Another visit by Jeremy on 12/14/2024(This process is not letting me post new, separate reviews)Jeremy came out today to add and adjust furnace filters and advise me on using my new thermostat.Jeremy is a terrific professional and great ambassador for the company.Very nice and user friendly- thank you!***********************I edited this review below for another visit - this time by Jeremy on 12/3/2024 but was only offered the chance to add on to an earlier review. Kind of confusing.*****************Christian was on time and very professional. Very friendly and very personable and extremely knowledgeable. He thoroughly diagnosed our issues with our air conditioner both outside and up in the hot hot attic. He helped set up another appointment for some additional ductwork that was needed in our attic and I’m looking very much forward to working with Service champions And our new relationship to keep my home in better shape than I have in the past Highly recommendUpdate: Christian came back because our air conditioner was faltering again. Turns out the condenser coils outside were covered with plaster dust from our recent pool plastering if you’re gonna do the same highly recommend you turn off your air conditioner outside unit if it’s anywhere close to the pool and cover it and not run it while the plaster dust is flying in the back Completely cleaned the outdoor unit and the upstairs in the attic unit and did a great job and all his diagnostic work and saving us money. He is an exceptionally nice guy, easy to work with very professional and a good man and a great representative for the company*****************. 12/3/2024Today we had Jeremy inspect and clean our furnace and ductwork. Jeremy was very friendly, polite, competent and well spoken.He thoroughly cleaned the furnace and diagnosed current issues/limitations as well as additional procedures to improve efficiency and performance throughout the coming year. The purchased filter box and static filters should make our furnace work better and our environment healthier and safer.

Austin and Brandon completed a reinstall of our home’s duct system.They were efficient, professional, tidy, courteous and provided regular updates on their progress. Despite a challenging environment (think cold and damp with low ceiling threshold) they were kind and friendly. They provided many opportunities for us to address any concerns and answer questions. Each of them is a credit to your company.Based on our experience today, we would have no hesitation in recommending Service Champions to our family and friends.

We had an annual service done today and our Tech was Zach. He went through the process of doing the maintenance and pointed out some things that needed to be taken care of sooner than later. He was very patient and informative through all of my questions (he answered all of them). Zach explained all of the things he did and went through the pictures he took and explained everything. He was very, helpful and well mannered. I really hope he will be our tech on other calls. Thank you Service Champions for employing such an informed and helpful individual.

Josiah came to our house as scheduled and was very informative to us. Bottom line, the new equipment (thermostats and subsequently the equipment weren’t as functional as planned.). Josiah approached the thermostats and reset them and went in the attic to do some verification etc. He was able to get the air flowing properly and all the thermostats etc. functioned properly as he departed. Thank Josiah for your quick work and diligence!

I am absolutely impressed with this company. We gave them a call on Monday and they were out Tuesday to come look at our heater that stopped working. We got Steve Mohammed as our technician and he was so polite and patient with my elderly mother. He thoroughly explained the process and what he found so there was no guess work.Steve went above and beyond, he made sure we were taken care of. His customer service and expertise made us feel at ease. He made sure we would have heat in a timely fashion as he was concerned that my mom, who was about to have surgery, wouldn’t have heat while recovering. We need more technicians like Steve in the world.I will definitely recommend this company to my friends and family and will call them for any future service.

Andrew kept me informed during the inspection of my system at what he was doing as well as what he observed. This is not a high speed look at the equipment, but an in depth view of the workings and included a cleaning too. I would welcome him back at the next inspection point.

In the middle of this heat wave and a week before it gets really scorching, our 26 year old AC unit went out 3 days ago. Obviously we were stressed out and jumped online to check out a few local companies and after doing some research we scheduled an appointment with Service Champions. They sent their tech Brandon out the next day, I was hoping it was a simple fix to get us by for a while. He explained what was going on and why the fan wasn’t turning and gave me some options. I realized pretty quick I didn’t want to throw money into my existing unit and hope for the best. I scheduled an appointment with their comfort advisor Travis and he came the next day, looked at our old AC as well as our gas furnace in the attic, took his measurements, and presented the options available and explained everything thoroughly. At no time did I feel I was getting a hard sell or being pressured into anything. We ended up going with the Elite two stage option and he was able to schedule their crew for installation the next day, on a Saturday! Eli and his crew arrived early as scheduled and got right to work. They took care of protecting our hardwood floors before starting and didn’t stop until the installation was complete, around 2:00. We were very comfortable with all three of the guys, and they were very respectful. Eli explained the entire process, went over the whole system with me, including the new smart thermostat, and they cleaned up everything before they left. As a local business owner, I couldn’t be more satisfied and we highly recommend this professionally run company!

