Our garbage disposal was leaking and was very loud. I picked up a new one at Lowe’s and asked Village Plumbing to install it. It was the day before Labor Day, so I wasn’t expecting they would be available until the next Tuesday. Monday morning the son of the owner called asking when it would be convenient for him to come. Adam Vogel was very proficient, plus he took care of an issue with one of our bathroom sinks.

Just had a wonderful and professional experience with Village Plumbing. My shower valve was leaking to the point of me needing to shut off the water to the house. I called Village and he looked at my pictures I sent to him, quoted the job and sent the team over within a few hours.Very knowledgeable and professional. Got the job done and cleaned up in a little more then an hour.I would recommend them to anyone and we may use them for our future jobs as we are renovating our house and will need some additional plumbing help.

Had a main leak towards the house by the street. Thankfully my neighbor knew Village Plumbing. First time customer and they sent someone out within the hour....Someone capable, friendly and completing the job with quality workmanship. Very reasonable cost! Im almost happy it happened so we now I know who to call next time!

Very friendly and personable while still being very professional. Repairs were accurately quoted and efficiently repaired with no surprises. Have always had the perception that hiring a plumber was SO expensive, and Village Plumbing proves that it does not have to be. It feels good to find a trade company that you can trust to know you can rely on in the future if needed. Definitely recommend!!!

We had extensive plumbing needs including re-pipping the old copper plumbing and replacing with Pex. In addition to this we replaced toilets, installed a new water heater, garbage disposal and installed new faucets. Pricing was very fair and all the work was done in a timely manner and within the estimate provided. The owner, Chris Vogel, has extensive knowledge & experience and all of the work performed was top notch. Village plumbing is a family owned and operated doing business in St Augustine for over 30 years and they will certainly receive all of my plumbing needs in the future. I absolutely can and will recommend Village Plumbing!

Adam removed the old things and all the packaging from the new things.His work was professional and he was very courteous and respectful. They are amazing. Called them for an emergency when I had a leak in the front yard. I know they were fully booked that day but they managed to get someone there that same day. They explained what caused the leak, they did a thorough job with the repair and their price was reasonable.

I am not a handy person in general and called for an issue with our disposal that I thought was burnt out and completely broken. I spoke with Chris, who was friendly, informative and professional. He asked me a few questions about my issue and was able to troubleshoot everything over the phone and walked me through a simple fix. I got a quote from another company who didnt ask any questions and just wanted to put me on the schedule and while getting a second quote from Chris was able to fix it myself. The time he took and professionalism he showed was not lost on me and I will be sure to call him for any issues we have down the road.
