Called Austin Wednesday morning, he scheduled us for 8am Thursday. Our kitchen sink was clogged so bad that nothing ya can buy from any store almost, did not work. Austin showed on time and fixed the issue quickly. Showed my husband what to do to fix a very small leak do to the back pressure from not draining for almost a week. Called Austin yesterday after 5pm, after my husband and I had spend the entire day trying to unplug our blockage. He answered the phone swiftly and was very respectful. He told us he could be out the the next day (today) between 11-1. He was able to come early and ready to tackle the job. Within an hour he had our blockage cleared and our system up and running. We will be using him for any further issues we may have, including redoing all our plumbing. He is a respectful man, who does fast efficient work.

Austin came and unplugged my kitchen sink plpes...I had a bad plug that we tried to fix ourselves with no luck. Austin was amazing and got it cleaned out in no time. Was able to clean up my kitchen and run my dishwasher right after he left. I highly recommend Roseburg Rooter if you have clogged drains.Very professional and right on time as stated.

Had an emergency and had called at least 5 places before finding this place. Everyone was either too busy, or not able to help with the situation. I called and spoke with Austin, who pulled over to get our info and offered to stop by later that day. He was able to come before his quoted time, and then squeezed us in the very next day. Highly, HIGHLY recommend this company. Great customer service, very professional and really helped during such a stressful time!

I called in the evening after hours because I had sewage backup in my house. Austin answered the phone right away and came early the next morning and problem solved the issue right away. He knew that Glide Sewer needed to come and he took care of calling them to come fix the issue. I really appreciate how well he took care of the issue and handled getting the right people to fix the sewer. I highly recommend Roseburg Rooter and Drain.
