He begin by calling first to check with me, see if it was ok to come a little early, confirm my service needs & explained any fees.After arriving, he went over options & ensured I knew everything he was doing throughout the process.Before leaving, he educated me on the results, cleaned up, asked if I had questions & checked that I was pleased with his work.Zach is the man! I’ll be requesting him if I have any future plumbing concerns.

I had done several estimates and plans proposed to get a generator to run the whole house during power outages. Jonathan Howerton had the best plan by far to overcome the gas line and electrical challenges. Installation process was accomplished as advertised. I would highly recommend Jonathan and Comfortech for home generators.

I was very impressed with Elliot Wallace and Shaw Ferguson who serviced my HVAC system that had stopped working. They were prompt, efficient and thorough. After the repair, they made suggestions that would probably extend the life on my 11 years old unit that Comfortech originally installed. I highly recommend Shaw and Elliot for their professionalism. And, Way to go Comfortech for hiring them.

I had started smelling gas in my house and called the gas company. They came and turned the system off but there was something wrong with the on/off valve. I did a little research on who I can call to come get everything looked at and came across Comfortech. Called and they were scheduled to come out that same day. All the servicemen were so nice and respectful. They did a great job at explaining what was being inspected, what was being fixed, what needed repairs. I was also informed about the different plans they offered for upkeep of my system. Thanks to them I now no longer have to worry about there being a gas leak in my house.

Excellent 5-star rating. I had called just before noon and they got here before one. Alex and Will had finished a previous job early and weren’t too far from our house which worked to our advantage. Alex is very knowledgeable and explained the issue as he worked. He was very nice to work with and I appreciate the fast service on this hot day. Since our system is on the older side (2011) Will explained the possibility of a new system for our future. I think one of the best things one could say is would you call Comfortech and Alex again for any future problems. Definitely. Thank you.

Steve Tollison was knowledgeable, affable, and efficient at getting the indoor air handling unit started up again. Unfortunately, a bad thunderstorm rolled into the area before he could clean the outdoor unit. He scheduled a follow-up appointment for the next day.The two techs that came the next day to clean the unit were John and Steve. They were courteous and proficient at cleaning the outdoor unit. John was diligent in ensuring that the unit started following maintenance and could lower the houses air temperature.

Blake Newell came out the day after I called for an appointment and we discussed what my best options would be for moving my system. After talking to him about my existing system and what a new system would do, I decided to install a brand new system, inside and out. They offered great pricing and interest free financing options. The next day, Lance Fletcher and Bret Fletcher came out and started the install. They got the inside unit moved into my attic and replaced my outside unit in two days! Comfortech provided space heaters for the night we had without heat. On day two, we talked about replacing all my duct work. After seeing what I had and what I could have, I decided to replace all duct in my house. They started Monday and finished Thursday and did a fantastic job removing all the old duct and installing new. They also made sure they had certain vents hooked up at night so we would stay warm. Would highly recommend Comfortech for all heating and cooling needs. Lance and Bret were very hard workers, very professional and very respectful! 5 stars!!!

Steve Tollison and Joshua Bouldin provided me with the best service when my home AC unit stopped working a couple of weeks ago. They came over at the first available time and worked for several hours to try to get the unit fixed. They found they had to order parts to complete the repair, so they set up a temporary fix to make sure I had cool air that night. When the temporary fix had a problem the next morning, they came back that afternoon and worked for several hours until they got my AC system working well again. They were patient and professional in their work, and were determined to make sure everything was working to my satisfaction before they left. I will ask for them personally whenever I need any work on my AC system.

