We called Yaeger’s Plumbing to make an appointment to put in an angle valve to be able to put a new faucet in the primary bathroom sink.The woman who answered was very nice since I really didn’t know what I was asking for and she knew exactly what I was talking about and had me send a photo of the existing shut off valves under the sink. We set a date for about 10 days from today but she put us on a list in case they could come sooner. They called back later that day and were able to come out that afternoon!Gary Yaeger was extremely experienced and Bryson, though younger, knew his stuff, too! They got to work and fixed everything.I would definitely have Yaeger’s Plumbing back out to have more work done and recommend them highly!! 5 stars really isn’t enough!!

I had a new toilet put in and the man who did it did a wonderful job but because I had just inherited the house, I had no idea the floor had water damage and as days went by, the toilet began to become unsteady. I called Yaeger’s and told them about the toilet being unsteady and Lyle, the owner, came out to look at it. He told me my floor was soft from water damage, which was why the toilet was unsteady. I was near tears and wasn’t sure what to do. Lyle told me he was going to help me out. He made a phone call and before too long, 2 men showed up. One crawled under the house and fixed my rotten floor so they could steady the toilet for me. He didn’t have to do that, but he did it with no extra charge. What an amazing group of people Yaeger’s is. They went above and way beyond when they didn’t have to. Thank you Yeager’s Plumbing!!! You guys are the best !!!!!!

Called Yaeger, needed a new gas service line to kitchen for gas stove. Texted pictures for job area and got a fast reasonable quote. Johnathon and Cole came out to do install and hook up. They did a fantastic job!! Very clean and courteous gentleman. I highly recommend this business. Very happy customer.

This is a wonderful company, great Office staff and employees. Very professional, helpful and dedicated to their work. Worked me in during their busy time to help me get my items installed and fixed. I highly recommend Yaegers for their excellent customer service! They absolutely saved the day.We had a water main leak somewhere under the front yard and needed to figure out where and get it fixed ASAP. I called Yaegers and the lady who answered was just lovely (I dont remember her name, sorry!) and was able to get some technicians out to us right away. The technicians Jonathan and Cole were absolutely wonderful. Jonathan answered all of my questions and helped me feel at ease despite such a frustrating and stressful situation. They directed me to a leak detection company who had the leak flagged and tagged within the hour, and then they were able to swoop in right behind them to get the dug up pipes fixed. I really appreciated how efficiently they worked and how fast they fixed the leak! We were able to get it fixed from start to finish in the same day much to my amazement and relief, and both Jonathan and Coles service was exceptional throughout the entire process. Thank you so much, guys!

Here is a HUGE SHOUT OUT to Yaeger Plumbing!Purchased a new gas stove from Home Depot installation was supposed to be included, it was not.I was willing to pay extra but was told they couldn’t install a shutoff. Great, now what.I called Yaeger in the morning phone was answered by Marissa who really seemed to care that I got a stove the day before and wasn’t able to cook on it. She said she would see when it could be scheduled, guess what I got a return call and within just a couple of hours and Brett and Johnathon were at my door.Can’t say enough about these two guys. Fast, clean, and efficient all wrapped up in awesome friendly personalities!If you need plumbing (or gas) this is the place to call you will not be disappointed with the service, the folks who provide it and the price! I didnt want to spend my vacation with plumbers, but John and Greg are the best. Hard working, efficient, personable, professional, proactive and most important trustworthy. Each time they are at my house its been a good experience. I will call Yaegers again. I wanted to hug them when they left. (Oh and the little I saw Mario was great. He is a the cleanup machine!) Tracy keeps things running smoothly she is a a gem! Yaegers is lucky to have such loyalty from these individuals.

Water heater was on its last legs and Yeagers promptly responded to our call to replace it (we called several that did not get back to us). Techs Brent and John came out as scheduled (less than a week/non-emergent) and replaced it completely within 2 hrs. They made some much-needed adjustments to positioning it (in a very small space [I was nervous]) and ensured all was up to current code. For excellence and standing behind their work in plumbing, they are worth it. I wouldnt hesitate to call on them for all my plumbing needs.

I called this am as we found a leak. (Echo, initial contact who took all info) called me back WITHIN 5 minutes to verify received pics and tech enroute( they arrived few minutes later). They verified issue and repaired immediately. From the initial call till they left..approx 40 minutes! I really did not mind paying their price is was SO low! Will DEFINITELY call with any issues for plumbing in future. We are new to area and nice to know I found excellent Plumber!You guys were wonderful..thank you so much!

Needed to replace my 26 yr old natural gas water heater. The two big home stores L---s and H--e D---t would sell me a water heater, however they could not, as advertised, offer installation. I called Yeagers as my sister recommended and was told they could do it today. Personable, polite, and professional workers. Brought new water heater out, removed old one, and installed new one in good time. Cleaned up and hauled the old water heater away. I would recommend this business to anyone.

Showed up within 30 minutes.I Was given bad info from another plumbing service which he was able to disprove and remedy my situation for hundreds of dollars less than I was quoted by the previous plumber.I had two issue that he was able to repair within an hour and problem was completely solved.Thank you Brent. We are a business in Roseburg and unfortunately had a leak in our water pipes due to critters. With a full day of scheduled patients it was hard to just close the clinic for the day, but with water spraying out of the pipe we felt like we might not have a choice. I cant rave enough about this company and their employees. They came out to fix a tub faucet and were kind enough to clean up after the repairs. This maintenance caused another unforeseen problem and they were very responsive to fixing the additional issue. Stressed out about the water leak that I could not stop, I contacted Yaegers Plumbing in Roseburg, Oregon in hope of them being available to respond quickly. Office staffs sympathy with my dilemma as well as their comforting words helped put me at ease. Because of my concern for rain in the forecast on the day Yaegers was scheduled to arrive which could compromise the repair of the copper piping inside of the water meter vault, they opted to come a day early. To my astonishment, they completed they two in-line gate valve replacements and fixed the water leak much quicker than I anticipated. Thats how it can go when you hire a skilled plumbing company that take pride in their workmanship. In addition, the cost was only about one-third of what I expected it to be. I am so thankful that my stress is gone. Thanks Yaegers!
