I was very happy with the whole team from start to finish. The salesman, Jason Marks, answered all my questions and provided great feedback about my job so I knew exactly what needed to be done . The color consultant, Lori Morris, took her time with us and guided us to the right color match considering our brick and roof colors. And finally the paint and siding replacement crew, lead by Oscar, were just a great team. They answered all my questions before the job started and I can’t believe how efficient they were replacing the many rotted wood siding panels we had. The paint job looks fantastic! I would highly recommend anyone who is in the market for an external painter to call The Exterior Painters. Thanks to all!

Thank you Exterior Painters!!!!! We had a whole reconstruction on our house and we’re looking to have it painted. We called and Rob came by and we talked about the project, he gave us a great quote, Laurie our color consultant really helped with ideas for the house and couldn’t have been more accommodating with all the questions and concerns we had. The painting crew, Omar and his team, were the best!!!! I had an idea of what the house could look like and they made it better than I could have ever imagined!!!! It is truly our dream home and Exterior Painters went above and beyond and truly care about what they do, if you are looking to have your house painted look no further, these guys are simply the best, great price, great service, and an amazing paint crew……. Update: they sent a team out in the spring to correct the issues. I updated them to 4 starsI was really impressed with their sales brochures, and scheduling but that’s where it stopped for me. They were scheduled to paint on October 30th and previous to painting the house, I had already scheduled someone to clean it two weeks prior. He finished most of the job, but had an emergency and had to leave before finishing a part of it. He rescheduled for the afternoon of October 28th. The morning of the 28th, I get a call from Exterior Painters that they will be at house in 30min (2 days early). They said to call if this was a problem. I called them back and talked to what sounded like an after hours answering service. The woman I talked to said she would have someone call me back. NO CALL BACK! By now the crew is at my house and setting up. I talked the crew lead and told him I wasn’t ready for them because my house cleaner was coming to finish today. He said they were rescheduled because of the weather. So I had to quickly run around the house moving outdoor furniture and things away from the house. I most of the morning handwashing my front porch. Glad I did because I later discovered they just paint over everything, dirt included. In the late afternoon another painting crew shows up at my house to help. It was dust when they finished. The next morning a was looking at the job in the daylight and was disappointed. Several joints were not caulked, there was paint spatter on my deck and I found 9 empty cardboard masking tape rolls in my yard. My garage door which was covered in dirt was now freshly painted. I wonder how long that paint is going to stay on? That said, I still gave them a 2 instead of a 1 because the wood replacement and actual painting looks great. The pictures are of the gaps not caulked and paint spatter on my deck.

We hired The Exterior Painters to re-paint our 2 story home. They came recommended by multiple personal acquaintances. Our sales guy Rob was polite, prompt, and he even helped us return paint we bought (since I planned to do the project myself). From power washing to paint the process was only a couple weeks from giving our deposit and confirming colors which was amazing to me considering it is the middle of Summer. In the end the large crew had the painting completed in one long day and the quality was top notch which was also amazing to me (since it would have likely taken me a month of working weekends). The kicker is the detailed quote/price was below what I hoped to pay after reviewing other painters. I would not hesitate to use again and certainly recommend The Exterior Painters to any friends/family.

Have used Exterior Painters 3 times on 2 different homes. 2 were full paint and repair and 1 project was touch up and replacement on some damaged wood.Highly recommend!- office staff and customer service is timely, friendly and professional- project manager is knowledgeable and honest- workmanship is top notch, no cutting corners or sloppy work- when the crew leaves you wouldn’t know they were ever there. When we select vendors to do work at our home we base our choice on value not exclusively pricing. The Exterior Painters were selected for this reason and did not fail in living up to our expectations. Jason our sales person was attentive, fast and honest in all of his dealings with us. Antonio the crew leader of the folks who did the actual work was honest, polite and easy to deal with throughout the process and the owner of this company(whos name Ive forgotten) did an incredible job of putting our minds at ease in selecting his company. Ours was a large job which required removal of all of our existing wood siding, replacement, vapor wrap, caulk, etc... and this company performed all of the work quickly, on time and at a very high level of competence. I would highly recommend them for any exterior work needs you have! attached are some before and after pictures of our home.

