Mike took on an extremely difficult and somewhat unpleasant job of replacing all of the plumbing in my Mothers 40 year old mobile home after a few other plumbing companies refused to bid or came back with much higher estimates than what Mike thought it would take. Mike was extremely communicative in the process and worked with me to get the job completed on time and on budget. Mike was a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend him for any work you might need.

Excellent job with zero compromising on quality. He took the time to not only talk through what I wanted for my bathroom remodel but also brough up many options that I never would have considered.This bathroom project was part of an old basement that was a mish-mash of previous remodels and it had some mismatched plumbing and electrical from the homes previous owners. He took the time to review it and gave us the best options to bring it all up to quality that would last the longest for us.

So impressed with owner Michael Rokus of Michael Rokus building and plumbing, very friendly, kind and helpful. He installed a new hot water heater for me a number of years ago and then just recently installed a recirculation pump on my existing natural gas hot water heater in my home and made it look so easy, had all the tools and knowledge to get the job done very efficiently and quickly. I highly recommend Michael Rokus to anyone needing any plumbing repairs or need of new hot water heater installs or any other plumbing services. Thanks Michael!!

5 stars is just not enough. Mike is the kind of contractor they all should aspire to be. I called several plumbers when my repair job became too complicated for my skills. Although he was on a job, Mike graciously explained the steps I should try next. After he finished that long day Mike called to see if I had success. Unfortunately, I did not, but I assured him that having the water off for the night was fine. He wouldn’t have it and insisted on coming over to get me past my stumbling block. I am grateful beyond words. Mike made sure I understood that I had done well up to that point and now it was down to brute strength and some plumber specialty tools. Needless to say, I gained more knowlege, we had water that night and I finished the project the next day. Mike Rokus: nice, caring, professional, and best plumber ever!

Had the best experience with Mike. He had a full schedule but still made the time to fix my frozen backflow preventer problem. In the end, after discussing the overall history of my property, he saved me a lot of hassle and over $700. Dont hesitate to use his services, you cant go wrong. GOD bless this man.

Mike is fantastic to work with. I will not hesitate to call him next time I need plumbing help. Pricing is fair and reasonable, and he will try to save customer money where possible. Goes the extra mile. When I wanted to upgrade my water heater, he patiently explained the requirements of each option and priced them out- electrical, gas, venting - so I could make an informed decision. He went the extra mile by checking faucets throughout the home, and showed me how to get better flow by cleaning the screens inside. When replacing an expensive shower part, he called the manufacturer to see if it was under warranty to try and save me money. He and his wife Sheri totally cleaned up any mess that was made before they finished. Hes the best!
