I hired A&G electric to install solar panels on the roof of my house.Prior to work starting, I received a consultation regarding the number of panels needed to cover my energy costs and what was doable given my existing electric panel. I then received a detailed proposal where costs, number of panels, and expected solar output were outlined.The team was very punctual and completed work on time as promised. After the installation, they made sure everything was functional and the grid showed up on the phone app, which can be used to monitor the system.Some time after the work was done, I had questions about permits as well as grid output, and the team was extremely responsive and helpful.As described above, my experience with A&G Electric was great and Iβd recommend them to anyone looking for quality solar installation work. -

I would definitely recommend this company to anyone in Sacramento or West Sacramento looking to go solar. They are the best and gave me the best quote. Im so happy with my new solar panels, big time savings on my electricity bill. PLUS Alex was able to help me find someone to redo my roof since it didnt have that much life left. -

These guys are the best solar installers in all of Sacramento. They are fast, professional, more affordable than any other company that quoted us and the best part is it feels like theyre human without constantly trying to upsell to us. Our solar now allows us to run our heater in the winter and AC in the summer (so were always comfortable) without worrying about high PG&E bills. I highly recommend them! -

If I could give A&G Electric 10 stars, I would! Earlier this year Alex designed and installed our home solar system with a backup battery. We wanted a robust system that could run our now fully electric home year-round and since we had just converted from a gas furnace to a heat pump there was no benchmark for how much energy we would need. We are generating enough energy, despite being winter as I write this review, to be fully self-generating overall so Alex sized the system just right. We know that our system is so much better than any we would have gotten from the major players (Sunrun, Tesla, etc.) or some local crew that does not really comprehend the serious electronics going on behind solar energy generation. Alex is a master electrician who has focused his considerable knowledge and expertise to providing his clients with the best home solar systems. When the city inspector came to sign off on our project, he praised Alexβs work and said that it was the best he had ever seen. And when there were decisions to be made to balance costs and rewards, he walked us through the process with a focus on getting the best system possible with absolutely no push towards spending more money. I have worked with many contractors over the years and Alex is absolutely a cut above the rest. Alex is as well a truly nice guy and I really enjoyed working with him on the project. Everyone on his crew was the same and all were very respectful to us and of our home. Look no further than A&G Electric for your solar install because I donβt believe there could be a better solar installer in the Sacramento region. -