Many to the Exterior PaintersThey showed up at my house on the scheduled date and time to power wash all the wood on my house. A few days later they showed up and approximately 8 hours later all the damaged wood on my house was removed and replaced and the exterior of my house completely scraped and repainted.I will be recommending the Exterior Painters to anyone asking me for a recommendation.The photos shown below are just an example of the type of work the Exterior Painters did on my house.

I cant say enough good things about The Exterior Painters! Rob came out 2 days after I requested a quote, and I had a quote, that day. Very reasonable. We wanted to completely change the look of our Tudor, and additionally needed a lot of wood repair. We were told that all the painters are master carpenters, and all the work would be done in a couple days. Our house was power washed on Saturday, and the painters (6 of them) came on Monday. Completely finished by Tuesday afternoon, they even painted the shed! You cannot go wrong with this company.

I want to express my sincere appreciation to everyone involved in our project. The paint on our house (wood trip, cement foundation, and doors) looks incredible! There was some damage to our grass, but the team at Exterior made it right. As someone who works in the commercial construction industry, I’m likely as challenging of a customer that you can find when it comes to work done at my house. The Exterior Painters came highly recommended to me by a colleague so I expected a good experience and they delivered on that and then some. I had some siding repaired + painted the house and from the very beginning, it was a first rate experience. From the front office to the gentlemen I interacted with (Rob & Marcos) they were polite, courteous, and professional. And best of all, they didn’t walk away before willingly correcting a couple of things to my satisfaction. The Exterior Painters did an excellent job replacing and painting my siding. Throughout the entire experience, everything felt very transparent, non-salesy/pushy, and positive. They were also very quick, from initial quote to work completion taking about 1.5 months. We recently purchased a 23 year old house on a golf course. Over the years, it had been pelted by golf balls. The vinyl siding had become brittle and was shattering whenever hit. We asked for bids from 4 contractors and ultimately contracted with Exterior Painters, based on value, a detailed Scope of Work, and a quick time-frame for the work to be completed.We had them replace our siding with LPV (Louisiana Pacific Vinyl), as well as any rotten boards. Additionally, the house was to be power washed and all non-brick surfaces painted. Along the way, we found other hidden issues such as Tyvek wrap was never installed, holes in the plywood underneath the siding caused by critters, lots of rotten wood boards & trim, and more. All these issues were addressed without hitting us with huge change orders.Their crew came out on the scheduled date and worked from morning to dusk as well as weekends to get the job done in a timely fashion. Their attention to detail was fantastic!Our salesperson was Jason and our primary contact during the project was Sarah. Both were a pleasure to deal with.The house now looks great. Needless to say, we were very impressed. I would highly recommend Exterior Painters for any of your exterior painting and siding needs.

What an incredible company! When we received a mailing from The Exterior Painters, we decided to check their reviews since we needed our house painted and to have rotting wood replaced. We now know that their rave reviews are 100% justified. Every individual we dealt with was professional, courteous and competent. When we called to get an estimate for our wood repair and painting, it happened immediately. Paint sample colors were overnighted to us. The work was promptly scheduled and completed when promised. When we had a few minor touch up requests, they were accomplished the very next morning (a Saturday). The final bill came in below the estimate. No waiting for callbacks. No delays. No cost overruns. No excuses. The Exterior Painters is outstanding from top to bottom and at every phase of the project.

The color we picked on the swatch was accurate. The color coordinator gave great previews and was helpful in color choices and listened to our ideas. The garage doors and gutters were painted very well and done a great job on. They also repaired any wood damage at a reasonable cost. I cant say enough good things about Exterior Painters. We painted our entire brick house a creamy white color from the 1970s brown brick and not only was this a huge exciting transformation, but the quality of work from the team was phenomenal. They were attentive to detail, super clean, and I was blown away at how fast they were able to accomplish painting an entire house in 24 hours. We have received so many compliments from the neighbors. For anyone contemplating, if you dont like your old brick color, paint it! It can truly transform your house and now I feel like we live in a brand new house. I love to DIY and paint myself for most interior projects, but this job was truly a beast to tackle as a DIY so hire the professionals for a big job like this. The color consult with Lori was helpful. Mike was so kind and quick to reply to all our our questions. Sara the scheduler kept me informed daily. Highly recommend this crew.

