It’s been 5 months since Nu-Look “redid” my small kitchen and I am so happy with the results! Tom was great to work with and understood my vision to move some cabinets, add others and reface them to where I now have a new kitchen. Kevin was my carpenter and he and his team were professional, prompt and very friendly to work with.Considering the cost of a complete new kitchen, this was the best option for me and accomplished everything I wanted. It even looks and feels bigger! I had a few minor issues in the end and they came out and took care of them.Thank you, Nu-Look!

Super impressed with our kitchen remodel from our initial meeting until completion. Tom explained everything and assisted us with purchasing countertops, a new sink and of course our gorgeous newly refaced cabinets. I am extremely satisfied with our new kitchen that we now have from Nu-Look! First, everyone working for Nu-Look, Tom, Betsy and Carolyn, were extremely professional and responsive, with all of our questions, and the timing was very fast. And our installer, Joe, was exceptional, he was meticulous, professional, courteous, just a pleasure to have work with us, and the results were just amazing! We could not be happier with the end product! We got a few quotes for a full tear-out and replacement, and our re-facing was 1/3 of the cost of that! And, I would dare anyone to compare our kitchen with any that are completely new, and I would bet no one could tell which was which! Lastly, we needed a bit more work done in the kitchen prior to the cabinet renovations, and Tom provided us with recommendations for ceiling plaster work, plumbing, counter tops and backsplash installation (for after the cabinets), and each recommendation was excellent. I have included two pictures of the completed kitchen. We recommend Nu-Look to anyone looking to upgrade their kitchen.

My 1960’s kitchen needed to be updated. I did not want to spend the money to completely redo it so a friend recommended NuLook. They gave me an updated look that I absolutely love! This is one of the best companies I’ve ever worked with. The workmanship is incredible. Joe was my carpenter and he was precise, neat, knowledgeable and so accommodating. The best! Now this is service! We had our kitchen cabinets refaced 7 yrs ago by Nu Look and we’re very pleased. Now a cabinet hinge came loose and I called for service, fully expecting to pay after all these years. They came to the house the same day, Ryan was amazing and repaired it in 5 minutes and then said no charge. You just don’t find service like that anymore, I can’t say enough good about this company.

We had NU-Look reface our kitchen (from 80s oak to a more modern Cherry) over 15 years ago and they did an amazing job at half the cost of a full replacement with some helpful value-add features included.Our kitchen has held up quite nicely over the years, so we reached out to NU-Look to get our upstairs bathrooms, makeup, and ironing board cabinets refaced and are very pleased with the results this go around as well. We recently had NU-Look reface our cabinets, as well as do some custom work (e.g. replace the 80’s style desk in the kitchen with a new cabinet) as well as install a new custom kitchen island. Tom came to our house 3 times to discuss the project, and was very friendly and informative and helped us talk through our options. We worked with two carpenters -I forgot the first guy’s same as it’s been a few months, but young guy, tall - and Kevin for our island. We are thrilled with the quality of the work, the professionalism of the owners (Tom and Betsy) the level of communication, and the excellent work of the carpenters as well as the value. We had Home Depot come in and give us an estimate just to reface the existing cabinets with no custom work, and their estimate was double what we paid for everything we had done with NU-look! I heartily and happily recommend this company!

Awesome product! We love our kitchen. Refacing our cupboards gave our kitchen a brand new look. Joel was a pleasure to work with. He cleaned up at the end of each day and was on time each day and if he knew that hed be late because he had to go pick up something he let us know the day before. The process was only about 5 - 6 days because we were waiting on our replacement drawers. I will diffidently use this company again. I will be recommending it to others as well. We had several estimates for refacing our kitchen cabinets and the professionalism right from the start was impressive. Betsy was in constant communication with us. When we were told the guys were going to be at our house at a certain time, they were. I can honestly say it was a stress-free project. The crew who did the refacing were perfectionists and it showed in the end product. My kitchen looks brand new with the cabinets, new countertops, new sink, and at the fraction of the cost of a total remodel! If anyone is looking to remodel their kitchen, I would highly recommend cabinet refacing and then the next call should be to Tom.

I had NU LOOK install new kitchen cabinet doors that replaced my original ones from 85. I had the white cabinets installed and WOW what a big difference this made!! My kitchen went from dark and tired to Bright and Brand new looking for only a fraction of the price of others. The installers were excellent and showed much respect for my property and very clean. Our kitchen has been complete for about a week now and we are thrilled with it. The new doors and drawers are exactly the quality we expected and they look amazing. The same is true for the trim work. It is what we had expected and looks really fantastic, like brand new cabinetry. We are very happy with the refacing of the boxes as well. Of course, time will tell if this method and product (the refacing part) is able to hold up over time, but our expectations are high. This is definitely a company to look into if you are considering a facelift for your kitchen.

