    I had a great experience with Kevin today! He was very knowledgeable, quick with his repairs, and also had really great customer service. I learned a lot about my system from visit. I previously had Roto-Rooter come out and they didn’t have the parts needed and I felt like overall they were trying to scam me. Kevin is a really, really great plumber with the needed parts, needed knowledge and great prices. I will be back!

    Whest Koast is the ONLY company I call when I have issues. I had a leak in the bathroom wall that caused the wall to collapse. They remodeled and made it beautiful! Busted water pipes under? They pinpointed the leak through the concrete and made a very small hole instead of tearing up the walkway. Even simple kitchen faucets were replaced quick! Most recently, they repaired a water pipe and told us how to temporarily block the leak so we could have water! (Get dishwasher hose and a ring clamp, cut hose to 1/2”, make a slit lengthwise covering the hole,, place the clamp over the hole and tighten. NO leak!) ”We LOVE Charlie! And his crew!

    We have used this company twice; once to replace a bathtub faucet that wouldn’t stop leaking/dripping and more recently, to unclog a very clogged kitchen sink w/disposer. Both technicians were very professional, polite, knowledgeable and capable and got both jobs done perfectly for a lower price than many other companies quoted me. I highly recommend this company if you need someone honest, dependable and knowledgeable!

    Great service. We had a broken shut off valve and it seemed like all plumbers were booked for 48 hours; not ideal. Whest Koast got to us within 24 hours and were professional, answered all my questions, and did great work. I will definitely use them again.

    They did a great job. I had a blockage in in the lines and he was able to come the next day. I had had another company come the day before and they did everything wrong, didnt fix it and damaged part of my plumbing. Charlie knew exactly where my problem was and was able to fix it while I was out of town. Very professional and knowledgeable. Price was reasonable but most importantly he was able to fix it easily.

    Had a serious leak that Placer County looked at, it was after the city meter (home owner responsible). Called several places, Whest Koast was available the next morning.Tech came out, was friendly and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed it, explained the repair, had an upgraded valve in the van (I requested the upgrade), explained the repair, fixed it, and he backfilled the hole he had to dig. The digging was probably the worst part. Cant even tell he was ever there!Did an excellent job, I would recommend them for any repair.

    We had been in our new home only two days when the washer connector from the wall broke-off and then began to flood our laundry room. We were forced to turn-off our water to the house. Our home warranty, (First A. warranty) showed no compassion as we went through two nights of no water to the entire home. While there were professional plumbers in the area they could have called, they were too cheap to call one of the available plumbers for an emergency call to assist us. When they finally allowed us to go out off the network to find a plumber, I found Whest Coast. This is when things turned around. Charlie is SO AMAZING! He came over to our house and repaired the broken laundry wall connector. He is so customer service oriented! Thank you Charile for such great service!

    A washrag went down my toilet and it was totally clogged. I called Whest Koast Plumbing for help and Charlie answered the phone!! No machine or robo answering. The got to my home within 30 minutes and fixed the clog, and also replaced parts that were not functioning correctly for an excellent price. Joe was the plumber who responded and he was professional, friendly (wore a mask), and fixed the problem. I highly recommend Whest Koast Plumbing!!!!!!

    We have an EWS whole-house water filter that it connected to our main water pipe and filters every drop of water used. We purchased it bc you never have to replace the filter or do any maintenance to it for 10 years. It has done wonders for our clothes when washed, our pool water, no more droplet stains on tile, and softer hair. We had it for a year without any problems and then one day it seemed to stop working. I had 3 other plumbing companies come out and as soon as theyd see the big water filter, you could tell they were out of their league. None of them could figure out the problem. I called the company and they were ZERO help. I finally found WHEST KOAST PLUMBING AND IM SO GLAD WE DID! They came out the very day we spoke to them and they trouble-shooted until he saw that it was simply a loose/faulty electronic connection with a wire. WKP even offered to do the new wiring! Not only did they fix the problem which was obviously something that any of those other plumbers, if they were their weight in salt, should have, too, been able to find, WKP was so professional, so efficient, so respectful! I almost didnt want to write this review bc Im selfish and want to keep WKP my own little secret :) Call them now if you have ANY plumbing issues! They are knowledgeable enough to tackle any problem!

    Great prices, great service and local to the area!Do not go with big-time outfits they will WAY overcharge compared to Whest Koast. Plus the guy from another major company said they wouldnt even repair the sheetrock when he was done. Whest Koast did everything in 1/4 of the cost! Awesome job, super satisfied!

    Whest Koast is really on top of their game . I had 2 plumbing issues and Kevin was able to diagnose them in literally seconds and get both fixed the same day. Highly recommend these guys.
