These guys are the best! Have had need for three jobs recently ( replace hot water heater, toilet tank overflowing and kitchen sink leaking all over floor). They were polite, punctual and very professional. Frankie in the office sounds like the energizer bunny. Only words of praise for this company. Call them. You won’t regret.

Great Company! They did all the plumbing on our new-build house and it was quite a project! The quality of their work was top shelf and they were all very nice. They were on time, in budget, efficient and responsive. I’ve waited almost a year to review, because I wanted to see how things held up and how they responded if there were any issues after the fact. Happy to say they’ve outperformed with those criteria as well. Couldn’t recommend them any higher. You won’t be disappointed if you hire them.

Best customer service ever!! Frankie in the office is such a joy to talk to. She was very helpfull with scheduling and rescheduling. The plumber Bo was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help with our situation.

We had a broken toilet emergency today. I did both a Google and NextDoor search, and based on reviews, I called Atlantic Plumbing Services LLC. The office people were very nice ... said they were booked up but would talk to a tech and call back. She called back within 10 minutes and said the guys would work us in between jobs. Mike and AJ where here within an hour and had the whole job, plus a little clog fixed in nothing flat! Were very pleased with their work and the prices. Well use them for the next planned plumbing project and any future emergencies! 5 Stars!

Atlantic Plumbing is simply the best contractor Ive worked with. My first review on them, but hardly my first time using them. They have CONSISTENTLY exceeded expectations -- helping out in emergency situations from outdoor water main leaks, to minor indoor issues.The team is trustworthy and honest in their assessments and highly skilled in their work. I have never had a negative experience with the company and am always impressed with their professionalism from the office staff to the folks helping me out.Ive personally had Kyle, Gerald, and Zack working on my home and all of them are exceptional. Cannot recommend them enough!

We have been using Atlantic plumbing for almost 2 years for all our plumbing concerns. They are professional, friendly, prompt and a great value! The scheduling team gets you on the schedule at soon as they possibly can and the plumbers go out of their way to do an excellent job taking pride in their craft. Just recently my elderly parents had a plumbing emergency leaving them without water. Tonya was able to find a team to send over right away!! Amazing! And not only were they able to go straight away, my parents were so grateful for their work they wanted to adopt them! :) Gerald and team spent the time to determine the cause of the issue and repaired it in such a way to leave my parents feeling safe and informed. We used them again,at my home, not 2 days later and Gerald once again did a great job installing a new box and shutoff valves for a washer and dryer as well as replacing a dishwasher shutoff valve. Theyll return next week to install new valves for my shower. I highly recommend Atlantic Plumbing for your plumbing needs. We are so thankful for their professionalism, work ethic, integrity, and excellence!!

Excellent customer service and experience using Atlantic Plumbing. We had an issue with our plumbing backing up. Fornatuely this Company has a camera and was able to detect the problem right away (broken pipe). They repaired the drain pipe the same day.

We found our new plumbers! Beau and Kyle worked tirelessly to resolve a warranty issue with Rheem. This included chasing down a new unit in Jacksonville and doing an immediate install. After 5 days without hot water, we were extremely grateful for their persistence!

Kyle and his crew have done numerous jobs for us and they are so incredibly reliable. We highly suggest using them! They are clean, timely, easy to work with, friendly and would never have the heart to screw you. Which is Very hard to find in the construction world!

Eric and Drew came out to my house last week to move shower water lines, a shower drain and reposition the toilet PVC pipe on a master bathroom remodel I am doing. I was impressed before they even got to my house when I received a call asking if they could come earlier than the scheduled time to start the work. Eric and Drew did great work for me and took time to answer a few questions and offered advice items for me to consider as I was rebuilding the bathroom. They did quality work, did it quick and they were more than friendly to talk with during their time at the house. I honestly dont do online reviews but Eric and Drew earn some good praise for their work. I have more work to do in the house and I will be re-using Atlantic Plumbing Services again!

A company that writes customer service in capital letters! Excellent experience from initial call to schedule to execution. On-time, great quality of work performed and great price. The team left the site and cleaned it up nicely. All-in-all could not wish for a better plumbing service. Have found my plumber of choice in the St. Augustine area.

This company recently re-piped our entire house. The owner and his employees showed up on time, were very courteous and hard working. We were only without water for a few hours during the 3 day job. They even cleaned up after themselves and did a fantastic job. I would definitely recommend this company for any plumbing needs.

Kyle Jones, owner of Atlantic Plumbing came to my house to look at a possible slab leak. He gave me 2 options - fix the leak or repipe. Since my house was over 60 years old and so were the pipes, I decided to repipe. The house was a definite challenge since most of it was concrete block. It took close to 5 days and Kyle’s crew - Steve, Jeramy and Evan - were amazing. When they left each day, my house was spotless. They worked as a team and all were very considerate of my space. The price was reasonable for the amount of work they had to do. They even added some extras that will make my life easier in the future. I highly recommend this Company and it’s crew for all your plumbing needs.

When my parents needed a emergency re-pipe due to a slab leak, Atlantic plumbing was just a phone call away, they showed up as soon as we called them. The quality of work was great as well as their professionalism. Its hard to find such a good plumbing company these days. The owner was on-site and treated the job as if it was for his own parents. I cannot thank them enough for such great work. I recommend these guys for all your plumbing needs.