We had new doors installed on our old stick built cupboards, new drawers and drawer fronts made and a new quartz countertop installed by Nu Look. It really transformed our kitchen without the time, expense, and hastle of a complete remodel. We are very happy with the quality, the workmanship and the price. Tom and Betsy were great to work with. Our carpenter, Kevin, was also great. There was a bit of an issue with the depth of our base cabinets accomodating a undermount sink, and Kevin solved the problem beautifully with what we affectionately call the bump out. It looks great and actually adds character. We couldnt be happier with our new kitchen.

I cannot express how happy I am with my newly refaced kitchen from Nu-Look. Its the perfect way to upgrade your space, without the price tag of a brand-new kitchen.Tom and Betsy were extremely easy to work with. Tom brought samples to my house so I was able to see the color options in my spaces lighting. After I selected my cabinets, I didnt like the shade of white I initially selected. Tom and Betsy brought a new sample over and helped me feel confident in my color selection.Betsy helped facilitate our new countertop install, which made this process very easy for me. She was also spot on with the refacing install date and timeline I was initially provided, which made it easy for me to plan around the renovation. She was also very responsive to any and all of my questions via email. I would always have a response within 24 hrs.I cannot give our contractor Kevin enough praise. He was on time, kept our space clean throughout the renovation so the space was still usable, easy to work with, and did EXCELLENT work. Our cabinets are original to the house, and anything but square. After Kevin completed his work, you would never know! Kevin also transformed two of our our lower cabinets into drawers for pots and pans. It was great that we were able to make this type of modification with our refacing renovation.We are still waiting on finishing our backsplash, but are so happy with how the renovation has progressed thus far! I would absolutely recommend Nu-Look.

The short version:Nu-Looks professionalism, responsiveness, flexibility, and quality are unmatched when it comes to giving your kitchen a face lift.The longer version:My wife and I bought our first home two years ago. It was move in ready, in that everything was functional and serviceable and we could live in it immediately without having to do a massive amount of work.However, as I suspect is the case with most home purchases, our style didnt match anything even close to what the previous owners had designed. We started our seemingly endless journey of making this home OURS.For almost a year we avoided the kitchen because what a nightmare we thought. So it stayed a boring blend of beige floor on beige cabinets, on beige backsplash with beige walls. (see before pictures) When we finally got around to starting the kitchen, we decided to do it ourselves. To make a long story short, we figured out we were in WAY over our heads.I spoke with a number of contractors to come bail us out of our self made kitchen nightmare. None seemed particularly interested or inspired much confidence. From the moment I reached out to Nu-Look, everything became... easy. They were wonderful to work with, answered my dozen or so questions that I fired off to them day and night, and were extremely prompt with appointments. Of course any businesses goal should be to secure a contract and perform the work, but working with Tom and the folks at Nu-Look made me feel like they genuinely wanted to help us.For the consultation (which was free!) they came with a whole van full of sample doors and knobs for us to choose a style and color from. Tom asked us a few questions about what we like and he grabbed a few examples and hit the nail on the head perfectly on his first trip to his van for the samples. We chose a door that day and signed a contract with them.Finally the doors were ready and their carpenter came out to do the work. He was actually a little early, and he worked fast. Our entire kitchen was done in less than 6 hours. The results are gorgeous, and while we still have other work to complete, already looks like a brand new kitchen.The doors are perfectly aligned. The knobs are perfectly centered. There is not a scratch, chip or dent anywhere. You can tell he was painstakingly attentive with the whole installation, and yet managed to do it very smoothly and very quickly. He only verified a couple things with me but we otherwise barely knew he was there. He even covered our floors in cardboard so as not to dirty/scuff them. When he left, i swear it was cleaner than when he arrived.I only wish I could hire Nu-Look for every house project...Ill be sure to update this review with better after pictures once we are finished with our other mini kitchen projects, but for now please excuse the drywall and unpainted sections :-D

It was time for an update for my kitchen. All of my friends and I really love the new cherry cabinets! The unique tile backsplash compliments the new quartz counters. Kevin, the carpenter, was very professional and very skilled in his work.

We just had our 21 cabinets and 10 drawers refaced by Nu-Look and we love the change. Tom and Betsy were wonderful to work with and John, the installer, is as talented and accommodating as he is friendly. We are extremely pleased.

This townhome was purchased from a Realtor flip. Within three years the cabinets started to peal as they were inexpensive, poor quality and foil faced.Nu-Look came in and fixed the problem. Solid wood panels with soft close hinges were installed. Order date to done was three weeks. This was a third of the price for all new cabinets.The big box store wanted thirty percent more for MDX and fifty percent more for solid wood.Great job Nu-Look!
