Anthony, who answered my call at the office, was incredibly responsive and made sure I was scheduled for service right away. He was professional and took the time to answer all my questions, which put me at ease.When Mark arrived at my home, he was courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. Very happy. Gage came out the same day with his apprentice, text that he was on the way so I wasn’t waiting for hours. I had a slow draining kitchen sink and instead of going on my roof for a much higher cost, which was unnecessary but recommended by some other plumbing companies, he was able to snake the drain and fix the problem at a very fair price leaving me extremely happy. I did not feel nickel and dimed or up-charged, which drives me nuts. Unlike some other companies, Gage cleaned up after he was done and didn’t leave me a mess, which I appreciated.

Extremely happy with their service if you need fast service and ppl that keep their ward call them! I called these guys at 6:30pm to install a hot water heater that I had already purchased. They said they’d come by between 8-10pm. Quincy and Teddy showed up at 9:45 and installed the water heater the same day! Mind you this was right after Hurricane Milton! Prompt, friendly, fair pricing, and trust worthy!

The 1-Tom Plumber team was awesome, I needed a main line clean out performed. They offered up several options. They took the camera down and showed me my problems. I chose the hydro high-pressure option. They were here about 3 hours. They brought in their heavy equipment and got to work showing me their progress along the way. Highly recommend!

Great experience from beginning to end. I was kept up to date through text messages along the way. The plumber who did the work (Stephen Tilton) was real friendly and very professional. I am very, very pleased with Dukie, He is an exceptional professional plumber. He took the time to explain how the drain works and offered advice to break down particles and suggested an enzyme you can get off amazon since we have pets and we wash our cat and dog in the shower and the shower could have gotten backed up and pushed it up to the kitchen sink. Very courteous and kind and treated me with respect, we really dont get that these days especially when everybody is run by corporate. I am glad to support small businesses and get to know our community!! Again he had me impressed with his knowledge i would recommend 1 Tom-Plumber to anyone needing any plumbing issues in their household. These people cant be beat!!

Let me start by saying no one ever looks forward to calling a plumber! after exhausting all efforts as a homeowner to clear a blockage in my kitchen I called the plumber coupon I found in the val pack after looking at their reviews I was comfortable. We had to reschedule it first because I couldnt make the appointment but when Daniel showed up for our second attempt he was very polite and professional he went over my options we agreed on a price and a procedure. then like their slogan says crap happens and he got his camera stuck in my vent stack. Daniel immediately contacted his supervisor Mark who advised him on the next steps which would include digging into the foundation and wall of my laundry room. And then there slogan strikes again crap happens and realize we have a collapsed pipe and they cant get their camera back. at this point it was beyond Daniels comfort threshold so Mark joined the party and came up with a optimistic plan forward that made us comfortable and confident the job would get done. What started as an afternoon snake session, turned into a week-long project. I am very satisfied with the professionalism and the work of Daniel, Mark, and Gage. Mark was very fair in the negotiating for the work as he told me he didnt want a one-time customer he wanted a lifetime client and he made one in our family. We will be recommending one time plumber to all of our friends, family, and neighbors

Steven T. was at our house within a few hours and installed a new water heater in less than 24 hours from our initial call. The water heater was under warranty and we only had to pay for labor. Steven was wonderful to work with. He is a highly experienced plumber, kind, very knowledgable, gave us valuable information on how to care for our new water heater, was great with our family and pets and provided quotes for a tankless system upon our request. We cannot thank 1-Tom-Plumber, Brooklyn, and Austin enough! We had a plumbing emergency and were without water and our original Plumber cancelled on us 30 minutes before they were supposed to come. We were beside ourselves as having a cat rescue we CANNOT be without water. A friend recommended Brooklyn and 1-Tom-Plumber and after calling and speaking with Brooklyn I immediately felt better. I was a crying mess was so overwhelmed with everything going on because water and cleaning is not negotiable within a cat rescue, but they were so kind and calmed me down and sent someone out within 1.5 hours! We had water within 30 minutes. But then when the original plumbing issue we had became an issue again next day and started leaking in another section of the house, they came BACK out that day and we have running water with no issues again! We are so grateful to have found this company and know that they will treat us well for any plumbing needs in the future. Nothing seems to bring people together like animals and we are beyond grateful!

Just like to thank 1-Tom- plumber they did an awesome job on installing my gas water heater weve been without hot water since Thursday of last week. They came out diagnose the problem and told me they could rebuild my pilot assembly but, by being 14 years old it would be better replace it and I could really tell the difference from my water temperature in my house and everything so I think it was the right advice they gave me and I appreciate their honesty👍 The hot water tank was installed in a couple hours and we have hot water😅 I appreciate the help and keep up the good work.
