    Excellent family-owned company. The company members were available when I called during the New Year weekend. They scheduled my appointment and repaired my A/C issues promptly.     Honestly, weve not had a bad experience with this whole company since we bought our house in 2022. They have been open, honest, and helpful throughout everything weve had done.     Cory was very knowledgeable and explained everything to us. He was able to give us a discount because of all the repairs we have had to do with our present air conditioner.     Sky came out to address my plumbing issues and was timely, knowledgeable and very helpful. He was able to come up with a plan to get my issue corrected and explained what my options were. 10/10 Would absolutely recommend!!Keith came out to address my AC issues on the same day. He was also timely, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He took the time to explain everything to me as I do not have a good knowledge of AC systems and he explained in a way I could understand. He provided a variety of options to me to ensure I could get the issue taken care of. 10/10 would recommend!!Chris came out as a project manager as I need duct work replacement along with my plumbing issues. He was very compassionate. Explained things to me and what options I had. He was very thorough with his measurements to ensure everything gets done correctly and made sure all 3 of my issues were taken care of before leaving 10/10 would recommend!!

    Freedom Air and Plumbing are top of the line. They have an amazing Customer Creed, which can be found on their About Us page on their website. We’ve experienced this excellent customer service first hand from the first call to schedule service all the way through the installation process. Our service technician, Gary was courteous, professional, fully explaining his findings and recommendations. We decided to move forward with purchasing a new AC unit. When Anthony arrived he immediately set our minds at ease. He listened to our thoughts and was able to answer our countless questions. He’s amazing with the dogs too. He is knowledgeable of the different systems and communicated clearly in non-technical terms so we could understand which systems would meet our requirements. To wrap it up, we had the pleasure of Brandon & Nick as our installers. They completed the installation in well under the estimated time. They both were also professional and courteous. We are amazed at the level of professionalism and integrity with everyone we’ve had the pleasure of working for us on this project. We highly recommend Freedom Air and Plumbing for all your routine home services as well purchase of a new energy savings unit and house UV light as well as their Service Club.

    Our system was serviced then the same day our blower motor stopped working. Our Lenox system is not even a year old.Our tech Drew, came to the rescue.The part had to be shipped in from California and would take 3 days. Living in Florida without air is unbearable so our tech brought in a temp air conditioner, which helped a lot.When the part came in, he returned and within an hour everything was working perfectly.Pleasant, respectful and friendly person to have around.Thanks 😀

    Dale was on time and very professional. Although he didnt have the equipment to remove a very stubborn clog in my drain pipe he made arrangements for another technician to come out the same day. He explained other services that might further protect my A/C and even though I did not approve all of them he understood and was not at all pushy. The other technician (J.?) was able to complete the repair. Everything is cool now, thanks!

    Had a fantastic experience with Pat! My AC was not working (which luckily was “user error”) . Not only was the AC back online, but he educated me how to trouble shoot issues and was very patient with all of my questions!!!     From setting up the appointment to job completion, Freedom Air and Plumbing did a great job. I was kept informed through every aspect, from when and who was arriving to what to expect next once the job was done.     Joe did a great job of diagnosing the problem. He actually determined that there was no actual leak from a pipe but that the issue was cracks in the older grout in the shower tile allowing water to get behind the tile, run down the wall and seep back out through the grout at the bottom of the shower wall. I can’t say thanks enough to Joe for taking the time and effort to figure this out. Thanks again Joe. I’ll be using Freedom Air and Plumbing for any future jobs 👍

    Freedom’s technician, Abraham, did a fantastic job from start to finish. He came out and provided me quotes for a couple different options of hot water heaters, and explained the differences for each. He helped me make an informed decision. He then came out the next day and performed the installation and answered any questions that I had during the process. He left the garage cleaner than when he arrived and took pride in the installation that he performed. He proved himself to be a valuable asset to Freedom Air.

    Totally professional, knowledgeable, honest! Corey knows his name is on his work that he performs, and because he has pride in his work it is reflected in the quality of the finished product. The old system was taken out and a new one put in within hours. I was impressed with the lengthy and in-depth test post installation, to ensure the system was operating at peak! Job site totally cleaned up afterwards and they even replaced the rugs back to the floor. Excellent benefits go along with the installation package.     Cory came out to do an HVAC estimate. This is by far the most thorough quote process I have ever seen.     Freedom Air did a great job of replacing our A/C unit a few years ago, so we entered into a service contract with them. Since then, they have been wonderful. When I called, they fit us right into the daily schedule and Marquis arrived, assessed situation, made the repairs and left our home clean - with functioning plumbing. So I received two quotes from two known and well reviewed companies. Freedom Air seemed to be knowledgeable and didn’t charge to give us a second opinion. Not only they beat the price (without looking at the other quote) but told me that I didn’t have to change the coils but replace the pan and encasing.. so I felt that the technician was very honest and had no interest in charging the warranty and extra labor costs.Upon completion of the job - the air handler and closet looked amazing.     So freedom Air & Heat was recommended by a neighbor who also has a solar/electric hybrid water tank . I called to schedule a repair for the issue iam having and got a live person right away. Set up appointment for the next day. Received a call that a tech could come same day if I am able and I was. Received a text with the name and photo of the tech. Was contacted again to advise he was enroute. Thomas D arrived listened to what we said. We left him to work. He explained everything that needed to be done, (this is a fix that may be temporary) and offered other options. His explanations were clear for a non plumber to understand Thomas was very professional and personable. We did the quick fix for now with the intention of taking Thomas’s suggestion for new unit in the near future. They offer many payment options for that. If you need hot water heater or any plumbing done I would highly recommend Thomas and Freedom Air and Heat. Just an fyi as is the new normal there is a service call charge but they do offer a service plan to which we will avail ourselves to with the new unit

    Needed emergency plumbing done, Hot water tank decided it had had enough and “tanked out.” Freedom sends their technician Abraham (if I remember correctly). Absolute professional and did a hell of a job swapping out for a newer HW tank and completed a custom pipe job all around enhancing the entire area. I know I’ve posted plenty before regarding Freedom AC & Plumbing but I have to reiterate that some of the technicians with this company, Abraham as of today, are true crafts/tradesman and I highly recommend and hope that the company knows how fortunate they are to have the technicians they do!     We have been using Freedom Air and Plumbing for years now and have never been disappointed. Today we had an issue with our AC unit and Brad came out to diagnose the problem... He was extremely friendly and helpful! He explained everything we needed to know about how to prevent the problem from happening again in the future. As I said before we have used them for years and every time we need to call them out they are the overall best in personality and service.

    Darriel was excellent in explaining everything to me. He tried the new bulb in my old unit, and it did not work. I bought a new unit, and it took extra work to install it. He pulled off tape and put a new plate up for the new Respircare unit. He could have short cut this and he didnt, I appreciate that he did it right. I would recommend Freedom Air because they sent out a very experienced, honest person to do my job. Thank you, Freedom Air!

    I worked with Anthony to buy a new AC unit and would not hesitate to refer him to friends and family. He was not the cheapest but you get what you pay for. They worked with me in regards to the price and got me a great brand at a fair price. I looked at 5 or 6 other companies but it made the most sense to go with Anthony. The techs that came to install it were great as well. They were always on time and we had constant communication from the Freedom Air. The price was clear cut and did not change when they did the install. Save yourself some time and call Anthony at Freedom Air.
