    Through the last several years we have had different plumbing problems in our house and the rental. At first we had called other plumbers, but the more complicated plumbing problems were not resolved. Then we found Hiniker plumbing. Gary came, and he quickly identified the problem, fixed it right away. His workmanship is meticulous, fast and clean. His service fees are reasonable.We have been very satisfied with his work.     This is my first time to have Hiniker plumbing service and order for the Hydro Jetting service. The owner Gary came on time. I was very impressed, because for my experience I always needed to wait for a period of time then the technician to come to fix the issues. Gary was very professional and used Hydro jetting to clear out the drain line. The job was done nicely and the charge was fair, if I need plumbing service in future I will definitely call their service again!!

    Hiniker Plumbing is fabulous. I was leaving my house at 7:00 this morning for out patient surgery and discovered a leak in the main water line to the house. I shut off the water at the street and called Hiniker on my way to Kaiser. They said they would be out in a couple hours. Got home 4 hours later, leak repaired, water back on. They’re amazing.

    Service was fine however I feel we were overcharged! For 2 hours of work and part cost of $75 we were charged $800.00- update they refunded me $250. So total cost was $550.00 which was appropriate for the materials and time and expertise to complete the repair. I would definitely recommend them

    Gary, the owner, was the one that answered my panicked call over the weekend. I had overflowing toilets and a backed up shower. He told me what I needed to do until he arrived at my house. He put my mind at ease.Gary arrived at my house at the time he said he would. He walked me through the problem, how he was going to fix it and the cost. Within an hour he had everything fixed, cleaned up and ready to go.     First, this is our third experience with this vendor and each issue we have called them for has been fixed quickly and professionally, for a reasonable price. This vendor has great administrative support as the scheduler we spoke with made an extra effort to reschedule our appointment sooner based on the urgency of the issue. Saving a whole day or more on resolving our water outage is HUGE. So credit to their administrative staff for great support work. The guy that came out for the estimate and that did the work knew his stuff, top to bottom! He explained the best way to install a new water service and spoke in details that were easy to understand. He explained the associated costs and, most importantly he assured me he would do the work right and stood behind his work along with a one year warranty. I watched these guys work and two of them dug up my yard, drilled under the sidewalk and a brick fence... I figured two guys would be working about 3 days... maybe 2 days if they hustle. These cats don’t mess around. They had to go through 50 year old 8 inch roots... no problemo... Anyway they were done by dinner... He put all new valves like the pressure limiter... new valves... awesome!Really nice, professional workers who know their stuff. Have confidence, I even recommend to family!

    Initial service provider gave honest appraisal, recommendations, and did what he could to fix our plumbing issue. When the initial installation was reviewed by Mr. Hiniker, he agreed that the parts provided by a third party vendor was not adequate, substandard, and sought to make it right at no cost to me. I appreciate Mr. Hinikers integrity and desire to make sure the end product was to the customers complete satisfaction. His company even followed up with me the next day with a phone call to make sure no further issues arose.Definitely would contact Hiniker Plumbing for future plumbing issues.

    After getting estimates from five (5) other companies, I chose Hiniker Plumbing as they were equally priced but seemed to have a much deeper knowledge of plumbing than the others. I hired them to repair: bath basin faucet; shower knob faucets; replace water pressure regulator; install water line for new refrigerator; install new kitchen sink, faucet, and garbage disposal including replacing all drain pipes. After all the work was completed, I decided to expand the project and added replacing my current water heater with a tankless water heater.Gary Hiniker, Mr. Lou & Donnell were extremely polite and professional. Normally cleanliness is not something you expect from plumbers, but these guys went far and beyond to keep things clean including removing shoes or wearing shoe covers to protect my brand new carpet! I will never call ANY other plumber and cannot give them enough praise. I have recommended them to everyone I know. TEN Star Review for me!

    Awesome company. They came out quick to help fix some plumbing issues at our aging Veteran apartments at March Air Reserve Base. They did an incredible job and are very reasonable.     Our Kitchen Sink clogged up yesterday, the day we closed Escrow on our home (because of course.) We had to call a plumber this morning, and as we had used Hiniker before more than once we decided to give them a call again. They were able to send someone out the same day, and Rick, the gentleman who arrived, was by far one of the nicest, most efficient plumbers I have ever seen. He was very helpful in not only taking care of the clog very quickly, but went out of his way to help explain a couple of things regarding old houses and their plumbing setup (which we definitely have.) He also offered to check our water pressure (because clearly, he cant help being an awesome person I suppose.) You could tell he cared about the work that he does, and also cared about giving my family a great experience. Finally, the price as always was very reasonable given the work that was done. I gotta say, you guys are just the best around when it comes to this kind of stuff, and Rick is a fantastic example of why that holds true. Thanks so much!

    We had just moved to our new home and on day 2 ended up with a slab leak. Another plumber had diagnosed our water leak and then basically went MIA. After several days and many many attempts to get the repair scheduled, I finally gave up and called Hiniker Plumbing, who I found on Yelp. Tina and Danny were super nice and helpful and sent Jeff the very next day (I called at 4:30pm on a Friday!) to diagnose and repair our leak. Jeff was really awesome and friendly and gave us our hot water back! I’d recommend Hiniker to anyone. Customer Service is huge and they do that right.