He patiently answered my questions. Although he made recommendations for major follow-up/new work after explaining the condition of our system, he didn’t put any pressure to make a decision and act on it right away. He highly recommended the maintenance plan for peace of mind as well as $$ savings. Overall I was happy with his visit and plan to follow-up with Srvice Champions.

4/2/24 Noah showed up on time and immediately greeted me and confirmed the reason for the visit. He took time to explain the difference between the previous visit and this service call giving me a better understanding of just how great the VIP plan is! As things were checked and services rendered I was given updates and advised on when things should be rechecked if needed. All my questions were answered quickly and completely, furthering my confidence in the company as well as Noah. Although I was advised of other services offered by Service Champions, there was never an “up sale”, just information to do with as I pleased and could schedule if we had a need for such service(s).All in all, none of our interactions with the agents or Service Champions he’s been anything but professional and respectful.I highly recommend them!I will leave my previous review of Pat for folks to compare and review, seeing there is a pattern and it’s all positive!Pat showed up early and began explaining what the water heater flush would entail, he gave an accurate estimate on how long it would take and gave a detailed explanation of what the findings and results were based upon the debris from my unit. The anode rod was severely “weathered” and covered in mineral deposits, and my evaporator was not functioning as fully as it should have, the topper was my water heater was 20yrs old and although there were no major problems at this time we felt it prudent to replace the unit. There was no upsale by Pat, he showed me a like for like replacement and other options I requested. He maintained his professionalism the whole time even when he had to go pick up a replacement unit as a replacement was not what we had intended initially. Pat is a great example of what a business should look for in their employees and has reinforced our already positive opinion of Service Champions. Overall great experience and no regrets from having our system replaced and serviced by Service Champions!

We have had Service Champions work on our heating and air conditioning for the past several years and have been very happy with the service we received, so when we needed some electrical work done they were the company we contacted.. The technician they sent, Justin Kennedy, was great. He, and an assistant whose name I don’t know, installed some speed control switches for our ceiling fans, installed a new ceiling fan, replaced an outdated fluorescent fixture in one bathroom and replace six outdated fluorescent fixtures in our garage with new LED fixtures. Both electricians did an outstanding job and I couldn’t be happier with the work done and the improvements that were made to my home. In conclusion, Justin and his assistant were very pleasant, very knowledgeable and very professional. The overall experience was positive and ensures we will remain customers for a long time.

Dion arrived on time as scheduled, explained the work needed to be done, provided us with a generaor to keep the fridge and freezer running. He and Justin worked carefully to install a new electic panel, inserted a new grounding system, and when done, explained the new panels features and answered all of our questions. My husband called Service Champions on Sunday November 26th because our heater had stopped working. A technician came out the very next day and fixed our heater, apparently it was an easy fix. He was offered a water heater inspection and when the technician checked our water heater they discovered a leak. We scheduled to have a new water heater installed the next day. On Tuesday Pat and David arrived to install our new water heater. They took care of the damage the leak had caused in the dry wall. They hauled away our old water heater and cleaned up the mess from the dry wall. We are so happy with the service we got from Service Champions!

Our service tech Seth needed to go into the attic to finish making sure that our HVAC was running smoothly for the winter, when he noticed that our solar tube light was disconnected. The metal tube had shifted from its base. Seth re-aligned the tube and duct tapped it securely back into its base. Seth went above and beyond his regular multi point inspections. We are very happy. Our HVAC failed after 19 years three days ago (HOT) and Jeremy came out after a service request, documented with photos what was wrong, but after a 19 year run, we knew its was done. We wanted to discuss options and Travis was here within 30 minutes of Jeremy leaving and ran us through options but was super easy to work with and got us a new system, eliminating PG&E altogether for a very reasonable monthly rate. Excellent team of folks to work with, they stand by their name.EDIT: all follow up service has been of the highest order. Awesome. 10/10

Service Champions’ service in general is really great. I’m an MVP member so it’s nice to get my heating and air tuned up 2x per year and get priority scheduling if my unit goes out. We’ve had Thomas Dainard come out a couple times and he’s been great; friendly, knowledgeable, and determined to figure things out. Our AC unit is temperamental to say the least so it’s nice to have people we can rely on.

