    We had a serious plumbing issue that required extensive research and eventual cast iron drain replacement. RJ did not give up until he found the problem. Once diagnosed, these guys worked tirelessly for 4 days until we were up and running again. Every employee I encountered was friendly. I wont be calling any other plumbing company for my future needs.

    I had to place an emergency call because my lawn guy busted the main PVC pipe into the house.Brandon Hayes showed up in about 40 mins after the call. He is very professional and courteous.He was able to fix the leak and replaced the old pipe with a much better setup. Iā€™m very pleased with his work.

    Nobody is ever happy to the call the plumber. And it always happens at an inconvenient time; however, Logan was able to quickly diagnose my problem and arrange to come back when parts were available. In my case it was not an emergency, so this worked fine for me. He even provided me all the information I needed in order to contact the vendor of my water tank to get a warranty part. Great guy, great service and great price.

    I usually do my own plumbing work, but couldnā€™t get the handles off of my bathroom faucet due to corrosion of the set screws, so I just decided to give Coggin a try. Called them to just do a replacement of the whole 2-handle faucet. RJ had to cut it out in pieces. He got thrown one curveball after another, but he stuck with it without losing his sanity and did a great job. Very professional service with fair pricing. I will definitely use them again.Follow-up: I used them again a couple weeks later for a whole-house re-pipe. It was a 60s era house with hardly any attic access with which to work. I got 3 bids and theirs was the middle bid. I went with them because of the person (Robert?) who came out and gave me the estimate. They just seemed the most professional and knowledgeable, and I could tell they were going to try and do the job in the best, and least invasive way as possible. Even the inspector told me that they do better work than most. Robert and Jim were the main technicians who did the job. It was like being on an episode of This Old House where you always wonder where they get the great contractors. Office staff was a pleasure to work with as well. I will definitely not hesitate to use them again.

    I called first thing in the morning to have an EK Coggin technician replace my hot water heater. The tech was here in an hour, gave me an estimate, picked up the right heater, returned promptly, and installed it expertly. He made sure the work area was clean and dry.     The main pipe into our house sprang a leak. Curt, very pleasant young man, was the tech sent out. He arrived earlier than expected which was great (no water) after finding the problem he explained everything also took pictures explained what was needed, the repair cost. After repair he again took a picture explaining how he had made the repair.We decided to replumb the house after 3 more issues. A couple of pictures of the juryrig plumbing from previous DIY owners.     Brandon was great! He arrived in the earlier part of the time estimated timeframe. Brandon did everything he could to fix the issue. Unfortunately, he was not able to fix the issue because it ran much deeper than the service they provide but told me what needed to be done and recommended to get a few estimates.     Ek Coggin Plumbing provided exceptional service when they unclogged my drain last week. They were able to offer a same-day appointment, which was incredibly convenient. Although the drain got clogged again (likely due to our old cast iron pipes), they sent Andrew out first thing in the morning to fix it.I was pleasantly surprised to learn that they offer a 30-day guarantee after unclogging a drain, which meant I didnā€™t have to pay again for the second visit. Andrew was very knowledgeable and gave us excellent advice on what our next steps should be. Their prices and guarantee surpass any other plumbing company Iā€™ve dealt with. Iā€™ve definitely got them on speed dial!

    I HIGHLY recommend Coggin Plumbing! We have had Coggin Plumbing to our house for 3 service calls and were incredibly impressed! Brandon and Kyle were the servicemen that came to our house. The customer service was exceptional! They text you when they are on their way. They email you to confirm your appointment time. They were both very friendly and polite and cleaned up after themselves once they were done with the repairs. Both Brandon and Kyle could not have been nicer. I was very impressed!

    Had backup in bathroom on Saturday- Rob came out and went above and beyond troubleshooting the line and trying to clear it. He thought problem was on city side. Monday morning spoke to Rockledge waste water management; within 30 minutes they were inspecting my line. Not only did they scope the line, but they traced it to a hidden washout which they uncovered. Ron was out today and re-inspected the line and confirmed the problem (no additional charge). Great job by all involvedLine replaced in one day with minimal disruption to yard or our daily routine. And they troubleshot a slow flushing toilet while replacing the wax seals at no extra charge. Have been sharing my outstanding customer service experience with everyone at work and in the neighborhood!

    We highly recommend EK Coggins Plumbing!! We bought a 1950s home that needed the cast-iron plumbing taken out and all new plumbing put in. This meant cutting into the cement slab replacing all of the sewer lines to the road. They also replaced all the water lines and water heater while they had the house opened up. This was a huge job that made me very nervous! They did the work with minimal demolition. Jim and the crew were very polite and professional each day. We got several quotes and decided to go with this company and we are very happy that we did.

    We had an external faucet where the garden hose nozzle was corroded and we could not unscrew it from the faucet. After repeated soaking with WD 40, i applied a pair of vice grips to the fitting and accidentally broke off the entire fitting from the water pipe. Water came flowing out of the broken copper pipe. I turned off the house water and called EK Coggin. They were able to send a tech within an hour and install a new outdoor faucet. Fast response and super job.

We were recommended by two neighbors to give them a call when our water heater started making irregular banging noises through the day that can be heard all the way across the house. A quick call heard a welcoming voice who was patient with our concerns and we scheduled a time. plumber Logan came and immediately located the problem to be the heater element but suggested because of the age of the unit replacement was more cost effective. The tank size change cause a bit of confusion but the company graciously provided all answers to our questions. The plumber came today and replaced the unit. Couldnā€™t be happier that the noise went away. Great company, super fast turn around, reasonable estimate and prices.

    Amazing service! Had an emergency in a house We moved into two days ago, where the water valve broke outside our house. Told him what the problem was and he immediately knew what he needed to do. He wasnā€™t here 30 mins and had all the toilets working normal, and shower & tubs drained and working properly.     Late in the day I discovered a water leak at the towns water main and meter. It ended up to be a broken PVC fitting on the customers side of the meter. Although I am renting the house, the landlord called Coggin and this ended up being an after-hours issue to resolve. The Service Technicians name was Curt, who quickly saw the issue, cleared the area and within 20 mins had the water restored to the house. Curt was extremely polite and professional. If ever Im in need of professional plumbing expertise, I now know which company to reach out to!!

    Logan Moro was our service technician. He was amazing, very knowledgeable, polite, professional and we no longer have clogged kitchen sinks.     Called for a quote on a hot water heater replacement, was greeted friendly and professionally. After multi quotes went with them. They were able to work around my schedule were prompt, quick and clean work. I thought it was pricey for a job that took less than an hour but compared to other quotes was not bad at all.