Clyde Duncan, Steven Tollison, Timmy King, Benjamin Heckman, Josh did a fantastic job working on our AC Unit. Before any talk of pricing they inspected the unit and took thorough pictures of the unit and the surrounding area just to explain what and why things need to be upgraded or replaced (my unit was over 10+ years old and finally started leaking through our ceiling). They went over all the details on the upgrade and worked all day to fix everything! The unit works fantastic, and my AC bill has been lower ever since the upgrade! Fantastic! I called based on a recommendation from a family member. I was extremely pleased with the service. When I called, the person that answered the phone was professional. She got me setup with an appointment that day (which I wasn’t expecting because I called around 3:30pm). She talked to me about signing up for the Priority+ membership (which I did because my family had already told me about it). When the technician (Kimond) and advisor (Todd - card says Comfort Advisor) came out, I was also impressed with how professional they were. They looked over my A/C unit and diagnosed the problems with the unit. They then presented me with the existing issues they found, the prices to repair, and gave me all of the options. Even though we didn’t end up choosing this option (it was a little bit too much for my budget right now), I appreciated the way they presented my options. Kimonos and Donald were professional and spent a lot of time explaining the issues with my 2 furnaces and Air Conditioning units. They provided a list of items for maintenance purposes, over 40 pictures for support and explanation purposes, and the cost to replace the units and for maintenance. They answered a lot of questions and shared with me the mission of the company and their roles. They were also very forthcoming in sharing their training and credentials with me. I have always had maintenance contracts on these units, but no one went to the trouble or shared as much detail with me. I do have trust issues, but would highly recommend these gentlemen as representatives of the company.

I recently had a comfort advisor,Trey Glaze (no clue they even existed), and a service tech, Austin Kraemer, come and do maintenance to my unit and a fellow HVAC tech they are very knowledgeable and very observant. That being said their knowledge of my system as well as the programs they offer was excellent.P.S. I very much enjoyed that they were not overly pushy and showed wonderful communication skills.

My A/C wasnt cooling properly so I called around 3:15 pm today. I chose the earliest appointment time available which was between 6 - 7 pm today and was offered an earlier time if someone became available. However, the technicians, including Elliott Wallace (didnt catch the other ones name) arrived very quickly, around 4 pm. They found and fixed the problem by 5 pm which was great considering one of them had to go back to their office to get the filter I needed. So 10 out of 10, I definitely recommend Comfortech.

I had a fantastic service experience with Steven Tollison and Trey Glaze.Id like to add another review about my service experience 4/21 - 4/23 but I see no way to add another review. Your response in no way helped me to add another review, so Ill edit again! I had OUTSTANDING service from Steve Tollison on 4/21 and Timmy King on 4/23. They re wired thermostat and installed transformer. Changes due to stripped wires touching each other and providing a short. Please ensure both receive all due appreciation and consideration. A personal response affirming that is done would be better than an form answer

I had an issue with my hot water heater for about 3 months dealing with my home warranty. I called Comfortech and Clyde came out to the house. He was very friendly and professional. He also took the time to explain everything to me on what needed to be done, which was to get a new water heater( tankless). The scheduling for installation was very prompt. I am so thankful to him! I honestly feel like he was heaven sent! Now, I finally have hot water in my house. I also want to thank Aaron as well. He came out to the house w/ Clyde to install my water heater. We had a wonderful experience this evening with our scheduled maintenance. Steve Tollison was prompt, detailed, knowledgeable and overall, very professional. After the basic maintenance, he took several hours to remedy maintenance issues with the outside units. He patiently and persistently thoroughly cleaned the outside units including internal coils. Additionally, I asked a lot of questions and he patiently answered them all. He provided a great amount of information on the units, the system and maintenance. My conversation with Steve helped me really understand how great of a product and service plan that we have.

We told him the air filters promised at the time of installation never arrived after we had called and gotten no response. After 3 reschedule visits ( due to the Consultant failure to confirm appointments and tardiness), I was planning to call corporate and file a complaint. But, after talking to dispatch, I was asked if another consultant could come instead. Another appointment was scheduled several days later and Consultant, Kimond Sherarrill came to our home and was very professional, understanding, and apologetic to our prior experience with Comfortech. He asked if he could get another technician to come before giving a recommendation and we agreed. My husband and I scheduled a day for them to come back, and he assured there would be confirmation of the appointment as well as notification when they were in route ( this meant a lot because that was the problem due to prior rescheduling.) My husband and I both received texts regarding the scheduled appointment the same day, confirmation texts the day before, and texts the day of when he and the technician was on the way. Upon arrival the technician introduced himself as Donald Boyd. Technician, Donald Boyd and Consultant Kimond Sherarrill did their assessment and we received a recommendation where we are now able to make a decision regarding repairs and additional services needed for the betterment of our home. Going forward, our request will be these two guys only when scheduling with Comfortech. Thanks!!
