Late to my review, but Levi was wonderful! As soon as I called he was quick and was able to send out one of his guys the same day to get our leak stopped. We had a really bad leak out by our water meter and Levi talked to us about all our options first. We decided to have them replace our water line to our house because it was old and rusting. I really appreciate the team as they were really informative. Morgan was super nice and came out to check out our electrical box to make sure we had a ground connection and Brycen did a great job installing our line! These guys saved our Thanksgiving I think. Our sink sprung a leak the day before and we thought we were sunk, but Levi and the boys came through and worked us in. Morgan and Levi were marvelous in getting our Moen shower control fixed (no hot water). It turned out we had a frozen Allen screw on the handle, so getting that removed was the first problem. Then the Moen mixer cartridge had to be replaced, and the anti-scald pressure sensor. The bathtub faucet also leaked, and was found and fixed by them.A toilet was also blocked by a broken-off plunger, so using a special camera and making a hook to pull it out fixed that problem too!They came on time, and were done in about 2-1/2 hours. They were friendly and answered my questions patiently.In April, 2023, I asked Levi if they could come and remove a very old electric water heater and install a new Rheem Marathon MR40245 40 gallon water heater. At Levis request, I provided some photos and a pdf of the installation manual. Morgan and Dalton came to do the work and showed up on time. Unlike the old tank, the new tank was installed with a drain pan and proper earthquake straps. At my request they also removed a non-functioning hot water recirculating pump, and provided a dead-end drainage faucet for it. They installed new hot and cold pipes with heat traps in all-new shiny copper. After I insulated the pipes we are using about 10KWh less electricity per day! They charged us about $1600 for the entire job.In July 2024, after communicating with Levi, ten days later Morgan and Dalton arrived to take care of some very badly mounted (and unstable) pedestal sinks. They added proper wooden supports behind the sinks and replaced the drain tubes, and replaced the faucets in a third pedestal sink. They did a fantastic job.I thoroughly recommend them.

These days its hard enough to find a contractor that will actually take your business, let alone make you feel like a valued customer. One that shows up on time, works efficiently and professionally and goes the extra mile for the customer. My experience with Precision Plumbing and Rooter was exactly that. Had a leaking hybrid (heat pump) water heater that was only 6 years old. Called and spoke with Levi about a warranty claim and he went out of his way to contact the manufacturer and explain the issues. Though they ultimately denied the claim, sadly, Levi worked with me to get a crew out to the house to evaluate the problem and provide options.The crew came out on 3 separate occasions and was prompt, efficient and professional. They also gave me instruction on how to do it yourself next time which I felt was above and beyond basic service. They ended up replacing a customer supplied water heater and did a great job doing the work. Pricing was competitive and more importantly, reasonable.These folks know what they are doing and I wouldnt hesitate to use them again or to recommend them to anyone looking for a plumber in the Roseburg area.

Levi and Morgan had a very tough job ahead of them replacing our hot water heater in our Coffee Shop. They had to take out the old one and install a new one and the location was incredibly inconvenient and difficult but they persevered and did an excellent job!! Even though the space was incredibly small and limited they manage to get the old hot water heater out and the new one in without damaging or creating any other new issues. They also did this job on a day that our business was not open so that we didn’t have to close our business for the repairs!!We are so pleased with the job they did and so thankful that they were willing to do this difficult job for us!Excellent trustworthy plumbers I highly recommend!!! Will definitely use them again for future plumbing needs!!Update!-had them to our private residence for a hot water heater upgrade and again they were fantastic!! They placed cardboard down on the floor’s to walk on and protective cloth down on my counter tops to lay their tools on. They were so careful and at the same time very fast and efficient! This is the most organized contracting company I’ve ever done business with! Their tool cargo truck was very clean and organized! They take care of their own products and tools as well as the customers property!

