I called Brian and he was so helpful and has so many years of experience. I texted him some pictures of what I wanted to get done and he was very responsive and gave me a quote over text. I have used the services of Scarborough Electric many times. He is timely with his responses to my inquiries and he shows up when he says he will. He completed all of my jobs in minimal time. He charged me fairly and his estimates were always accurate. Even though I cannot prove it, I felt his charges were comparable to what other electricians would charge. He is very knowledgeable and he completed each of my jobs with no issues and I have been extremely satisfied with his work. I have and will continue to use his services for all of my electrical needs. I feel he can perform all the services necessary to meet my electrical needs. Brian exceeded our expectations. First meeting and work jobs always showed up exactly on time. He was about 1/3 of all the quotes we received. He installed 4 ceiling fans and more than 15 recessed lighting. He also added a breaker switch and add more power to our garage. He is down to earth, really kind and honest. Had Brian out to add a dozen new outlets throughout our warehouse, both 110 and 220, as well as add a handful of new circuits, changing an old 220 outlet, and adding ceiling outlets for shop lights.Its a commercial space but he still put care into how the conduits were laid out and the overall appearance of the work is neat and even, giving it a thoroughly professional look.He absorbed the whole plan in a half hour initial consult and executed perfectly. Only asking for one clarification when he suspected (correctly) that my instructions for one area were mistakenly inflated. So he saved me some cash at his own expense.Good work, good communication, very reasonable rates, would recommend.

I just found Brian after making a few panicked phone calls when our power suddenly went out to half our kitchen, including our refrigerator on this hot 4th of July evening. I have never used Scarbrough before, but Brian graciously offered to help me troubleshoot and after sending photos of our breaker box and trying a couple of things, he gave me advice that ultimately solved the problem - all without even having to come out, or charging me anything - and on a holiday to boot. If you want your stuff done right with no corners cut! Highly recommend SCARBROUGH Electric!! Responded to my message with in the hour, gave me a solid quote. After figuring out it was a breaker that need to be reset(I didn’t know I had one outside haha) he showed me where it was. He was not going to even charge me due to it being a simple fix. He then suggested a new outlet strictly for my treadmill! I paid him up front in good faith he came back the day I got back from a trip. Friendly! Even cleans after himself! I cannot say enough about what a pleasure it is to work with Brian. He is a master at his craft and just a cool dude! Put in multiple ceiling fans around our home, updated the porch light, fixed our dishwasher and installed gfci wall outlets all while singing the occasional tune. His rates are very fair and when he gives you a time window he means it, no run around or no shows like many other contractors weve dealt with. He is super fast too. Brian is very responsive with a great personality. He communicated with me about everything so I was always aware of what was going on. Initially I hired him to install 3 ceiling fan remotes, but I felt so comfortable and confident with the work he did that I had him install a pair of out sensor lights as well.I would definitely hire Brian again!
