We had an electricity emergency and there are so few places that were open on the weekend. Robert came out within a few minutes and was very helpful. He was able to fix our short-term issue and also stayed to fix another issue that came up. We are grateful to have our electricity and heater working. As a bonus, even our dog liked Robert!

I am so impressed with this company from beginning to end. The service and communication has been top notch.I recently purchased a 1940s fixer, so had AO come out to give me a quote for upgrading my panel and removing the old aluminum wiring in my home. Right away, I could tell they were super knowledgable and Kaylee thoroughly explained what needed to be done to bring my home up to electrical code standards. They also were very kind and confident when answering all of my questions and made me feel so comfortable with the work being done.On day of, the crew showed up on time and even brought coffee for me! They were neat and clean and super efficient. I would say if youre looking for a honest turn key company that you can rely on, choose this one! Im so happy with the work AO did and will be definitely be calling them in the future for any other electrical needs

I had AO come out to give me a quote on installing my EV charger. I found them on Smuds approved contractor list.They showed up on time and were very friendly walking me through the steps. They were higher priced than other companies but I felt confident with them and their quality of work so I bit the bullet.In the end they were even able to help me with getting a smud rebate!

I recently had the pleasure of working with AO Electric when they replaced the electrical panel outside our house and did some additional work inside. From start to finish, the entire team provided exceptional service and made the process seamless and stress-free.I must commend Natalie in the office for her professional and friendly demeanor. She was incredibly helpful and made sure that I was informed and comfortable with the work being done.Aaron, the technician who came out multiple times, was equally outstanding. He was diligent, kind, and worked hard to ensure that everything was completed to the highest standard. His skill and attention to detail were evident throughout the project. I learned so much about my house and gained some electrical knowledge in general because he very freely explained what was going on so well. Also, my cats liked him, which is always a good sign!Natalie and Aaron both did an excellent job of explaining to me exactly how I should handle the conversation with my insurance adjuster to ensure I was covered as much as possible. I could never have expected the amount of hand-holding that was done when it came to this part of the process. Id never needed to file a claim of this kind before, and I wouldnt have even known where to start (and probably would have cost myself thousands of dollars!) if they didnt help me out as much as they did.The business owner, Kaylee, who worked with Aaron the day the replacement was carried out, was clearly an expert in her field. She deserves recognition for her professionalism and mastery. At no point did I doubt the work would be done right, and in a quick and efficient manner. Though I only spoke with her briefly, when her team members mentioned theyd spoken with her about something in reference to the project, they always came across like they trusted, respected, and admired her, which is a sign of good leadership. Its obvious when a team members references their manager and doesnt have a good relationship with them, as is the opposite. I also always love to patronize a woman-owned business, so if thats something thats important to you too, keep this in mind!Kaylees crew demonstrated outstanding teamwork and coordination, which made what I expected to be a huge source of anxiety hassle-free.Overall, I could not be more pleased with the service provided by AO Electric. They are a team of true professionals who prioritize their customers needs and provide exceptional workmanship. I scheduled an appointment for the following day which was perfect for my schedule. Kaylee confirmed my appt yesterday evening and arrived right on time for the appt. I was referred to Ms.Kaylee and her business through a friend, coworker. Immediately I called Kaylee in hopes of her helping me with my kitchen ballast lights. My townhouse was built in 1988, so needless to say it was outdated. I tried to replace the ballast lights with four new ones and two went out on me and soon after the other two went out also leaving me in the dark.Kaylee came to my home two days after our phone conversation and let me know she was able to fix the ballast. BUT when she saw how outdated the lights were she suggested Led Can Lights and immediately I was on board.One week later Kaylee and her assistant came to my home on time and within 5hours they had the lights placed perfectly. Her measurements were right on spot. I am very grateful to have met her. I plan on using her services again to update my home.On a scale of 1-10 I rate Kaylee and her associates a 15.... 😉😉ThanksDonez

Had a wonderful experience with Kaylee! So happy to have a woman electrician. She was an excellent completing all of our repairs. Her honesty and calm demeanor put us at ease. Not a problem to leave her alone in the house while I picked up a new ceiling light. Shes coming back on Monday to add more switches for my kitchen. It was no problem for her to hop on the ladder and check out our attic for the next job. Bonus, she even fixed the door on my attic! Robert and Kaylee were helpful, knowledgable, and responsive when I had an issue with an out of date electrical panel. Robert fixed the issues right away and - in a show of great customer service - even came back to the house the day before Thanksgiving (just called his cell) to fix a separate issue. Alpha Omega Electric did such an amazing job. When it’s a super busy time of year it’s nice to know that there’s a company who makes you feel like a priority. When we requested help from several companies, they were the first to respond and they did so quickly. Zachary came out and assessed the issue. He explained the problem and immediately started working with us to get it resolved. When Zachary and Ashley came out to fix the issue, they were polite, persistent and worked incredibly hard to resolve the problem. What we thought would take all day, only took half the time. While they worked they kept us in the loop about anything new that came up. When all was done, they made a final check of our electricity. They were professional and efficient. Should we have any future problems, which I’m confident will be a while, we’re going to go with these guys. Thank you so much for everything! 😁

Outstanding work! Recently we had Kaylee and her crew install a ceiling fan on a high slope ceiling. She had no concern or hesitation getting it done and had the necessary equipment, ladder, needed, unlike many of her competitors. Her work was fast, and cleaned up the area after completion. On top of that she was almost half the price! Fully licensed and insured, give her a call.

I wake up, reach to check my cell phone, to find that the battery has not charged overnight. The power is still on in the apartment, so what could it be? I learn the reason soon enough. All the outlets in my apartment are loose and refuse to hold onto a plug. This was not a hard puzzle to solve, the outlets were worn and had to be replaced. I needed an electrician to help me. With the help of Alpha Omega Electric all my problems were solved. Kaylee F. was able to sort through the problem in a matter of hours, to my satisfaction. The price was fair and the customer service excellent. Thanks AOE!

Installed my wall oven myself, and it wouldnt turn on. Im not an electrician so I didnt know what was wrong. Called Alpha Omega after a google search, and I am so glad I did. Easy to schedule, friendly and professional upon arrival, figured out what was wrong, and had my oven working in less than an hour. I will be a return customer, and I would recommend to s friend.