Not only did they do an excellent job, Morgan recommended that we isolate our recirculating pump (great idea!) along with other suggestions to avoid future problems. After being very disappointed trying to find a decent plumber, I tried Precision Plumbing and have now used them several times at two different houses and they have never let me down. Morgan and Levi run the most dependable, professional and knowledgeable plumbing business I have ever used, and Ive used many. On top of that, and of equal importance is their customer service. They are always incredibly helpful, patient and kind, they respond in a timely manner, and are fairly priced for the great work they do. I hope this review doesnt make them even busier but its well deserved so I had to write it. 😁

Absolutely the best. Installed all new water lines, drain lines, 30 ft of new sewer line and other stuff in my 80 year old home. Almost everything was original from when the house was built and needless to say it was a mess. Had me scheduled for a week and finished it in 3 days. Excellent service. Will not hesitate to give them a 5 star recommendation to anyone I know needing plumbing work.

Precision came in to help with water damage restoration on my property. While on site they did the most thorough review of the issues my bathroom was having, and was able to come up with a game plan that 5 other plumbing companies could not figure out without charging me thousands of dollars. They got dirty crawling under my house and digging down to my pipes to see what the issue was and provided a logical explanation. What really struck me was their motto: We get it right the first time so we dont have to come back. That is such a far cry from other plumbers who almost want to be on a retainer! I had tried for a few months to get a local plumber to install a brand new water heater outside of my manufactured home. one local contractors price was super expensive and the other one would never show up just to see the work and give me a price. Finally I went back to the internet and call precision and spoke to Levi. Not only did they give me a firm date but they showed up a little earlier than expected which was great for me and performed all the work to my satisfaction plus. Like all good contractors they dont come cheap but I feel that I got my moneys worth for everything they did. I would recommend them in a heartbeat. I checked their license with the state before they came. They had no problems no reports no incidents. They were respectful of my property and did everything exactly the way I asked them to do. Like all good contractors I expect that they will be booked up solid very soon. Thank you Levi and Morgan. You guys are awesome!!!

When I first called I was told they would call me back if they could make it that day. A few hours later they did call and arrived in about 15 minutes. The entire job took about 1 1/2 hours (had to repair a connection between the main water line and the house cut-off valve-outdoors).I cannot comment about being a good value as I havent received the bill yet but suspect it will be reasonable. I certainly would highly recommend their service!

I have used Precision before for plumbing issues. Theyre knowledgeable, professional and Id recommend them for all your plumbing needs. This time, however, I had a river running in my front yard apparently from my sprnkler system... not knowing who to call, Precision were the first ones on my mind. Although they were on other jobs, (and not lawn irrigation specialists), they came out in between to assess and see what they could do. Thankfully, they were able to isolate our issue, shutting off the river and referred us to someone that specializes in lawn irrigation.. Morgan, Levi and crew... thank you for going above and beyond in Providing excellent customer service!

On a Friday at 3:30 p.m., we were notified by our restoration contractor that the refrigerator water line shut off valve was leaking and the water would need to be shut off until it could be repaired. They had placed a call to a local plumber they use, but they did not receive a answer. I was told I should contact a plumber otherwise it would be Monday before water could be restored. Searching Google and very first entry I came across was Precision Plumbing & Rooter. I called and Levi answered right away. Levi said he was pretty well booked up and then asked what the situation was. I explained what was going on and he said he may be able to get someone out today. One hour later, Levi called back and let me know that Dan was on his way. Dan arrived and addressed the issue quickly. He explained the process step by step and was very courteous. I greatly appreciate their quick response and great customer service. A+

If you have any kind of plumbing problem or need new fixtures installed, then this is the company to call. We had a rental with a backed up sewer and Levi and Morgan arrived quickly and diagnosed the problem as a collapsed sewer pipe between the house and the main line. Levi was on the phone immediately contacting the excavation contractor and the whole job was finished in a couple of days. During this time Levi kept in touch with me so we knew how the job was progressing. I would highly recommend them!

Had a leak happen in the middle of the night and I called about 6 different plumbers to see if they could fix it the next day and no one was even willing. They said it would be a week or more.I then found precision plumbing and they made time for me. They got to my house exactly the time the said they would and got right to work.Finished the work super fast and showed me the problem with the old pipe. Levi is very friendly and was easy to talk too. I will keep them in my contact list and use them from now on for everything. Thanks so much!!
