Thank you to Priority 1 Electric for coming out on a moments notice to fix an issue in our house. I called late in the afternoon with an urgent issue, and Don got someone to our home within an hour or two. Mike Did some great work to fix some wires that were causing outages in our house and explained everything clearly to me. Respectful and professional, I will be using them again in the future.

Talk about customer service. Wednesday, July 3rd at 6:30pm our power goes out om the hottest day of the year. Also happens to be the night before a holiday. One phone call to Priority 1 Electric, Mike, their electrician showed up within the hour. Mike was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. I had a million questions and Mike Camy and professionally explained everything and was very reassuring. We had our power back on by 8pm. Our family and our dogs thank you. We would highly recommend Priority 1 Electric.

I needed some old, obsolete electrical conduit and wiring removed from the exterior of my home. In addition to this work, I had two new outlets with a new breaker installed in the backyard for the backyard railroad I am building with my grandkids. Casey did a great job from the estimate through the completion of the project! I highly recommend Priority 1 Electric!!

This the 2nd time we have used Priority 1 Electric. Frank and Mike did a great job. Our job was a little tricky and involved them drilling through redwood beams to place electrical boxes in our ceiling so we could add light fixtures. They nailed it!! and we appreciated how they took extra step to cover our floor and furniture with drop cloths. Would recommend and use again!!!

This is the 2nd time we needed them. Always friendly, always informative, always AVAILABLE. Called another and the nearest appointment was over 2 weeks away. That doesnt work when you have babies that need AC. Highly recommend. -- They are also available 24/7 but we elected to wait until morning. If you need someone NOW, Priority 1 should be your first call.

The owner of this company is a gentleman to whom I owe a very big thank you too .. my fridge panel went out and in a frantic omg my food call he literally gave me million dollar advice for free which is why and because I had other issues also when it came time to pick electrician I 100% hands down called out to this company. Tech was SUPER FRIENDLY !! reasonable also didnt try to upsell just to me this or that lets go further and bam.. excellent service. Thats all it takes sometimes is to slow down and love your Job.. I live in Elk Grove and I called out this company to install an exhaust fan in my master bathroom and figure out why my outdoor lights were not working properly. This company came out the same day I called them and the electrician that came to my house was very helpful and really new what he was doing. He fixed all my problems and now I am a happy camper!! If you are looking for an electrician in the Sacramento area, call these guys - you wont regret it.

Absolutely excellent, clear communication from initial inquiry to completion of job. I work nights, and they sent an extra electrician along to try to complete the job in one day instead of two so I wouldnt have to get up after 3 hours sleep two days in a row. Solid work, and didnt leave the place trashed like too many contractors Ive worked with in the past have -- they actually left it cleaner than when they got there! Would use them again in a heartbeat.

May have been pricey but they were prompt, so no regrets.Breaker blew on a Saturday at dinner time when it was 104 out still, and couldnt reset it. I was able to describe the issue and their weekend night fee was cheaper than another companys.Got a call back after within the hour with honesty of We can come out tonight if you really want us to, but we dont have that breaker in stock, and a visit tonight just to tell you well be out Sunday again. Coming out tonight will be a charge for nothing. My panel is older and Zinsco. they dont make those parts anymore, so cant blame them for not having that readily on hand.Came out promptly Sunday morning to triage and confirm what the fix will be. Confirmed dud breaker, which needed to be sourced once their parts vendor was available Monday.Came back Monday morning ready to go and got it done. Casey handled and was very courteous, and thorough, and did a full maintenance on the panel. Crappy timing of when my issue occurred, so fixed by noon on Monday - cant ask for better than that. Thank you!

I mentioned that I had a previous appointment at 11 so they gave me a 9 a.m. arrival time. The technician arrived as scheduled, put booties over his shoes, and proceeded to fix my problem. Very nice company to work with. Will recommend them to my neighbors.