After my property review Patrick came to our initial meeting prepared with a detailed plan with no hidden costs. To my surprise the company offered a color coordinator to help me select the perfect color for my home. The paint crew was totally professional, prompt and on time. The crew was also was very patient and friendly with my questions and concerns. Lastly, the quality of work was beyond my expectations! The whole process was smooth and easy at a very reasonable cost. The two painters, Alex and Paco were very nice and respectful and Alex answered any questions we had during the prep and painting process which took a day and a half. Rob was our estimator and from start to finish he was professional, responsive, and easy to work with. The painting crew was also incredible. After the job was done Rob even came out to make sure we were happy with everything and found some quick touch ups that he took the time to do right on the spot by himself. We received an emailed price quote before Patrick even left the driveway, Sarah answered all our questions very quickly and thoroughly before work began, and color consultant Lori was knowledgeable and very helpful.The team moves quickly from quote to finish, so you don’t feel like your project is lost in the backlog somewhere. Our project was done in less than a day (they had to return for touch ups the next day which took about an hour), and they did their best to minimize moving through the landscaping by the house - they were very careful with a plant on a trellis leaning on the side of the house!Patrick joined the team for a final walk through inspection and ensured we were satisfied with the work before leaving.Professional staff, good prices, great work! A neighbor just had their house painted by The Exterior Painters crew. We were not only impressed with the results, we noticed how diligent and efficient the team worked. Their protective taping job around windows, doors and trim was part of the process that specially caught our eye.The neighbors are very happy and highly recommended The Exterior Painters. After 10 years since our last painting and 21-year-old gutters that were leaking more than they were diverting, we needed paint and significant wood repairs along with new gutters. We performed our due diligence and received several quotes, The Exterior Painters were the only ones that gave an immediate quote that clearly stated the wood repair, paint, and gutters as independent line items. They even provided a color design consultant as a part of their service. We had to guess with other painters as to what our total wood repair would ultimately cost. Another painter did not offer wood repair service at all; we would have to contract for that separately.The Exterior Painters team spent an entire day just on wood repair and caulking and did an amazing job. There were soffits, critter entries, and a south-facing bay window/sliding door that had been hammered by the sun and inconveniently covered by part of the deck; they fixed it all. The team completely cleaned up the workplace both days.We are extremely happy with the results. The house looks great. Attention to detail is evident in all steps of the process. We are delighted with the repairs and paint job The Exterior Painters completed on our home. I found the firm by seeing one of their brightly painted and trimmed trucks in our neighborhood. Rob, the sales person, came to our home and walked with me around the house to see all the items needing repairs in order to prepare a detailed quote. Their quote was fully competitive with several other firms. They quoted in January of 2022 with an agreement to begin the job as soon as weather permitted. Sarah, from the home office phoned on March 31 to let us know they planned to power wash the house on April 6. The fellow that did the power wash did an excellent job using a washer machine operated safely from the ground that sprayed to the top of our three-story house. Sarah phoned to let us know Antonio would begin making repairs on April 9. He and his crew arrived at 8 AM on April 9 and began making the repairs prior to beginning painting. Brian Scott, the owner of the firm, personally delivered materials to make the repairs. Antonio and his team worked diligently and smoothly completing the repairs. Then they masked everything to prepare to apply the paint. The actual painting began on April 10 and was completed on April 11. They removed all of the masking materials and thoroughly cleaned and removed all debris. All in all it was a pleasant, stress free experience. We highly recommend The Exterior Painters.

WOW, THE EXTERIOR PAINTERS EXCEEDED OUR EXPECTATIONS!!! The day before painting began, they came and power washed. They painted our doors, window trim, deck, all wood trim and gutters on our three story house. They also replaced and repaired any damaged wood prior to painting. They were very precise and covered all the windows and anything that wasn’t supposed to be painted. It only took them two days to do all that painting. The clean up was incredible, they even blew down all around the house and driveway. This is an excellent company to work with. I have already recommended them to our neighbors, who are in the process of scheduling them. I would definitely consider using them for your next painting project!!!

The best part is that we weren’t satisfied with our color choice for the siding/brick and needed that changed asap (poor choice on our part! Looked so much different on paper!). The overall process was pretty straight forward, a rep came to our house to give an initial quote, we then agreed and were put on the books. Within a few weeks a color specialist called us to setup a date/time to come to our house and help pick out the 3 colors we get to use (quite happy with this service, she was very good). After that, a few more weeks go by until a crew comes out to pressure wash the exterior in prep for paint, which led to the actual work being performed about two weeks later. The paint crew consisted of two gentlemen, they were courteous and professional. They did a good job and picked up when they were done.Overall I guess the most important part is I would likely use The Exterior Painters again in the future, when that time comes back around again.

