I Called the office the morning I was leaving after visiting my dad, noticed a leak in the bathroom tub and the drain needed to be replaced due to heavy corrosion. I texted over photos of the tub which they accepted so they knew what they were dealing with. They sent over Timothy who replaced the Moen cartridge And repaired The drain all within an hour. After finding that my hot water was running out far more quickly than usual, I called Pack’s Plumbing to repair my Rheem hot water heater. I had never used them before but had seen their truck in the neighborhood and figured they were worth a try. Josh arrived right on time and after a friendly introduction went right to work. Believe it or not, he pointed out a black snake that was slithering around the water heater’s tank base and was kind enough to remove and relocate it from my garage before settling down to diagnose the problem. After taking some electrical readings , he informed me that there are two heating units (upper and lower) and that the lower unit (thermostat and heating coil) wasn’t functioning properly and needed to be replaced . He recommended. that since the lower unit had already failed, it would be wise to replace the upper as well .’Josh already had the heating kits in his truck and proceeded to install them. I had just had a water softening system put in a month earlier but I could see that both of the old heating elements that Josh removed were heavily coated with mineral deposits from the previously hard water. I was happy that I followed his advice and replaced both. Josh completed the job perfectly , cleaned up with meticulous care, all at a cost that was incredibly reasonable and fair. I would not hesitate to use PACK’s plumbing again and would recommend them with absolute trust and confidence .Thank you Josh for your competent , professional and caring service. They scheduled a time and were able to come earlier due to an opening. Josh came and assessed the issues and got straight to work. THE ABSOLUTE BEST! I called Vanessa for a second opinion on an estimate that I got from another company. When I described my plumbing emergency Vanessa was super knowledgeable and knew exactly what needed to be done. She sent Josh out the next day. He not only fixed the problem but made sure and explained everything so I completely understood before he left. They both know their plumbing inside and out. After interviewing three other plumbing companies we went with Packs Plumbing. From the very start they were very professional. Josh answered all our questions, took pictures, inspected the plumbing system and sent us a detailed estimate. It was a big job and my husband and I were confident they were definitely up to the task. We were not disappointed. Two plumbers arrived for our scheduled appointment and they worked together seamlessly for three days. They made clean cuts through the walls leaving very little damage and cleaned up afterwards. They had all the proper plumbing supplies and materials on hand. We were amazed how quickly they worked. They came back after the job was done and did a complete inspection. We are very happy with the work they did and wholeheartedly recommend this company for any plumbing work.

I recently had a new water heater installed by Packs Plumbing. A couple years ago I had hired Packs Plumbing to do a small job installing a dishwasher connection under my kitchen sink. I was very impressed at that time with the job they did and figured I would contact them first when I decided to replace my water heater. I am glad I did. They came out and gave me a fair estimate for the job, scheduled the work very quickly, showed up on time and did a very professional installation. Corie was the plumber who did the installation. He was meticulous, neat, courteous, and gladly answered all the many questions I had. He was very professional and you could tell he took a lot of pride in the quality of his work. Packs Plumbing will be my first choice for all my future plumbing jobs.

Excellent job Packs Plumbing all the way around, from Vanessa in the office to Cory doing the repairs. Our main water line from the city to the house broke at 01:00 in the morning. Called Packs during business hours later that morning, and even though they were quite busy, they managed to get the repairs completed before noon. When Cory arrived he was personable, professional and very knowledgeable. The leak was repaired quickly and Cory did an excellent job. Have been using Packs for years and in my opinion, they are the best in the business!!!

We did a complete master bathroom remodel. Both the carpenter and the tile installer recommended that we use Pack’s. We were not disappointed. Vanessa was excellent to deal with and helped us get the fixtures for our remodel. When we had delays they worked around our schedule to get things done. Dale had lots of helpful ideas about where to place our fixtures and the most efficient way to move our supply lines.

Josh showed up to assess the amount of work and then Robert and Mike came in to tackle the job of relocating my shower drain and toilet drain. They were all very polite, respectful and clean. We had Josh save the day! My husband, my one year old, and I had been without running water after a pipe burst and flooded half our house. The second our insurance company gave us the go ahead to get someone to fix the pipe and turn the water on we called Packs Plumbing, Inc. Fast forward three hours later, the pipe is fixed and our water is back on! Josh was very nice, professional, explained and showed us what had happened and what he was going to do, and even took the time to answered a couple of unrelated questions my husband had about some other pipes on the opposite side of the house.

Excellent! Plumbers arrived about an hour after I called. Problem was slow flushing and random 5 minutegurgling.Within 5 minutes they property diagnosed the problem as a full solid holding tank that resulted in a clog in the pipe to the liquid holding tank. They were able to unclog the pipe. Problem solved! Holding tank pump out will be scheduled in the next few days. Two gentleman were professional and very efficient. Best plumbers!

Saturday night around 1 am I realized my front yard was flooding and there was water bubbling up on the grass. The city came out at 3 am to cut the water off. Sunday early morning I called Pucks Plumbing since they are one of the few that have an emergency service during the weekend and I left a message. 10 minutes later I got a call back from a very helpful Vanessa and 1 hour later Packs Plumbing arrived. Robert was very friendly and very efficient and could not have wished anyone better. I think I just found a plumbing company I will stay with. Thanks Vanessa, Robert for such a quick service on a Sunday morning

I had Jay, the owner, come out for a re-pipe estimate on a duplex with a slab leak. I got the impression that he was very knowledgeable, and he was thoughtful with how they could execute the re-pipe to minimize collateral damage (i.e. cutting drywall, tile, etc). They also have someone on the team capable of doing drywall repairs, so that would save hiring another contractor for just that part. Unfortunately, I didnt end up hiring them due to scheduling; I needed to get the water back on ASAP for the tenant and they were busy. However, I would definitely call them for my next plumbing needs and suggest that you do too!

LOOK NO FURTHER! THESE GUYS ARE THE PLUMBERS TO CALL!AMAZING SERVICE!! Joshua, our service guy, was very nice and personable and VERY HELPFUL. He was here to fix my leaky drain pipes, but while he was here he noticed that our Moen faucet was leaking too, from the inside. Once he saw that, he called Moen, here on the premises during his visit, and after telling them the model number and sending a picture, Moen is sending us a new faucet for free! I dont know if every faucet manufacturer will do this, but just the fact that Joshua was willing to call them and get them to send us a new one was very unexpected and VERY nice!!Thank you Packs Plumbing!!

My very old water heater died and while I called home depot first; they never called me back. I was told to give Packs a call. Vanessa in the office was super awesome and got me scheduled and set up and was nice and friendly on the phone. I wasnt here during removal and install of the new heater my brother was, but the techs communicated with him every step of the way and were more than happy to talk to me on the phone and get pics to me as issues arose. They took care of everything and Im very thankful for their professional conduct and quality of work. I will absolutely be using them for any future plumbing needs.

I have a home that I Airbnb and the guests broke the outside shower along with the spigot for the outside hose. I called several plumbers and from the person who answers phone down to the plumbers themselves are #1 in customer service. They are the BEST ! One of their guys was on his way to another call but was kind enough to stop and turn water off and assess problem for his co-worker who would be assigned my call. He communicated to his co-worker what needed to be done and prepped area so it would be a smooth repair for his co-worker. About an hour later the co-worker arrived and took care of the repair.
