I recently had the pleasure of working with So Cal Gates and Doors Gate and I must say, they exceeded my expectations. From start to finish, the process was seamless and stress-free. I live in Riverside Woodcrest area they replaced my motor for my gate the same day they came out to give me a quote.Their team was very knowledgeable and took the time to understand my needs and preferences. They offered various options and helped me choose the best motor for my property. The installation process was quick and professional, and they made sure to clean up after themselves.The finished product was absolutely amazing. The gate perfectly the way i wanted it.I highly recommend this Company for anyone in need of a gate installation. They are professional, reliable, and truly care about their customers. Our gate was damaged by strong wind from last week. This is the second time the sliding gate failed. Last time they provided lifetime welding warranty. But this time the damage happened at another point. So they cannot honored the warranty which is not their fault. He gave me a discount price of $250 to fix the failure post. Not only he fixed the damage, he also found the possible failure point and fixed it as bonus. I am very appreciative about his service.By the way they also operate under another name, Alpha Security Group. I think they are pretty strong at security related equipment or setup. Will sure use their service in the future if needed.

Once again Itay comes through. My lift master gate opener was having some issues, and not only did Itay fix my issues but he also lubricated the chain and left it running quiet, just like new. Itay is a real professional and goes above and beyond to do the best job possible. You can’t go wrong. Call them.

Also a added layer of customer service I needed some changes and made and they were right out. You should use this company you will not regret it. My wife and i were having a problem with our chainlink gate that was bent out of shape following a collision with our car . These guys came the day i called as that was my day off and rescued us . They had great attitudes, were funny and professional. Fixed the gate for us and were quick . Highly recommend!!! We will definitely use them again

Whenever there is a problem with our motorized gate, they come out a fix it within hours. I’ve had them install a back up battery and a sensor to prevent the gate from closing on a vehicle or person. Always friendly and very knowledgeable.
