    Steve has been out at least a handful of times since we bought the house in 2019 through our home warranty. Our house is showing its wear and Steve and his tech has come out to fix our many issues (sinks, toilets, and today our water heater). Steve has always contacted us promptly to let us know when he can fit us in, which has always been really fast. I really TRUST Steve and he walks us through the causes of the issues which has helped me as a first time home owner in preventative maintenance. I HIGHLY recommend Steve, he is friendly, fast, knowledgeable, thorough, and professional.Thank you! Colleen

    Steve the Plumber was right on time. He replaced the broken handle without doing any further damage. He was, careful, polite, friendly, knowledgeable and FAST.     Twice Ive had to call with plumbing issues that were somewhat simple, but because I have old pipes, needed a professional. Steve has been able to squeeze me in and resolve the issues quickly. He is is now my go-to!!

    Steve, and his dream team, Dave and Micheal, did not let a full Friday schedule get in the way of their customer service. Steve has been my plumber for over 20 years. We came home to no water, later diagnosed as a busted pipe, and they had us fixed by the very next day. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ No Drips Allowed! Highly recommend.

    We have had Steve Stringer, dba Service Tech Plumbing, doing our plumbing jobs beginning in 1994. He always showed up on-time, cheerful, listened to our plumbing problems, answered our questions, explained exactly what he is doing, and the cost for his services.Steve knocked it out-of-the-ballpark when he installed an ADA-compliant 60-inch by 60-inch roll-in shower for us. Not only was the installation perfect, he went above and beyond to match the showers trim tile to the existing tile in the Master Bathroom.As a Person and as a Businessman, Steve is the most honest person I know.As far as the one bad review, anyone can post reviews. I disregard any Google Review that uses a fake name and I assume that its a fake review.

    Amazing! Not only did they take come in and take care of all of our issues they were so kind. We have a little 3 year old who is interested in everything and they let her hover and talked with her the whole time. Thank you so much!

    I would like to tell yall that if you need someone to repair, fix or replace something, Steve Stringer is your guy!!... Hes amazing, Steve came to our home today and was a rockstar. Steve knew exactley what was wrong with our hot water heater and fixed it within minutes of his arrival, also fixed our bathroom sink faucet that we thought was not fixable. Thank you Steve!!...

    Dave was amazing! He came out and found our leak (not where we thought it was)! He set up an appointment immediately to replace our water heater. The install was finished in a few hours and no more leak! Thank you!!!

    I have had the opportunity to have these guys Steve and Dave show up to fix plumbing problems and they are sent to me by my home warranty insurance company. The 3 times i called in for repairs they have showed up sooner then expected My kids call Dave the bunny rabbit pipe fixer because he dawns the white jumper to go u der our house. And comes out wet and dirty from fixing pipes. All the times they have come out there has been no fail of workmanship or pipes they have fixed..as for fair or doing more then they should. They have done more then cut glue and be gone. They have replaced pipes they found leaking. They have found where Field Rats chewed the pipes and stopped there damage and filled the holes made by them well over the job they were sent to do. I trust there work over other plumbers and id admit i will call them for recommendations to other umbers because they are to busy and have booking out days weeks or months. As for honesty there up-front with the problems and if they says something needs addressed it will be being there solely protecting my home when it comes to plumbing.I always read reviews when i hire someone to fix or do anything to my investment of a family home. As for my current needs shower install and vanity that another company is taking to long to finish so shall i wait to book Steve and Dave or go to another company there 3 weeks out for the job.sure its not an emergency or they would be right out. Sure theres a 2nd bathroom in the home, sure i could go to the other company easy but the problem I have is I TRUST THESE GUYS nd there work . So im goi g to leave it to the wife cause at the end of the day its her bathroom and the lil ones winter pool..Keep up the hard work Steve and Dave
