Honest, quick, reliable. They fixed it, dealt with warranty, and were reasonably priced. We had another “plumber” out and they tried to scam us into buying a whole new water heater and they had “5 star reviews only” and now I know they must be fake. Be careful out there you guys , but fortunately Jim and Jay at Signature can be trusted.

Water heater died on Saturday the 24th of February. Had a competitor come out. Needless to say I won’t call them back. Called Signature Plumbing on Monday at 10:00 am. Was told they had an opening that evening. Plumber arrived 2 hrs early and knew exactly what the issue was. Replaced Gas Valve (which he had in his truck) and all is good. This was a warranty issue. We were charged what I consider to be reasonable fee for labor. Fixed in 40 minutes. Would definitely use Signature again.

All I can say is that I would HIGHTLY recommend SIGNATURE PLUMBING. I had multiple things that were in need of repair, I received an honest and upfront quote. Jim and team were awesome in every step of the way. Signature Plumbing responded quickly when I called with a leaking water heater. They obtained a replacement heater and installed it for a reasonable price. While here they protected my house and carpets from damage brought the instalation up to code and left everything in good shape and clean. Quick workers with great attitudes! Thank you!

Signature Plumbing is the best! Used them twice recently for rental property.The first time was a Sunday before Christmas when water heater was not heating. I called Jim at Signature Plumbing who said to face time him when my husband got to the house so he could see and hear what was going on; my husband did that and Jim could see the burner on unit was the problem. From there, Jim asked for the serial number of unit and date purchased. He researched the water heater unit and discovered there was a “recall” on the burner. He then called another plumber who did warranty work and had the part on hand and also, could come the next day (Christmas Eve) and repair it under warranty. Thank you, Jim. We can’t say enough and you have our business forever. (We wanted to pay Jim something for his time, research and finding the plumber to do the warranty work and had the part on hand, but he wouldn’t take anything).Second time recently, we used Signature Plumbing for another rental where the water heater wasn’t heating. Jim had someone out in 45 minutes. Thank you, Jim.You have great customer service and you sent out a nice technician too!!

On Friday, 3 days before Christmas, my water heater went out. After calling several other companies that were either closed for the holidays, didnt work on Saturdays or were booked until the following week, I tried Signature Plumbing. Pam answered the phone. She was awesome! She could tell I was panicking and said she would see what she could do. She called me back in less than 5 minutes and told me Jim would be out on Saturday morning between 8am and 9am. At 8:45 a.m. I got a call from Jim letting me know he would be here in 10 minutes. Not only is he the absolute best plumber Ive ever used, he is also the owner of the company! He quickly assessed the problem, got the part needed from his truck and had my water heater fixed in a few minutes. Best part, he didnt charge me extra for a Saturday appt. Jim is very knowledgeable, friendly, fair and all around awesome! I will be using Signature Plumbing for all my future plumbing needs!

I dont even know where to begin with this review. What should have been a straight-forward replacement of our shower fixtures had turned into an ongoing nightmare. We were frustrated and at our wits end and then Jim from Signature Plumbing entered the picture. From the first time I spoke with him, he was attentive, understanding, and offered several suggestions as to what might be causing our problem. With just that first phone call, he was more helpful than another local plumber had been after two visits to our home.Fast forward to today when Ed came to do the job. He was friendly, listened to my concerns, and offered advice and empathy with what we had been dealing with. He fixed a perplexing issue efficiently and effectively. Another issue arose (this issue had nothing to do with his work but with the fixture itself) and I called Jim back to discuss our options. Once again, he was friendly, understanding, and flexible.Ill be honest; they were not the cheapest place out there, BUT I would much rather give my money to someone who treated me with respect, who got the job done effectively and efficiently, and gave me the utmost confidence in their work.Jim, Ed, Pam -- every conversation and interaction has been a pleasure. I will be passing your name along to friends with confidence.

Signature Plumbing saved us. Our Sacramento home is about 75 years old and I have had very little work done in the 35 years I have owned it. Thanks to their hard work, diligence, and great service Jim and his prize employee Jack saved my weekend and cleared my sewer. We were just a few feet away from having to dig, now that baby is as clean as a whistle, ready for another 30+ years. We are going to bring Signature back for semi annual cleaning from now on. I recommend them highly. Expert knowledge, hard work, honesty and integrity, cant thank them enough.

I recommend Signature Plumbing if you are interested in quality workmanship at competitive pricing. The office staff was very courteous. They showed up when they said they would. And, Jim also gave interim advice on how to handle a costly and separate plumbing issue we will be facing down the road a bit when the budget permits.

I can’t say enough good things about Pam Ed and Zac with Signature Plumbing! I’m a Realtor and needed a emergency fix at one of my listings ASAP and Pam helped fit us into their booked schedule. Shaun arrived as scheduled. I like that they were able to schedule an appointment for the following day. They called to confirm that night, and that morning Shaun called upon arrival letting me know he was out front.He cleaned out both the laundry and Main drains. He was polite, clean, and friendly.Did a Great job!Now I just need a house full of guest to test out the main line! ;). (In time)

I called after hours and left a message yesterday. Before 8 am, I had a text to set up an appointment for the same day. Jay came, listened to what was going on and easily predicted the problem- hair in the drain. He quoted me for a simple decking, but then told me what other possibilities could be and what that could entail.He was professional, friendly and efficient. This is my second time using this company and will call them for any future issues.

We have found our plumber for life! Its always a huge stress when something major goes wrong in your home. We had used Signature Plumbing for a smaller faucet repair, but when our tankless water heater stopped working, they came out almost immediately. They diagnosed the problem quickly, they didnt try to sell us something that we didnt need, their prices are fair and they were respectful of our house and were clean and courteous. Highly recommend them!

I called Signature Plumbing at 5:45 pm in a panic because the pipe connecting to our hot water heater had sprung a leak and was spraying water everywhere. Jim Davies, the owner, answered the phone and patiently explained what I needed to do at that moment since all the plumbers had left for the day. Jim had two of his plumbers at my house at 8:15 am the next morning. They were polite, well-spoken and helpful. They fixed the leak, and the charge was more than reasonable. I highly recommend Signature Plumbing!

Jim talked me through how to fix my tankless water heater just now over the phone. And its a Saturday!! He didnt even charge me for his time even though I asked if I could. Super professional, kind, and patient over the phone as I did what he asked. Got me and the kids out of taking cold showers for a few days until the other guys could get to me. I see that my good friend also used him and said the same wonderful things. No doubt in my mind that Jim will be my go to for anything in the future!! Thanks again. And my kids do too!! I dont go out of my way to post reviews very much and I usually only do when the service is spectacular. Also, not every plumber will service tankless water heaters. Jim and his team have training in dealing with these things. I got turned down by two other local plumbers until I found Signature Plumbing. Thanks again!!!
