We recently used TRC for an HVAC tuneup and to relocate a register. The person doing the tune up, Yuri, was polite and thorough, catching some issues that had been missed before. He didnt pressure me or try and sell me things we did not need. The work to relocate the register by Darryl was done efficiently and he did a great job of cleaning up after. I look forward to working with them more in the future.

We have had our heat pump for about ten months now, and we love it. We were prepared for a higher electric bill, but that didnt happen. The installers were fantastic, they left the attic cleaner and more organized than they found it. To our surprise, there is not a heating element in our heat pump: it somehow works by finding heat, or cooling, from the outside air. Seems like magic, but works wonderfully. Thank you TRC, for a fantastic job......would recommend you any, and all days.

Performed a full Heat Pump install April 2023 and made sure we received all rebates.Crew were all professional and did a good job.08-2023AC stopped working on 100+ day, called in the afternoon andTRC team came a few hours later to troubleshoot. Some wires at the disconnect box had become loose, Chris tightened and AC was back running.I would recommend their pricing, install and service after install.

Gotta give a shout out to TRC - Todds Repair and Construction for an complete awesome experience. Owner Chris Todd, and his team were definitely the right choice! Informative, competitively priced, conscientious, polite, and a virtually seemless install/conversion of gas to electric heat pump. Left the house and yard spotless when they were done.I met with a lot of HVAC salesmen, and am very happy with my pick. If you need HVAC service, repair, replacement or upgrade, I highly recommend TRC. From top to bottom …. quality!

The team here did a fantastic job rerouting a gas pipeline and installing an electric water heat pump. It was completed on time and on budget. They followed up with the local permit inspection and did so much more great customer service. I would definitely use them again.

After several attempts to fix my furnace, which would work temporarily before failing a few days later, I called TRC. Their response time was incredible. TRC had someone on site the next morning to diagnose the problem, and a technician back later that day to replace the broken part. The price was extremely reasonable and the service was outstanding. Definitely going with TRC when it comes time for a unit replacement.

My a/c stopped working, they quickly diagnosed that I needed a new unit and provided me with a room a/c until my new equipment could be installed. These guys were spectacular. They did everything right: honesty, quality, professionalism, and good customer service. Chris, Matt, and the rest of the team were so easy to work with. The project was big and took a whole week, so I had been nervous about how it would affect my ability to work from home. TRC worked with my schedule and made it easy to know what times of day I might be affected if I had a meeting. And they did it all while cleaning up after themselves—when they left, it looked like nobody had ever been there.Also, when it came time to pay, Chris informed me that the final total was actually over $1,200 LESS than the initial quote! Who does that?? That’s the definition of integrity. Definitely go with these guys. I won’t ever call anyone else.

Chris and his team from TRC came out to repair our HVAC system. It was 30 years old so werent hopeful. Chris was incredibly kind, knowledge, informative and patient with us. Once we realized we needed to replace it, he walked us through exactly what he thought we needed and never once tried to upsell us on anything extravagant that we didnt need. This is a big ticket item that we hope to only purchase once and we valued his honesty and thoughtfulness each and every step of the way.We had other companies come out and they all quote us exorbitant prices for the exact same Lennox system and Whole House Fan we got from Chris and tried upselling us on these wild systems that we just didnt need for our small 1740 sqft house. Chris prices were incredibly fair and at a good value for all the work they did.They replaced our entire system, switching us to an electric heat pump and moving the outdoor unit to the other side of the house, installed a whole house fan (which we love!), installed new vents, and moved everything out of our hall closet and into the attic to save space. The team was clean, thorough and efficient. Highly recommend!

Nothing but praise for this company. Fair price, quality service, and straight forward communication. Replaced complete HVAC system including removal of old duct work + installed a completely new electric panel. One more benefit, because they were on the SMUD approved contractor list, I got rebates for both services and TRC handled the rebate process for me.