    After our “plumber” sent out twice by our home warranty didn’t fix the issue, even though he said what it probably was, and over several months trying to get them to send someone else to fix the problem I decided to try another route.     I contacted my home warranty company to report a problem since my wood floor was hot in two spots. They sent their contracted plumber who wanted to charge me $4800 and said he would need to rip out the floor as well as my kitchen cabinets and granite. I had a hot water slab leak and called Hiniker immediately for a second opinion. I’ve been using Hiniker since 2007 when I purchased my home. Tina was so helpful and sent Lou & Danny who were able to fix the leak with minimal damage to my home. They opened one small area of a wall as well as one small area of stucco behind the sink.     When our ancient water heater finally died, we didnt consider calling anyone but Hiniker. Our house is old and weirdly cobbled together and any work on it always comes with problems to figure out, and Hiniker plumbing has always managed to take care of these things in a timely manner. Everyone is easy to deal with and everything is run efficiently. Luis and Gary explained everything they had to do and the price was fair for this complicated job.

    We had a problem with our shower. We had another company (All City Plumbing) originally come by and look at it. They said I had to cut the wall open and install a faucet handle retrofit kit costing $1250. I then called Hiniker Plumbing. Jeff came out and said I had a bad seat on the hot water side. He changed it out for only $185. Now I’m back up and running and it works perfect! This place is awesome!

    Thank you, thank you, thank you Jeff and Gary!So today we hear a gurgling coming from the bathroom for some strange reason. When we look, the bathtubs and one toilet had filled up. Needless to say, I cant fix it. I check yelp and the first company I checked was Hiniker Plumbing. My first call and Gary picks up immediately. After describing what was going on, he says let him check his guy and he will call me right back. It mustve been only a few minutes and he calls back to tell me Jeff could come over in about 30 minutes. I dont even think it was that long and Jeff was at the door. He was very polite and professional, checked a few things out and got his tools. In less than an hour he got everything working again. Apparently flushable wipes arent so flushable . Jeff explained everything and what I could expect as time progresses and gave me an estimate for the future.Jeff also gave my kids a couple hats and magnet! How awesome is that?!?! I am glad I called them and chose Hiniker for our plumbing problems. I also hope I dont have to call again, but if I do, they will definitely be my first choice.I definitely recommend them for their professionalism, courtesy, and excellent work.Thank you again for helping us out!

    Hey, I leave more detailed comments on Yelp than I do on Google, but you know what? All you need to know is that this company has never failed to do anything but great work for me on the (now many) occasions Ive had to call them.Since writing the preceding paragraph Ive had to have Hiniker Plumbing fix yet another issue that arose because I hired an extremely inept landscaping service to redo our irrigation. Thank goodness for plumbers who understand pipes, because landscapers who dont ARE THE WORST.Well, yet another landscaper-induced disaster has been swiftly (and hopefully permanently) corrected. Since it is my goal as a reviewer of businesses in the age of the pandemic to never grouse about lousy workmanship, I will not be revealing the name of the landscaping outfit any time soon. It helps that Ive already mostly forgotten them, and I would be very surprised if they were still in business. Thanks, Hiniker Plumbing, for helping me to erase all memory of that landscaping firm.

    Gary from Hiniker Plumbing worked us in the same day for a stopped up drain and toilet. Donell came right when Gary said he would! The blockage needed more, so Gary himself came down with a stronger machine. He got everything cleaned out and fixed up. He also said he could fix it so the problem won’t reoccur.     Called Hiniker Plumbing this morning , Danny arrived on time and ready to help me with my leaky shower. After fixing the problem he as a curtesy checked the water pressure and found my regulator was not working and needed to be replaced.     I rarely post reviews but this was a must. We had a back up in our bathrooms and showers and needed a plumber to find out what was going on. The cleanout hole is in our garage and everything was coming out of there so we needed someone ASAP. I called 8 different plumbers and Hiniker plumber was the ONLY one that had so much Knowledge when I would ask questions. Julia (receptionist) had so much Knowledge about plumbing as if she was the one doing the work. If I going to spend some serious money,i wanted to know what they had to do and she answered all my questions. She assigned a man by the name of Gary to come out. She said hes going be early and made it priority for him to come the very next day at 9. He showed up at 830 And was able to figure out what was wrong, which was a broken pipe on the city side. Gary was the sweetest and made sure he was telling me what he was doing the whole time. He gave me advice on how to go about fixing the issue and with in 3 days the entire concrete was broken up, pipe was fixed and the concrete was replaced by the city. I will totally recommend HINIKER and definitely use them in the future.

    Cant thank Rick, Jeff, and Desiree enough.Im a real estate agent and three days before closing escrow on my clients house the termite tent came down and the gas company wouldnt turn the gas back on because they detected a leak that later could not be found.My clients had a different plumber charging them tens of thousands and quoted a 2 week repair time which would delay closing along with their contingent purchase, setting back all parties involved.Jeff worked from 8am to 11pm and repiped the entire house for us on a Monday so we could close on time for half the price. He was very polite and courteous and checked in with me on his progress. Integrity, efficiency, & reliability is a rare find these days. Dont risk going elsewhere.

Lou was dispatched to help and resolved the problem in no time. He replaced my dishwasher drain hose and the garbage disposal. Since he did such a great job I had him replace my kitchen faucet.
