel confident he was the right person for the job. Thanks Michael for taking care of our pipes, job well done!

After my Mom always had a great experience with Garrett Plumbing, I set up an appointment to have some routine issues handled. The pricing was fair for the amount of work done and the plumber, which they had sent over was one of the best Ive had to date. We had a rather urgent plumbing need that required us to have our whole house water turned off until we could get someone out to take a look. Dan from Garrett was able to come out within a day of calling. He was prompt, courteous and very professional. The fix was easy enough for him to do and we were so grateful he was able to address our issue so quickly. Well definitely have Garrett Plumbing at the top of our list should we have another plumbing issue in the future.

A great company that I would recommend! I am so pleased that called Garett plumbing. As soon as I spoke with Chris on the phone, I knew it was going to be a pleasant experience. Chris was so nice to us, professional and very smart. They quoted us for what we asked for, never once tried to upsell us. Garrett plumbing was able to get everything up and running in just one afternoon including running a new water line for the ice maker, installing a new sink and faucet. Used Garrett plumbing for a leak under my kitchen sink. Response time was fast, tech came out and made sure his parking was okay and showed up clean and on time. While on site the technician made sure to walk me through every step and provided fair and honest pricing before moving on with the work. Once the repair was complete not only did he make sure to clean up the mess but also made sure to ask me if I wanted a whole home inspection as a preventative measure. We weren’t charged a service fee and this is probably the best experience I have had with a plumbing company yet. 10/10 I recommend Garrett plumbing for any of your plumbing needs 😊

Our landlord recently hired Garrett to find and fix a leak in our apartment. I dealt with the owners son and a plumber named Jake. Both were extremely professional and hard working,but Jake was our main plumber and I can’t say enough good things about him. It was a tricky job that involved him having to do my apartment and the one above me. Over a several day period Jake worked his tail off and was so kind to our dogs too. I found out his family also fosters animals that are waiting for homes. This just made me like him and his company more. Thank you Jake you’re a true professional.

Had a slow draining bathtub in one area of the house and a slow draining shower in the other. Thought I would need both of them cleared with a snake. Davin came and said lets try something first - do you have a plunger? I have a Baam Air Gun drain cleaner and gave it to him. Three pumps of the air gun and the drain opened up! When checking out the shower in the back he took off the drain cover and showed me a filter basket that was completely blocked. We cleaned that and the problem was fixed. I didnt even know it was there. What I experienced with Garrett Plumbing was incredible honesty and transparency when they could easily have made money cleaning out both drains with a snake. Will definitely call Garrett for anything I need in the future and of course would be honored to have Davin come back if we have a problem!!

Very reliable, prompt and do good work. They arrive at the scheduled time. Not within a window of time. So you are not sitting at home waiting for them to arrive within a 4 hour window. They call ahead to let you know they are on the way. Our plumber was courteous, polite, friendly and very professional. He fixed our leaky toilet quickly not wasting any time. While they charge a trip charge and for time on a quarter hour basis, they are reasonable and fair. I would highly recommend Garrett Plumbing to anyone.

From getting a prompt quote through Gary, to the actual work performed by Carlton, the entire experience was exceptional. My water heater rusted out and started spraying water all over my kitchen at 2:30 am. Gary promptly responded to my call that morning and assured me they could handle the job even though my water heater was in an almost impossible location… Very difficult to get to. Carlton came over to do the repair. He was amazing. First had to pump out all the old water that remained in the tank leaving the sediment which made the unit extremely heavy. To remove it from my home, he used his ingenuity by taking off the handle of my sliding glass door so it would create a space wide enough to take the old water heater out. He spent many hours, working very hard, and leaving me with a perfectly wonderful new water heater and a perfectly clean house. He was very polite and professional and I would highly recommend Garrett Plumbing. Very satisfied and will definitely use them again should I need future plumbing work. I had to have my entire house re-piped as I had a water leak under the foundation for the third time. Several companies were recommended but most plumbers who came out thought the job was too big or too complicated for their company. I chose Garrett Plumbing after finally getting three bids. Gary did an excellent job explaining how the work would be completed. He stopped by several times throughout the two weeks to check progress and answer questions. I couldnt have been happier with Sanford and Doug, the two plumbers who did the work. They arrived on time every morning and worked diligently throughout each day. They were courteous, professional and a pleasure to deal with. Carlton worked one day and he was also an excellent worker. I would be happy to recommend Garrett Plumbing for any plumbing need, large or small.

If you are going to have a plumbing problem, what time better than a Friday afternoon! We had out of town company this weekend and just before we had to go to a family event I discovered that we had a backed up drain which was causing our toilet to not flush and overflow. We had never needed a plumber so my wife set out on the internet and found Garrett Plumbing and saw the outstanding reviews. She called Garrett and explained our problem and they gave us a commitment that they would be out that day even though we were heading into the evening. They arrived as promised and our technician Ed went right to work diagnosing the layout of our drainage system and his plan of attack. Ed took to the roof to run his snake machine through the pipe stack. Eds colleague Carlton arrived on the scene and with the two working together had our drain unclogged and flowing in a little over an hour.I was very impressed with Garrett Plumbings responsiveness, professionalism, and courtesy. We have definitely found our plumber and will be giving them a ring for any future needs! Highly recommended.

