    Great service from start to finish! I contacted Wills Resource Electric about installing two Ring cameras and he was able to come out to give a clear and fair quote the next day. On the installation date, Will arrived on time and installed the cameras with great expertise and was able to make adjustments that we had requested. He also took the time to answer our questions and ensured everything was working perfectly before leaving.We will definitely contact Will again for all our electrical work!

    I called Wills the first time for an emergency breaker issue. He came out the same day, knew exactly what the issue was, replaced the breaker in the RAIN and at the same time explained to me what was causing the issue and how everything worked! I knew I could count on him so I called him again recently when I lost the last light in the garage. Also needed a fixture replaced and others repaired. He came out with his worker a couple of days later. They picked up the necessary supplies and then installed new lights in garage and repaired fixtures and installed the new fixture. Its like daytime in the garage now its great!!! I really appreciate their hard work and making time to come out, and so fast!! The pricing is fair and totally worth it, and he even gave me discounts both times!! They are the best!! Thank you so much!!!

    Will Resource Electric is very professional. He is extremely knowledgeable and explained every detail of what was wrong and how he repaired it. He is very personable and will tell you extra things about how to run your house more efficiently. He saw smoke dictators in my garage and told me I needed smoke dictators in every room. I will use him again and refer him to everyone I know.

    We just moved into our home and discovered that we couldn’t plug in our 3 prong dryer into an outlet. We called Wills Resource expecting to make an appointment maybe later in the week, less than 2 hours later they were at our house looking at the problem and making a plan. They wanted to take care of the issue that night but needed more supplies and time. Came back two days later and fixed everything. Very professional and explained everything to us.     Will was very responsive. I called him the same day and he even came outside of normal working hours to see what was going on with my electric sub panel. He quickly told me the issue and came even in a Sunday to fix this, since it was a safety issue. Overall super responsive and efficient!

    We are opening a large home-based daycare in Sacramento and one of the requirements is to install a hard pull fire alarm. The first company we hired messed this up entirely and we did not have the right equipment. Will came in for the rescue and guided us to the exact right equipment, helped us with the installation, squeezed us into his schedule to make sure we would be ready for our scheduled inspection, and worked till late on a Friday. We seriously cant say thank you enough! Will be recommending Will and his company to all of our friends & family! Thank you!

    I have never written a Google review but this was the best customer service I have ever experienced. I called Will at 6:15 pm due to a tripped breaker for our AC. He was pulling into his office but offered to come out and take a look. Will diagnosed the problem and then offered to drive to Home Depot to get a new break to solve the problem. He certainly didn’t have to make such an effort so late in the evening but it was very much appreciated! I will be calling Will for an electrical issues I have moving forward. Amazing.

    My 1984 townhouse was remodeled in 2021. Wills Resource Electric handled all of the electrical upgrades (including new electrical panel/box), cam lights & switches installation, microwaves dedicated circuit & wiring installation, correct stove outlet installed into the wall (previous outlet wasnt attached to anything and was just lying on the floor), tankless water heater outlet installation, and back yards dusk to dawn security lights. I am including a before & after pics of the kitchen ceiling lights that I absolutely love. Also including before & after pics of the replacement of the old over-the-stove fan with a microwave on its own dedicated circuit.

    Responsive to calls and clear scheduling plans. Showed up on time, Diagnosed no power issue, reset a breaker, in n out within 20minutes. $200 flat felt a little steep for this but the job did get done and he marked a few breakers that weren’t in use.

    These guys are great! Very Persistient troubleshooting. On Memorial day we had an issue at our home, the electrical line that runs our refrigerator and freezer went out. We had some guys over who were willing to come on memorial day but they couldn’t source the problem and Just left. Will and Pat Came the next day But were still baffled, and thought they needed to get into the attic so they came back Thursday, crawled around in the attic and still couldn’t figure out what was going on, so Will kept at it. It turned out we had a Hidden electrical outlet that needed to be replaced in the line. If Will hadn’t been so persistent then that somewhat simple electrical issue would not have been able to be fixed and we would still be using an extension cord for the fridge and freezer! I’m so grateful that I have Will on autodial.

