    I usually don’t write reviews, but I had such an amazing experience with All Pro Backflow that I felt compelled to share. The entire team, from the office staff to the technicians, was incredibly friendly, polite, and respectful. Scheduling was effortless thanks to a prompt call from their office.When the technicians arrived, I was gardening, and they kindly walked me through their process, which I found very interesting.     I have used several different Backflow contractors in the last 5 years, All Pro by far is the best. They are always prompt for scheduled jobs and emergency calls. They contact me for my regular service which is fabulous when you have as much to maintain as I do. They are honest about what needs to be fixed and what can be waited on, even when I say “should we just fix it now”. As long as All Pro Backflow exists they are who I will use.

    I have no words for how scary it was for me and my son yesterday. My tire was coming of my car,I made it to the side of the road I could not believe what was happening.I got out of my car and was in a panic trying to get somebody on the phone when a man in a truck asked me if I needed help, I said yes! he got on the phone called the car people, he got a hold of somebody and was just letting them know that I was in danger and that the situation was not okay. He made sure that were safe he helped me drive my car up to a safer spot, he did not hesitate to help a stranger in need. I cant explain the feeling but it meant so much to me that he helped me out! I honestly dont know what I would have done especially because nobody was picking up their phones. As I and my son are sitting there waiting for the tow company to come to get my car he drove up to us and asked if we were okay before he left I said yes I dont know how many times I said thank you to him but I was saying it over and over. THANK YOU JON LOTITO! Thank you for the kind helping hand thank you for making me and my son feel safe!!.

    I have used All Pro Backflow for at lease 5 years. Jon and his crew have always been very professional in every job they have completed for me. On one job where I had a water leak, they had to hand dig 15 feet to get to the broken pipe. They are always very speedy in getting jobs completed. They do all of my annual testing.I am very happy to have Jon and his crew do all of my Backflow work.

    Got notice from the City Of Roseville that our main water line backflow needed to be replaced at our restaurant. Called Jon at All Pro Backflow and they arrived the same day replaced it and took care of all the paperwork necessary. They also took payment over the phone which was quick and easy.     What can I say about Jon and his crew with All Pro Backflow. I used their service twice:Appointment: They were prompt in their appointment time. Pretty much came out the next day after I made my service call.Installation: They were able to diagnose what the issue was and knew what values needed and had the proper equipment on hand to repair AND replace the need values required by the county. (they also know a lot of county inspectors and have great relationships with them making inspections REALLY easy for you)COST: I called around to different companies and All Pro Backflow beats them all.Jon, All Pro Backflow makes you feel more relaxed that their job was done right and GREAT GREAT GREAT customer service that cannot be beat!!!.Because of their cost and service they will be servicing my property annually. No more looking around for anyone else.Thanks Jon and crew!!!
