    Pat was awesome!! He was prompt and fixed my plumbing issues so I have a working sink for Christmas. I’ve used Dial plumbing for all my needs since 2008. Tankless water heater install last month from Ryan and Pat saved the day today. Kudos to the entire team, from scheduling on.

    I want to give kudos to Dial Duron. They were extremely quick to respond, scheduled an appointment the same day and sent Hunter the service tech and Robert Ryder the system consultant to evaluate my air conditioning problems. In short, the system was fried post hurricane Milton from an electrical surge just after we were commenting how lucky we were we didnt lose power through the storm. Robert and Hunter diagnosed the problem and it was apparent a complete new system was the only solution. This was more than a simple system exchange. There was wire damage and other concerns that Robert coordinated into the quote and job order so there would be no surprises. Robert was outstanding and I felt like I was dealing with friends instead of just getting a sales pitch. The install takes place today, one day after they came out to do the evaluation. I will report back when the entire system is up and running but I can already tell, this company is performing at a level not common in todays day and age. Thank you!Steve and Devin arrived Monday morning 10/14 to install the system. Both of these guys worked together to get the old unit out and the new system in. Steve was meticulous in all the details both ducting, electrical connections, commissioning the system and showing me the controls and capabilities of what the system can do. I am a retired engineer and particular about an expensive install like this. After a short time watching, it was apparent these guys knew what they were doing so I left them alone to work. Steve was obviously the lead on the job and Devin was taking care of the outside demo and install.Long story short... I am very pleased! Outstanding job guys! from first contact to job completion. A strong case for you get what you pay for and this rings true for me all the way. Again, something lacking with other companies in this day and age. Thank you to the entire Duron team!

    I could not be any happier for the service I received from Erik Mendoza. His communication and professionalism is second to none. He treats you like a friend instead of a customer. When I thought that was enough to sell me on Dial Duron, the team arrived to replace all of my duct work. These guys worked their tails off for 11 hours to insure that my project and ac would be up and running in one day. I was absolutely impressed with their work ethic and attention to detail.     We had a complete AC install by Xavier & Antonio on Nov 22,’24. Great conscientious team working hard all day. It was a pleasure having them install my new unit knowing it would be done correctly! Terrific job & super clean look after they were finished!Rhyan Garner came a few days later to make final connections & check the heat pump. As in the past he is meticulous with his work. He took his time & corrected all the outstanding issues. He is a super tech and can handle any problem presented to him. 5 Stars to all involved, including customer service on the phone.     I had my entire A/C system replaced with Lennox equipment in my condo by Duron. Martin the installer worked quietly the entire day without even taking a lunch break. He is a very experienced installer. Omar worked with him on the installation on the roof. They both were very professional . Omar very patiently showed me how to gain access to Lennox for my smart thermostat. My many questions were answered quickly as they both had the knowledge. When they left they made sure all old equipment was removed & everything cleaned up as if they were never here doing such a big job. What a pleasure to work with both installers on a big job.

    We had a great experience with Dial Duron for the entire process of installing a new AC. First of all, Steven did the service call and thoroughly check the old system and determined it was in need of replacement. Erik came over the very same day and help us purchase the correct system for our house. It is a big investment and he explained the best cost effective way to go. He was able to secure installment the very next day. Martin and Steve were very professional and did a good job of installing the new system in a timely manner. They left the area clean and removed all boxes and old system. I would recommend this company for your AC needs.

    So let me start by saying this is Rhyan’s second time to our house and both times he has been professional and highly informational. I highly recommend you ask for Rhyan he is amazing! He is sincere and honest!     Pat arrived on time and took care of our plumbing issue in a heart beat. We asked about their annual insurance coverage, and he explained that for $199 a year, we could have our heating. cooling, and plumbing calls covered, which we opted to do. Now, if our toilet decides to act up again, we can just dial Dial and Pat will drive right out and repair it. Why only 4 and not 5? Because one short issue doesnt tell much.

    Came on time, finished in one day for an entire new system. Signature series is blowing more CFM and cooling faster than my 12 y.o. Comfort brand. So far no regrets. The a/c problem I was having was with a split a/c system that I had purchased for my garage and was trying to install myself.     Johnathon Bielski did a truly remarkable and amazing job of working with me and my family to diagnose and correct a long standing problem we have been having in our home with negative pressure causing high humidity. Johnathon worked tirelessly across multiple visits to determine the root cause and come up with a plan to correct the issue. He also successfully planned and implemented a series of tuning steps that dramatically reduced humidity levels in our home. He also discovered and corrected an issue we were having with bacteria growing in our air handler, revealing he cared for the health and well being of my family. Johnathon was extraordinarily attentive and received and acted on input from us. Best customer/technician relationship we have ever experienced. We are extremely happy and satisfied with Dial Duron and their employee Johnathon Bielski. A job well done!

    Today I had generator maintenance on my Generac generator. Matthew Martens arrived on time, explained every step of the procedure, answered my questions, performed the maintenance in a timely fashion, tested the generator and cleaned up after he was finished. He did an excellent job and I highly recommend him.Today 06-17-2024, Freddy and Matthew came out to inspect my Generac generator and do a tune-up. They are very knowledgeable and did the job well. I highly recommend Freddy for any Generac generator service you may need.7/31/2024Dial Duron has been my HVAC and Generac Generator service company for decades. Recently I had issues with moldy air coming through the vents. I called Dial Duron and Steve S came to perform my regular maintenance and address the issues with mold. He inspected the attic and took pictures. Steve S provided me with advice and many options that were available. After seeing the pictures and studying my options, Steve S called Robert Ryder who came over quickly and provided options and estimates to repair the issue. After reviewing options, I decided on the best option for me. Robert explained everything and set up to schedule the work. Steve S took care of my regular AC maintenance and did a thorough neat job. I highly recommend Steve S and Robert R and Dial Duron.

    Rhyan came for a maintenance check up and I discussed the age of our Airconditioning unit and the insufficient way it’s working. Our unit is 11 years old and not energy efficient. We opted for a new unit. Today Thomas, Steve and Martin installed our new unit, they were prompt, clean, very professional and polite. They took their time explaining everything!     Had a great experience with Dial Duron and our A/C tech Blake! Our furnace was not getting the house hot and it has been pretty chilly lately.     Steve and Jake did an excellent job on my AC installation. They were very friendly with smile on their faces all the time, very patient answering all questions from a curious customer. They came in at 9am and left at 4:30pm, they took their time to do the job paying attention to every detail.     Junior Figueroa arrived on time to assess our gas tankless hot water heater. It is 10-years old & he recommended replacing it & I agreed. He came up with options, which I liked very much. We decided on a new gas tankless hot water heater & we will schedule to have him install it this Friday. Junior was professional, knowledgeable & listened to our concerns. I highly recommend him & the company he works for; Dial Duron! We have used their services for over a decade!

    Rhyan is the best technician I have had in 16 years. He takes pride in his work and responds to the issues as if it was his home. Extremely efficient and works in a timely fashion! Great job as always!Rhyan came today 11/11/24 for the bi annual check up on my 2 AC units. He is still the Best troubleshooter on my 17 year old unit. All checked out, changed the filter & updated all the pressures on the outside compressor.     Called for an estimate to have some electrical work done at my job. We were having an issue with a light switch and a breaker on our second panel. The same day I called, they had a technician show up to diagnose the problem and provide an estimate. Our tech was Hector Cortez and he did an outstanding job. He was very professional and diligent in his work. Not only was he able to diagnose the issue quickly but he was able to provide a solution that was cost effective and met our needs without an elaborate undertaking. We are looking forward to our appointment next week for the work to be completed.
