I am so happy James was referred to me! I had some cpvc pipes in my attic, kitchen and hot water heater that needed replaced with pex. I was immediately impressed with how kind and knowledgeable James was when he came to quote the job. The quote was very reasonable and he was able to schedule my job in a timely manner. His crew was also very nice, professional and treated me and my house with respect. I will recommend Broad River Plumbing to anyone who asks if I know a plumber!

He came over and assessed the problem and identified the problem without tearing into the walls or floor. Top notch organization, had an pipe burst in the wall at 10:30 at night. Called numerous plumbers. James called back almost immediately. He showed up the very next day (on a Saturday) exactly when he said he would. Determined the problem and resolved the issue. Price appeared extremely reasonable. I now know who I’m calling for all my plumbing needs. 👍