Im extremely happy with the work these guys did. For starters, its been nearly impossible to even get any business to return your calls, but they answered right away. We made an appointment with the next few days. They showed up right on time. Then we met with their color consultant a few days afteracceptingtheir quote, again right on schedule. Our job was scheduled within a week after that. The guy came out and powerwashed everything a few days before the painting crew got to work. The painting crew was fantastic. 2 guys, super nice, and very efficient! They had some wood to replace due to rotting, they called everything, and they were already starting to paint by 11am. They would have easily finished in one day, but they had to stop a little early because of a storm moving in. They were back the next morning, and not only finished everything from the day before, but touched up all the spots that needed it before I even had point them out. By the time they left, there was not even the tiniest scrap of masking tape anywhere to be found. The only sign they ever here is that house was beautifully painted!

They provide a color consultant to help choose the colors, power wash, fix nail pops and replaced the rotted wood and painted. We had an issue with the paint on the garage door sticking to the rubber seal which ended up causing the door to dent in one panel. We called them and they immediately had a garage door company contact us for replacement. I highly recommend them!

From the time Patrick gave us an estimate in 2019, he explained in detail what made working with them a superior experience and it held true. He provided proof of insurance and customer references without having to ask for them. In 2020 when we were ready to have the job done, it went very smoothly. The crew came, they were friendly and accommodating. The crew had me walk the house before they left, at the time everything looked great. The next day, I noticed some items that I thought would be addressed (boarding/caulking) that werent, causing slight disappointment. I was not disappointed enough to call. A couple days later Patrick did a follow up call, which I wasnt expecting. We talked through my concerns and he made it a priority to come check the job personally. He was truly concerned that I wasnt completely satisfied. He personally came back to our home with the crew and addressed all my concerns and then some. I dont feel these items where at the fault of the crew, I feel there was some miscommunication somewhere that was addressed immediately. Unfortunately, we were not able to do the work because there was a product that was unavailable in the market. Be aware that the discount for the cash payment is indeed for cash and a check does not suffice so had to drive it to their office. I hired the exterior painters to paint my parents home. They did an outstanding job! From start to finish they handled every detail. They showed up on time, answered all our questions, were courteous and did an amazing job! I loved having my own Color Conultant to assist me in picking the perfect color, she took all the stress away! I would highly recommend this company, they even replaced the rotted wood on the home, they didn’t just paint over it like one of the other painting companies we initially called to give us an estimate wanted to do.

The job included a color consultation. Color samples were brought to the house so choices could be discussed. Lots of time was spent by the crew prepping the house before painting. Workmen replaced a good deal of wood siding and trim. All seams between woodwork was neatly caulked and all surfaces scraped. Windows were covered prior to painting to avoid overspray. Crew worked long days to keep to schedule with only a short stoppage due to rain and did a good job with clean up. Extra paint was left for us to use if needed. Workmen did a very thorough job and I am pleased with the result. House is greatly improved in appearance.

Outstanding work! We had at least 7 other painters/painting companies come to assess the necessary work to paint our home. Although our home is primarily brick, we needed a lot of repair done to the wood and around our chimney. We were told that we needed our gutters painted, the wood repaired or replaced, and our Pella windows painted.Then!! Patrick from The Exterior Painters arrived to look at our home and give us an estimate - yes, the man knows his work!! He told us that our gutters were COPPER (!) and to please not paint them. The wood on our home was cedar, and not to put certain types of wood in the areas we needed repair. And, our Pella windows were vinyl, requiring a specific type of paint. Thank goodness we did not pick the wrong company to do this job for us.We got reminders to notify us when they were arriving to steam clean the wood, and text/email notifications when the painters would arrive. They did meticulous work and we are extremely happy with the outcome.

Team members (estimator, color coordinator, power washer, painter, touch up person, project manager) came on time as scheduled. Pricing was about $1,000 less than the estimate I received from a competitor. They use Benjamin Moore paints, which was important to me. There were some items that a second person had to come out to perform because the first paint team missed them. I think the prep work (eg scraping, hole filling, replacement of wood) and painting could have been better -- but Im also a perfectionist so perhaps my expectations were too high.
