John did an excellent job and quick too. I needed my garbage disposal replaced and John said there wasnt one ordered for my service call but had an extra one on his truck that he could install. Im glad he did so I didnt have to wait until one was ordered and John didnt have to make a second trip. Thank you John!!!

Both Joseph the manager and Luis the plumber were AMAZING PLUS PLUS. I can’t say enough about how they went out of their way to help me and resolve the problem-anyone who uses them will be very pleased-please give Luis a bonus for his knowledge but more importantly his kindness and caring!!!!!

My home warranty selected Plumbers Inc company to repair my bathtub/shower which was not functioning properly...barely any water was coming out of it.Dan was the plumber assigned. I cannot say enough good things about him. He was experienced, profesional, knowledgeable, considerate, respectful, & friendly. He took the time to explain to me (in easy to understand terminology) what was wrong and then explained how he was going to fix it which he did within a very reasonable amount of time. He even made sure to dispose of all the trash /boxes before leaving.After so many bad experiences with plumbers & plumbing companies, I am more than thrilled to FINALLY be able to write a good review

We called on the services of Plumbers Inc. via our warranty company, as we had leaking coming from our kitchen ceiling. Jimy from Plumbers Inc. came out swiftly to assist us with the issue, which turned out to be a leaking waterline pipe in the most awkward place – in the sub-floor above the kitchen, leading to an upstairs shower. Despite the challenge to access the pipe to be able to fix it, Jimy worked hard to be able to reach it from below and secure it from above so that we wouldn’t have to create major damage by removing our entire bathtub unit. He tested the pipe to check that it was properly secure, which it was. By coincidence, a couple of weeks later, we had leaking again from the same area. We initially thought it was related to the original pipe leak, but it turned out to be a separate issue. Jimy came back out to help us with the second leak and tested all the plumbing components related to the bath and shower, to ensure that we wouldn’t get any more leaking from this area. We appreciate how thorough, professional and patient Jimy was throughout this process and would recommend Plumbers Inc. to anyone in Orange County or the wider area who has a plumbing issue. Thank you for your help!

Plumbers Incorporated did a great job replacing my 24-year old hot water heater! In all fairness, there were some issues - some that I as the owner created, some that the City of Palm Springs created and Plumbers Incorporated had to navigate between American Home Shield (AHS) Warranty Company, the city, and me. The bottom line is they did a great job, left the working area cleaner than they found it, and reassured me (through telephone calls and in writing) that their word and work were golden. Im a satisfied customer and would recommend their plumber, Miguel to anyone. A professional in every sense.
