Louis came at exactly 7am (as promised) and completed exterior EFS work on dormer chips and cracks and also repaired water-damaged crown molding in our 70 year old home. Work was outstanding and bid was much cheaper than other bids I received.

Needed much plaster work after purchasing a 1935 Tudor that had been poorly patched throughout years of prior ownership that decided to treat plaster like drywall at the expense of aesthetics of every room. Received multiple bids and the Woemmel team appeared to be the most helpful and competent pointing things out others did not, and pricing was competitive. Everything from their execution, attention to detail, respectful cleanliness of the job site, and easy billing process made Woemmel a joy to work with. It was also good to know they had countless experiences working with historic homes (they are a staple in the Lafayette Square neighborhood).

Well, hard to rate: The artisans (Lewis and Arion) deserve 10 stars, they are top notch, communicated when they would arrive, actually showed up, their work is pristine (100 year old concrete structures on our property), they are so polite, cleaned up meticulously. They missed one small area, but thats understandable given the job. However, the owner (?) is difficult. Be sure to really nail down the details in the initial bid, otherwise the final bill may be confusing-- the way they charge didnt make sense (charge us the estimate AND hourly for the work on the estimate??) Be sure to get the work to be done with clear detail so there is no dispute-- and youll be happy with the actual work!

When a large crack opened in the living room ceiling of my 100-year-old home, I called Woemmel. The project manager told me the plaster ceiling was falling away from the wooden lath. Woemmel removed about 40% of the ceiling. Then Woemmel installed metal lath and new plaster. The skill of the plasterer was exceptional. I couldnt be more satisfied.

I’m so impressed with my walls and ceiling, there were a lot of holes made to fix a gas leak and Woemmel got me together. They were so professional and extremely clean.

I own a 12,000 square foot office and warehouse in South Saint Louis with a unique parking structure and futuristic 1950s era plaster detailing. This Spring a car smashed into two of the support columns resulting in extensive damage. Woemmel was prompt and professional in examining the damage and provided a competitive bid for repairs. They did a simply amazing job of repairing the damage. I was totally impressed! Highly recommend them!

This is an exceptional company. The office staff was prompt at setting up my appointment and sending out my bid. My plaster damage consisted of bubbling, water damage and areas that had fallen off the wall. The plasterers were at my house for 2 days. Each day they were on time, courteous and kept their work areas neat and tidy. I watched them work for a little bit and Im just impressed by their craftsmanship. My walls look as good as new, the texture matches the rest of the rooms and you cannot even tell where the damage was. Now, I did spend a little more with this company than I had with other plasterer, but whomever said you get what you pay for, is right! I hope I dont need any more work any time soon, but I know who Ill be calling when I do.

My husband and I thought we could redo our ceiling in the basement, which entailed removing old popcorn ceiling. Well we bit off more than we could chew and didnt know what to do because our basement remodel was on hold until the ceiling was done. We called Woemmel, Mark came out and said his guys could get this done in no time. They showed up at 7am on our scheduled day and knocked out our entire basement in less than 6.5 hours, which included covering up where we filled in where a railing used to be. Beyond impressed with the work and professionalism. We will be using them in the future and telling everyone to use them!! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

Hired woemmel plastering to fix my ceiling. They did an amazing job. Fair price and on time everyday. Communication was big for me and they did an amazing job at it.
