Thank God for Drain Go. My family was very devastated by the work done by a previous company. Drain Go had to come behind and repair the other companys horrible craftsmanship and damages to my septic tank that took them two months to do. Drain Go was the 3 rd plumbing company that First American assigned to us. The first day the manager (Jimmy) came late on a Friday afternoon and told me he would send someone Monday morning. Marty and Sheldon got to work on a dripping faucet with also a bad leak under the cabinet that Monday morning. They also worked on a rocking toilet with a broken phange. They completed both jobs in 3 hours. They were very courteous and dependable. I highly recommend them for plumbing jobs.

Dylan and Kabren were excellent services men. They were polite and they made sure to let me know what was going on at all times. Being that a broke my ankle I couldn’t take them around to each bathroom they told me to sit back and they would find their way. If you need any plumbing work please call Drain Go and specifically ask for Dylan and Kabren as you will not be disappointed. Even when they got ready to leave they told me I had a 30 day warranty if I had any problems and he told me to he hope my ankle gets better and be safe. Those were some nice gentleman.

I filed a claim with my home warranty on Sunday for a slow draining sink pipe and washer drain pipe that connects and backed up. Draingo was assigned to my claim and called me Monday morning alerting me Reed would be able to come the same day. They were unable to give me a time line for when he would arrive but assured me he would reach out when he was on his way. I was okay with that because I read good things about Reed in other reviews. A little after 3:00 I received a message from a different draingo plumber saying he was on the way. This worried me a bit but I confirmed it anyway. Patrick arrived very quickly after I confirmed I was home and he went straight to work. After assessing the problem he gave me an update, provided a couple of options for a solution, informed me what was not covered by my home warranty, volunteered to checked prices, let me make an informed decision, and went back to work. He was done before 5:00 and left me with a functioning drain for which I was thankful.

I had a toilet that had been broken by another plumber and not replaced. I called Drain Go. They came promptly. They were polite and professional. They replaced the toilet with one that I chose. In addition I asked them to look at another toilet that was not properly installed and was not fastened properly. They removed it and correctly installed, taking time to make it secure. I was very pleased with their work and conscientious effort for excellence.

UPDATEThese guys are awesome. I had to call them to take care of another issue and they were here within a couple of hours.These guys are AMAZING. The first guy had an incorrect phone number for me so he wasn’t able to call me and let me know he was in his way to my house. But he came by anyway and left a note asking me to call and update my phone number so they could reschedule to come out. My husband called and got it all straightened out and they came by the next day. This guy called just before arriving and was VERY courteous and professional. He even assisted with cleaning up. I will DEFINITELY call these guys again for EVERY plumbing problem I have.

Bobby with DrainGo contacted me the day before he was scheduled to come out to give me a better time frame and showed up on time as stated. He was able to diagnose the problem withing 30 minutes. He quoted me an estimate of repair that would bot be covered under warranty and was able to replace the hot water heater the very next day. The work was quick, clean and was done wonderfully. I will recommend Drain Go to anyone needing plumbing services. Specifically Jimmy, who exceeded expectations in every aspect of the job he did on my homes plumbing. We had a break in our drainage pipe going to the city’s main sewer line. This happened in a Wednesday. Jimmy was able to show up same day, with a very short notice. He diagnosed the issue promptly and said he would fix it on Sunday (his one day off), the man has serious heart. The next day, We began having the drainage back up into our house. Fortunately keeping it contained, it only overflowed in one bathroom. Still a nightmare, called a Jimmy and he bearing in mind he has multiple jobs he is responsible for during this period. He was able to come about 2 hours with another employee to dig out a temporary drainage relief. Jimmy is lent just in time he’s early. And I can only assume from Jimmy’s top tier skill and ability that he was able to finish his other job, a very extensive repair, a full day early. So he was able to come Saturday morning. Repairing my houses drainage became much more considerable in damage when he accessed the drainage. Due to the very unusual configuration of our drainage pipe, which was running to our neighbors drainage pipe to conjoin and access the city main. He had to repair the previous install of what was a faulty and inadequate. So in addition to running a new drainage pipe for my home, he had to repair part of my neighbors as well as the city access point. And could you believe he did not change our agreed upon price even though the job appeared to be much more damaged and involved than previously thought. Jimmy has integrity and is an exemplar professional. I would recommend Jimmy and Drain Go to my closest friends and family, and already have referred him to one close friend. And nothing my positive praise from that job as well. 11/10 ask for Jimmy R. You’d be making a mistake going with anyone else in Jackson and surrounding metro area.
