We had a power outage that caused multiple electrical issues. Brandon was helping our neighbor and kindly came by to help us determine if it was a breaker issue. He was professional, helpful and clearly knew what to look for. Well be calling Griffin Electric if we need an electrician in the future. Thank you Brandon!

We had excellent service from Griffin Electric. We had a couple of outlets at our commercial building that needed attention. They came quickly to repair them and checked out our entire electrical system to ensure that everything was safe. We were so pleased that we had them change over all our electricity-sucking outdoor lights to efficient LED lights with a photocell to turn them on and off when they are needed. Thanks Griffin Electric for your excellent service and attention. We will definitely call you if we need anything else electrical done.

Installed Clipper Creek EV Charger They have someone who helps you apply for SMUD Rebate and after about 4-5 weeks 2 checks from SMUD arrived in the mail 1x $500 dollar check and another week later another $500 covered most of the costly Charger and install took a little longer than I expected, but hey what can you do ?

After a couple of visits from Griffin staff we were still dealing with our apparent house gremlin, which was causing lights to flicker & outlets to power off consistently. Yesterday we had a visit from Paul & James who indicated that they were not leaving until there was an acceptable solution in place. Paul is clearly top-of-class in his ability, as he diagnosed the issue in short term, then offered both a short-term solution and a long-term recommendation. Both gentlemen couldnt have been more communicative & understanding, particularly since this issue had already required multiple visits. Our frustration level had been high but that was alleviated by the professionalism demonstrated by both Paul & James. The work was done in a timely manner thankfully & the company made a great customer-service decision to boot regarding the invoice for services rendered. As a senior couple working on a fixed income, that gesture was greatly appreciated. Suffice it to say we are very happy with how everything was handled yesterday, the result being that Griffin Electric now has two full-time advocates as customers. We look forward to asking specifically for Paul when we are able to tackle the long term recommendation in the Springtime. Thanks very much to Paul & James, as well as the young lady who answers phones at the office, and to Griffin Electric!

Brandon has worked on three projects at our house, replacing old bathroom lights/fans, kitchen and dining room lights and installing dimmer switches. Each time, he has been professional, cheerful and efficient! We just had him consult with us about lighting possibilities in our living room and garage, and he was patient with our questions and knowledgeable about the many options available. We look forward to working more with Brandon and Griffin Electric!

We started using Griffin Electric about 3 months ago after buying our new home and finding out that there were many hidden wiring problems. We needed some major work done and in a short amount of time. The first person they sent out to do an estimate and some work… well, let’s just say was not a good fit. So we decided to look elsewhere. However, when we let Sara know there was a problem with the person she said let me send out Jeff, he is a supervisor and I want to make this right if we can.Well, I am so glad she did that. Jeff turned out to be great! He did a new estimate on work not done yet and corrected erroneous work already done by the other person whom we did not have a good fit with. Jeff found a lot of ways to cut some costs and yet still have work done even better then was proposed before.Jeff had won our trust, so we went ahead and booked some major work to be done. Jeff and Sean came out and did all the work with smiles on their faces and were fun, funny and very professional! Even after working in the heat for 8 hours they kept a great outlook going. Not once did we hear them complain and the work they did really impressed us. Jeff also found an electrical fire just waiting to happen from some really bad work done by whomever remodeled our house before putting it on the market. So he is a hero in this house!So when we had to have more electric work done we used Griffin again. Happy to say we again were not disappointed in any way. They will get all our electrical work from now on and we always ask for Jeff and Sean because they don’t treat you like a job number, but like a good friend that they are looking out for. Sean will even sing to you while under your house fixing things. We still have that Kung-fu Fighting song in our heads.Sara has always gone out of her way when we need something to get us booked asap. It is refreshing to call a business and have the person who picked up the phone know what they are talking about. Techs arent overbooked and the work gets done cleanly and right the first time. She also is a hoot and also treats you like a person and not just a number. We look forward to seeing them even though it means more money spent. Now what other business can you say that about?We recommend Griffin to our friends and know that they go out of their way to make a job easy on the checkbook but never skimping on the work they do. They also stand behind their work and if you ever have a problem, all you have to do it give Sarah or Rebecca (they both rock!) a call and consider it fixed!

After a good experience with a hot tub electrical hookup in February, I had a sizzling kitchen light switch and flickering fixture that developed suddenly. When I called their office, they fit me in quickly to their schedule that very day when they heard sizzling noise- I think an electrician was there within two hours. Same guy as the spa hookup, very professional and helpful both times. Would definitely use these guys again.