She was awesome!!! My HVAC system was presenting a strange intermittent problem. And of course when she arrived everything was working perfectly. But she still went through a complete inspection to determine what may have caused the problem. She instructed me that if the problem recurs, to take a video. After a couple of days it was acting up again and I did the video as she had instructed. Again when she arrived it was again not displaying the problem. I showed her the video and she conferred with her colleagues to brainstorm other possible causes.After a deep inspection, she noticed some wires that were crossed between the furnace and ac unit and cleaned that up. She then did a full system check to make sure all was working well, and since then problem solved. My thermostat had a notification on it this morning saying it could not connect to the smarthub. At 5:45 am, I called Service Champions and a wonderful young lady, Crystal, answered my call. I explained the issue and also mentioned that I am a disabled (emphysema) senior that cant be without AC She looked at the schedule and felt that could send a tech today and gave me a window of 3 - 7 pm. She also added that she would request if there was a cancellation to get my appt sooner in the day. I thanked her. At 8:25 Crystal called back to let me know she was so sorry but there were no appointments for today and she would need to reschedule me for 9:30 am tomorrow.I asked if there was anyway that I could fix it and she said she would send a message to her techs asking that question and perhaps get one of them to call me. I thanked her repeatedly and so appreciated her help. 10 minutes after that call she said that a tech had answered and was 15 minutes from my house and would actually stop by. I couldnt believe it. Ben showed up and immediately was able to get the notification off the thermostat. He showed me how to do it. He was awesome!I cant praise these two individuals enough. I had someone come out last year and service the A/C, they sent 30 more minutes and only looked at the compressor. He checked all the ducts, took apart the furnace and cleaned the fan as well as some other components. I had a full HVAC install with Service Champions. I was very impressed with my entire experience. Travis was our technician who designed our system. We had a family emergency and needed our system quickly. He and the home office went out of their way to schedule time for us to get a quote quickly. I set up financing with the help of Raymond. He walked me through the entire process on the phone so I could get scheduled for installation within 48 hours. Grant was our lead installer and his partner was Dean. They showed up on time, completed the installation within one day (Just the two of them!), and made sure to clean up afterwards. They paid special attention to not damaging the hardwood floors like I asked. I even got a walk through in how to work my new system afterwards. My mind is blown! I haven’t experienced customer service this good in quite sometime. Highly recommend this whole team and thank you for the support during this difficult family time!!!!

Andrew was outstanding. It’s hard to overstate how impressive his service visit was. He was calm and kind, warm, friendly, and talkative but also very efficient, motivated, and comprehensive. Not to mention he is clearly proficient and highly experienced. I felt I was getting expert care from an old friend or family member. We will insist he returns for most service calls and always wait until he is available unless there is an emergency. Hopefully Service Champs is able to continue to invest in Andrew and retain him in a highly-valued position.

I was very pleased with the way Zach Ingraham from Service Champions handled the air conditioner yearly checkup. He was very through and took time to explain what he was doing and why and how it affected the working of the system. He suggested products that would be helpful in prolonging the health of the air conditioning unit. He was efficient and polite and we would like him come back for any future servicing or issues. My experience has been 5 Stars all around, from my initial phone call to the actual service call it has been an impressive quality customer service experience with very clear communication. Our technician Mike Kenny is that perfect fusion of polite, friendly, efficient and a highly detailed oriented skilled professional. He performed a thorough job from beginning to end trouble-shooting and configuring our S40 Thermostat so it could pair to the Lennox System and the Wi-Fi. In the course of troubleshooting he noted that that panels were left off the hivac and he found areas where the last guy rewired components incorrectly causing it not to work Mike Kenny corrected it all in a short amount of time. I am extremely grateful I changed hivac services to “Service Champions”. Mike Kenny knew the Lennox System very well and that sure “made me smile“ because now we have heat after 30+days without…we signed up for the MVP service and are already scheduled for future maintenance. Give them a call you will not be disappointed theyve been in business for 20 years and are “Diamond Certified”. Their name says it all “Service Champions”. Feeling so happy for making a change to a Hivac service that cares.thank you for everything…Deborah❤️😃

A/C quit working during a very hot spell, and after contacting Service Champions, they were able to schedule an appointment for me sooner than my now previous HVAC company. The Customer Service Representative (Who was quite helpful) was able to schedule me right then and there without having to go through a call center first and then wait for a call back. Very good communication to confirm the appointment by text message and on the day of the appointment the status of the technician and when he would arrive.The Technician, Michael, was professional in appearance, very personable and very knowledgeable of my system. He made a quick diagnosis and repair of my system and a quick check of its operation with suggestions and future service recommendations. Also, l am now an MVP member of Service Champions.Thank you Service Champions. You are my new HVAC, plumbing and electrical service company go to.