It was a tight space to work in, and another company(3rd Generation),sent by American Home Shield, said the only way a ball valve shutoff could be installed was if they cut through my living room wall. I had four plumbing issues that needed attention and Carlton Hughes attended to them. What a joy watching him work and talking with him. He is very thorough and explained the problems. I had purchased a replacement kitchen faucet and Carlton had me call Moen. Without a receipt or a model number of my ‘broken’ faucet, Moen is sending replacement parts and that saved me the cost of a new one. Carlton cleans up any mess where he’s working. His awesome attitude made my experience with him and the company he represents an enjoyable transaction!After the repair parts for the faucet arrived a plumber was scheduled. Unfortunately the faucet could not be repaired so Garrett’s GM Larry B. brought in another faucet. I wasn’t happy with the new one but I chose to have it installed rather than having a sink without a faucet. After a few days I knew the new faucet did not reach far enough into my sink as my back was strained while doing dishes. I called Larry and told him I wasn’t happy. He understood my problem and started searching. After a week of searching with Moen to no avail, Larry found my discontinued faucet on eBay. I am very appreciative of the “extra effort” given to fix the situation. Garrett Plumbing rocks!!!

I have an elderly neighbor who is going blind and during tropical storm Colin we figured out that her sump pump was not working. A long story short she had been taken advantage of by another company and had two sump pumps installed within three years that were not working correctly.I spoke with Larry and explained the ordeal, after a little trouble shooting and some measurements, he had one of his technicians out within a few hours. They figured out that pump was not installed correctly and she didnt need a new one, a quick fix and everything went smoothly. This is not a company that will take advantage, they did a great job, friendly, professional, and I will use them myself!

I was actually referred to Garretts Plumbing by a couple people because of their expertise. Now let me tell you that people rarely take the time to leave reviews unless something goes wrong so take what the previous person said with a grain of salt. I read reviews constantly if Im shopping for a product or using a service; in this day and age you pretty much have to. Ive gone there three times for just a few cheap parts so take what Im about to say for what it is, which is stellar customer service. Im not a contractor so Im not spending a lot of money, so their motivation to please is genuine.I was working on a leaky kitchen faucet a few blocks down from the store and it was just kickin my @##. I invested close to 6 hours trying to get that dang leak to stop. Im a handyman so Im pretty good at fixing things but with this, I met my match. The owner, Larry, was so willing to help me solve the problem while I was in the store. We tried replacing the cartridge ($20) and the seals (he gave me for free). Went back and went to work to no avail. If I coulda thrown the thing out the window I woulda. I called at about 4:50 to try to speak to Larry but he wasnt available so I asked the gentleman on the phone if he had any techs that might be able to help me troubleshoot the problem and he referred me to Terry, the service manager (Not a technician). I spoke to Terry and told him my dilemma and he asked me where the property was and I told him and he said hell right there. This 60+ year old man hopped in his truck and buzzed down to help. He got there, worked on it for about 30 minutes and couldnt get the leak to stop so he went back to the store to grab another part. He came back and worked on it for another 10 minutes. No luck. He then called Larry (the owner) and explained the situation and Larry came by too and together, after about 30 more minutes of working on that #$%#%$, they got it fixed. Thinking surely I was gonna get raked for needing two people to fix it, I asked what the damage was and Larry said Dont worry about it. Huhhhh. I didnt think I heard him correctly. They refused to take any money. Terry lives more than an hour away and Larry came by to help after business hours and didnt even charge me for nearly an hours worth of work. If you find any company that would do that, you better not lose their number.I will continue to use them and I will refer people to them because they went above and beyond when there was not motivation to. Amazingly friendly guys and very knowledgeable.A customer for lifePlease remember to post reviews about all companies you come in contact with but be weary about fake reviews as well. There are companies out there that other companies hire to leave fake reviews so if it sounds really generic, its probably fake. In this new era were in, content and online reputation is everything so do your part to let people know.

My sister and I was very satisfied with the work of Garrett Plumbing. I have to mention that they were late big time on appointment.Had they been on time Id give the 5 star. The serviceman was phenomenal. He explained every step on solving the problem and completed it in a timely manner. Problem exsist again, well ask for him next time.

I broke two pipes under my tub. Mike showed up within 2 hours and was awesome! Very professional, very clean, knew exactly what he was doing, and got it fixed right the first time. Very reasonable pricing...and as the slogan says I would totally trust Mike with a key to my house. Ill be sticking with these guys for any plumbing needs I have, you should do the same!
