Mega Power was great to work with, they offered the best proposal with balance of pricing and quality of components. Everything went very smoothly from design, permits, installation, and inspections. Gary, the owner, was great to work with and always available. Their install team was also top notch and very friendly, they dont cut corners and do everything efficiently and the right way. The team arrived on time every morning and cleaned up the site before they left. Im very happy with how everything turned out, system is now generating plenty of power and saving me money on my power bill. I have already referred some friends and my parents who will also be installing their system soon.

Decided to work with Mega Power for these reasons: 1. many positive reviews (on EnergySage); 2. their price is very competitive; 3. I work directly with the owner German (Gary), who actually does the job. No sales, no project managers. Mega Power did everything very fast. Initial visit, design and revision, and a couple of weeks later Gary was on my roof. Overall experience with Mega Power was quite positive. Definitely recommend Mega Power for their efficiency, work quality, and communication.

We had an excellent experience with Mega Power from start to finish. In more details:1. End-to-End ProcessThe whole process, from us reaching out to Mega Power, to having the solar panels installed and running, took about 3 weeks. All this without us feeling any pressure to choose them. For comparison, for all other companies we talked to, the first available opening for the installation was at least a month in the future and, on top of that, they bombarded us with texts and emails pressuring us to sign a contract.2. InstallationThe crew that did the installation were very professional. They came at 7am on the scheduled day and finished the job (26 panels and wiring) by 6pm. They did not cut any corners, the layout of the panels was aesthetically good, and the mounding on the roof was solid.3. InspectionInstallation passed the inspection without any issues.4. SupportWhere Mega Power far exceeded our expectations was in continuous support. For example, in March 2023 there were extreme winds in the area that knocked down many trees and damaged infrastructure. One of our panels was hit by some debris and got displaced. I messaged Mega Power late in the evening of that day and they got it fixed next afternoon for free. For comparison, I have heard that with other companies it can take weeks to address issues like this.
