I made an appointment with Expert Painting & Maintenance and was able to get a free estimate within a couple of days. Brett came out and gave me a reasonable estimate for the job, and also some options in order to meet my budget. His crew was able to get me on the schedule 3 weeks later. The rain pushed it back a day but they were able to get out to complete the job the very next day. In fact, they worked from 9a-6p on a Friday and showed up Saturday morning to finish up the job. They transformed my old, yellow house into a beautifully modernized gray home in less than 24 hours! One of the guys, John, even re-mounted my new porch light for me. On top of that, one of my address numbers broke during removal so they offered to custom build a plaque for me (because i needed to cover up some pre-drilled holes from the old number set). All in all, very satisfied with the results and always love supporting a small business!

2nd time using them for my new home:We had another great experience working with this company. We paid extra for premium paint and service. They definitely did not disappoint. They said it would take 5 days but finished the job in 2 days. Workmanship was great and staff was timely, professional and friendly. I didn’t find any paint on my floors, furniture or countertops. I will definitely recommend them to my family and friends.1st time using them to sell old home: We are extremely happy with the work Expert Painting and Maintenance completed for us. We hired them after an awful experience with another company. Brett and his employees were exactly what we hoped. They were professional, extremely hardworking, timely and efficient.This was a huge job. I originally had 11 rooms to paint. The first company I hired quoted a cheaper price, said it would take 3 weeks and “finished” 1.5 rooms in 2 days which we had to repaint ourselves. Needless to say that company did not remain on the job. We personally finished 2 additional rooms, leaving 7 rooms to be painted (this included a huge great room with a vaulted ceiling and tons of mud work). It was too much for my husband and I to do.I found Expert on Google. I called and spoke with Leslie, who by the way was great and on the ball. She set us up with Brett for a quote. He gave us a fair price and said they would have the job done in 5 days. We were skeptical because of promises made by the other company’s owner, but gave Expert a try.Expert lived up to their name. They finished the job in 3.5 days to include incidental touch ups I requested throughout the process. Every employee I encountered was truly top notch. Thank you to the team for the great work.

Expert painting and Maintenance provide quality work. Brett, onsite leader Brian, and their crew are timely, polite, professional, and answered all my questions before the job was complete. They prepped and did a great job w/ the exterior painting. They replaced my sinking deck stairs and top railing board of my deck. But also went out of their way to find not only replacement materials (for discontinued stucco), but to rebuild the side wall of my chimney - great job (thank you Brian and John). Once again, excellent quality work. Expert painted the outside of my house earlier this year and now has completed nearly my entire house on the inside. It took only 3 1/2 days to patch, paint ceilings and walls of at at least 2,000 square feet of my house that also has a vaulted ceiling. I have referred Expert to friends recently and they have been equally impressed. Whenever I have a painting job to be done in the future, I have no question as to who I will be calling. Expert Painting was great. Brett and his team were on time, polite, and did a great job. They answered all of my questions and address all of my concerns before the job was complete. The tackled the items identified on the final walk thru as I pointed them out. They completed the job in the timeframe quoted, for the price quoted. The add ons that I added in the 11th hour were no problem. We also wanted to use a specific paint brand and that was also a non issue. They even let the dog out for bathroom breaks throughout the day. These guys know what they are doing and customer service is a priority. If I have any projects in the future these guys are going to be my first call. A+Update: Had a couple touch ups that needed to be done, and was told that it was going to be No Problem. I thought that I would believe it once I saw it as we had already paid in full. Made the call, it was completed within 72 hours.
