I called All Brick late on a Friday afternoon after hearing what turned out to be three bricks falling out of the front of our house. A brief Google search revealed a lot of options, but All Brick was only a couple of miles away, so I figured it would be a good place to start. So, I made a phone call fully expecting to leave a message before the weekend. However, there was an answer, and it was Mike.Mike was at our door 20 minutes later to evaluate the situation. After a few moments’ assessment, he told me what would need to happen, and what it would cost. He offered a couple payment options, and said he could tackle the job as early as the following week. We ultimately agreed on a price and payment schedule (1/3 Down, and the rest distributed across 6 monthly payments), and set up a plan for the following Tuesday.On Tuesday, Mike and his crew showed up at 8:00am and got right to work. The job of tuckpointing is not the quietest in the world, however the team was polite and considerate, and created no more noise or disruption than the job required. Over the next few hours, the lost bricks were replaced, and the tuckpointing from the location of that loss, up to the home’s roofline, was completed. The jobsite was cleaned up to its pre-work condition – an often-overlooked aspect to projects such as these (in my experience). We paid the agreed upon amount and were left quite happy with not only the fix, but the overall aesthetic improvement as well.Masonry is not a skillset that I possess. I had never had to deal with it, and did not know much about it beyond the basic concept. My father-in-law, however, knows these things well and once operated a construction company in North Carolina, long ago. He was taken with not only the quality of work, but also the price and timeframe.With the work completed, all that was left was to make the monthly payments, which were completed yesterday. The entire process was EXTREMELY low stress, even though it fell at a terrible time for my family, both practically and financially. We have been very pleased with the work done, the people who did it, the cost, and the process of paying the monthly installments. All of the interactions we had with All Brick’s personnel were pleasant and professional. Additionally, of all the unexpected issues our household has dealt with this year, and there were a great many (car issues, full HVAC replacement, water heater replacement, tree removal, and home damage caused by the tree removal), this is the only one that was not just an ongoing heart attack.I cannot recommend All Brick enough. When the money tsunami of this year settles down, I fully intend to call Mike back out to address the rest of the tuckpointing needs on our 100+ year old home. Mike was able to get me in fairly quickly after being recommended by a friend to do tuckpointing I desperately needed on multiple exterior walls of my house. His crew finished the work in a reasonable amount for a reasonable price and did a great job!

I would recommend working with Mike and the team. They were professional, nice to work with, did a good job, cleaned up well, and communicated on arrival times. The quote was fair, but I do wish I walked around to clarify what certain things meant in the quote, what materials they were using, etc because I did end up needing to add to the quote.

100% quality work.Our interior brick walls had mortar that would come off if rubbed it was so bad.These guys finished roughly 300+ sqft of walls total in ~8 hours. They worked hard and efficiently.Wife is extremely happy with the results.I highly recommend.

Contacted All-Brick (and two other masonry companies) for bids in September 2023. All-Bricks quote was inline with the two other bids for this small project. Intended to try to tackle the project myself but never got around to it. I called All-Brick one week ago and they squeezed my project in today. Happy with their prompt service and communication. Their work is still curing and looks great so far.

Mike at All-Brick Tuckpointing was recommended by our contractor. He gave us a very fair quote the day we called, came and completed our project in one day (just a week after the quote was given). They were prompt, professional and very easy to work with. We arent from St. Louis, and have had a hard time finding people that do quality/well-priced work. These guys were that, we will definitely have them come back as we have more work come up.

We would definitely recommend All Brick Tuckpointing! Mike (the owner) was prompt, courteous, professional, and thorough and the price was very fair. And if there were weather (or other) delays or if the timeline was expedited, Mike would communicate with us and provide us an updated timeline. This really meant the world to us since we have hired other companies to help us with other projects and we end up begging for communication... not with Mike.We also really appreciated how Mike would stop by to check on the crew and even did some of the work himself. In our experiences, that is a rare occurrence; so we appreciate the extra efforts that this company provides in their services and in addressing our peace of mind.The crew was very polite and hard-working and cleaned up after themselves and their work was topnotch. And we were very pleased with the way they were able to color-match the mortar on the rest of the house and chimneys... Our entire brick home had sporadic joints that needed to be tuckpointed and they addressed them all (after walking around the entire house with us).There were a couple of instances where some of their tuckpointing work had to be addressed (for minor reasons), but Mike and his crew promptly came back out and addressed them, even after we paid the entire invoice. He takes pride in making sure the customer is happy and satisfied with the work, and will do everything possible to do so.We can honestly say that we are extremely pleased with their work. Its amazing how hiring the right person for the job can transform the project. And All Brick Tuckpointing has really transformed the exterior of our home for the better.

Mike was nearby when I cold-called him. I was having and electrician put in a security light when all the mortar around the mounting point turned to dust. He came over in an hour and repaired the space in 20 minutes. (Thanks man!) Ill have him back to do the entire sides of the house soon.