    Amazing service! Very professional as well! We lost power to half of our house and Will came out the same day! He thoroughly inspected everything and found the issue deep in our attic.     We needed a quick outlet fix for a new dishwasher installation and Wills Resource Electric was a great choice for the job. Will was very responsive and was able to stop by late in the day.     I called Wills Resource Electric when our panel box was damaged during a storm. A neighbors tree had fallen on the power lines which yanked the wires off of the house. SMUD had deemed our panel box damaged and unsafe, and needed replacement by an electrician before they could restore power to the house. Not only did Will get back to me right away, he was so professional at explaining the whole process to me on steps we had to take to get back online. I also had special circumstances and he was not only professional but compassionate. He kept me informed every step of the way. I was amazed at his work ethic knowing we were living without power, he worked in between the constant rain storms. Whenever there was a break he was there. I am truly grateful to him and so glad I called him. I highly recommend his work, integrity, and in our case true compassion!

    I am very late in writing this review, unlike Will and his team that showed up to my place of business within an hour of my call.I was having very bad electrical issues with my small business during the first week of December, 2021. My employee called me in the morning saying that nothing was getting power and nearly everything was dead, or barely just flickering on/off. I called every local electrician I could find near me and all of them were booked out, some of them for weeks. Thankfully, Will answered the phone and said he was already in the neighborhood and would stop by asap. Long story short, Will and his apprentice spent nearly 15 hours over the course of 2 days to figure my problem out. I was forced to close my store because it was inoperable without electricity. Will understood the emergency of my situation and worked quickly to solve the issue.Because of Will and his team, I was only closed for barely 2 days. If it wasnt for him, it could have been weeks. Definitely recommend Wills Resource Electric for anything electrical! Haha 10/10!

It turn out to be a low wattage transformer that I never knew it existed under the counter. Replace 3 way dimmer switches and repair canister lighting in the family room.     Will saved the day!! After a very stupid water-related mistake knocked the power out to our garage- and more importantly the AirBnB we host above it- we called and spoke directly to Will and got a next day appointment. Our house is quite patched together, and we had a very hard time trying to find the GFI outlet so it could be reset. Will and Patrick worked tirelessly in the intense summer heat until it was finally located (it was very hidden, and in a very weird place), but were friendly and professional the whole time. This was one of the best experiences Ive ever had with a home-call of any sort. Even though the issue turned out to be minor, it was clear that Will knew his stuff.     Will is absolutely amazing! My apartment electric panel basically caught fire and my power was completely out. (Could have been a lot worse) Thankfully there was no further damage.     Will came out a couple days ago to look at our electric panel and troubleshoot some outlets and lights that werent working. He gave us excellent advice on what to do before making changes to our electric panel. And even though we spent a while moving our stuff around for him so he could keep troubleshooting and examining our outlets, it was well worth it. He found the lost neutral wire and replaced the outlet it had been connected to. With that one fix our lights and outlets were all back online! And everything is still working well so far : )Were very happy with his work ethic and professionalism. We had no doubt that he knew what to look for and how to assess and fix the problems. He also ended up advising us on what to do about our faulty garage lights, which we hadnt included in our request but were very grateful he gave us his assessment and best advice. In total he worked about 1.5 hrs. The pricing he discussed and our charge for the outlet repair were all fair and very reasonable. We highly recommend giving him a chance and we are definitely looking at hiring him again in the near future!

    Will was able to come out quickly when a storm took out the power to my detached garage and I had a live wire on the ground. He was able to quickly fix the connection and was very knowledgeable about my panel and gave me recommendations on the steps to upgrade. I now have him hired to upgrade my panel and hes taking care of the coordination with SMUD and city permits. Even with upgrading the panel size and adding additional outlets, the price is less than the ballpark number he gave me when he first came out. We had a emergency situation with A GFCI circuit. Attempted to troubleshoot the issue myself with little success. After getting juiced when I thought I had turned off the appropriate breaker switch, it was time to turn to Google. It was 430pm on a Thursday, there was no way I was getting anyone out here before work and school started for the family on Friday. Will Resource Electric showed they were open until 8pm. Not expecting much success, I gave Will a call at 445pm as he finished up another job. He was here by 530pm, WOW! Not only did he help to troubleshoot what device shorted out the switch switch, he found that the GFCI was connected to an arc protection breaker switch on the main panel which he explained was not necessary. This should have been designated for the secondary bedrooms. Coincidentally, it was the the bedroom and the garage GFCI switch that were labeled incorrectly on the panel. This obviously was a construction defect. He made the necessary changes, and we are better protected from electrical fires because of it. Thanks Will! I highly recommend Will’s Resource Electric.
