    In the past couple of weeks, I have had the pleasure of working with Chance, Micah, Corey, Justin, and Hunter and several others with Dent to replace my HVAC system and do a plumbing check. All of them have been very courteous, answered any questions that I had, notified me when they were on their way and arrived in a timely manner. The customer service that Dent provides is outstanding and I highly recommend them.

    Micah Quartemont, sales representative was very proficient at evaluating and determining the specific needs of our home for a new ac and heating unit. Very knowledgeable and thorough at explaining complicated issues.The installation technicians Justin and Hunter did an excellent job. They quickly removed and replaced both the ac and heating units the morning after meeting with the sales representative. From initial meeting to installation completion was only 18 hours.

All the equipment necessary for the service call is gathered and preassembled- no continuous back and forth to the vehicle for this or that. The maintenance is performed and discussed.     Micah Quartemont the sale representative was very professional. He went over all the details about what was wrong with my unit and explain what needed to be done to have a unit to meet my requirement. He also explain all the different prices for each different unit. He made me feel comfortable with knowing that I understood what he was explaining to me and not just trying to sell me a dream.

    We needed new air & heating system. Micah came out went over everything. Very friendly, knowledgeable & personal. Did all the paperwork & scheduled appt. For the next day at 8am first new system to be installed. I have never had an A/C company work the well & smooth. Service is the BEST I have ever had! Justin came out next day with another technician. They where 20min early & was completely done in 3hrs! They also cleaned up everything! You couldnt tell they was even there! I recommend DENT to Everyone! Oh... They also do Plumbing! I will be calling them for that too!

    I am writing a review for both the HVAC and the plumbing sides of Dent Air Conditioning, as I have in the past few weeks had the opportunity to engage with both. I booked a consult for a new HVAC system (to replace our 30 year old unit) with Micah Quartemont, who was extremely helpful, informative, and friendly. He helped me pick out the right system for our home and was able to schedule installation for us within a few short days. The installers, Hunter and Justin, did a great job installing the new system and were courteous and speedy. Then, I had a follow up appointment with Joey Hamilton to check up on the new system. Joey was friendly and helpful, he made a few tweaks that addressed some concerns I had about humidity levels. Overall, the experience was pleasant and easy when I expected it to be stressful and difficult. We happened to also have our sink come loose from its housing day before yesterday and I immediately called Dent. Aaron Kerley came by promptly the next morning with his assistant Sam and installed brand new piping and silicone and got the sink back where it belonged. Aaron and Sam were, again, friendly, efficient, and courteous. I have not had a negative experience with a single employee at this company and all our systems are working great. I will never need to go to anyone else for any of my plumbing or HVAC needs and I will probably be engaging Dent to install a new light fixture in our kitchen next week as well. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Their customer service and quality of work is unmatched.

    Dent Air Conditioning replaced my 28 year old forced air A/C & heating unit including the outside condenser. They did an excellent job and were very concerned about me being happy with the results.During part of the install, they had to remove a door trim to get the unit inside the heating closet because the new unit was a little bit too wide for the opening. They were very careful not to do any damage and restored the trim to original condition.

    I am very satisfied with the product and the installation of the product. Very glad that there is a follow up inspection a few days after the install. There were a few things that needed to be corrected and they were corrected. My home is much cooler now and the new system cools the house off comfortably when the thermostat is set to 72. I had to keep the thermostat on 70 with the system that was replaced. Devon and Deandrea worked hard in the heat to get my system replaced (both heat and air). Dent Air has been reliable for me for the past 15 years. I will continue to use them in the future.

    A. Parker worked to fix my unit. When it failed, he sat with me (in my 86 degree home) to explain the system packages, and got me setup with a new HVAC system the next day. The two service guys whole installed the unit did a great job as well they were on time. I work overnight. The guys were quiet coming in and out, that I was able to get a few hours of sleep. They were on time and got the job completed in 1 day.

    On the day of the appointment with Orby, we received a confirmation text, a text and email with a photo ID, and a call confirming a service call was being made and an estimated arrival time. Just outstanding! When Orby arrived we were greated professionally and he took the time to introduced himself to us. He listen to our air conditioning problem and matched it to his orders. He then began his inspection of our equipment. Orby was able to find the best repair solution and then offer us a way to maintain our equipment annually. Our home is a new build so maintaince this unit is invaluable. He took the time to explain his findings in a way we could understand.He was also supportive of his company. Sometimes service staff often speak negatively about the company they work for but Orby spoke highly of Dent, which gave us even more confidence in the company and future work to be done. Just an great young man to work with on this project. Well done.

    Update 11/14/2023: After the visit with Mr. Renfroe. Recommendations were suggested and I made another appointment with Dent Air Conditioning to follow up with some of the top priority recommendations. Mr. Presley and Mr. Dre install technicians arrived promptly and introduced themselves. Presley talked me through exactly what would be done and what the associated cost would be. After showing them where my unit was Dre and Presley worked efficiently and surprisingly quietly as possible. After the work was finished before and after pictures were presented and an explanation of what happened and why or possibly why. The install technicians addressed some additional issues that were going on which was such a blessing on my end and Im very thankful. Before leaving Presley made sure to do a thermostat check and temperature check from vents my units was having issues with. I would highly recommend routine maintenance checks on air systems and the services of Dent Air Conditioning. I havent been disappointed yet since my initial installment 3 years ago.11/7/2023: Mr. Renfroe was very professional. He explained everything that he was doing and what needed to be done and why it needed to be done. He also made other suggestions that I know will be helpful in the future regarding the maintenance of my air unit. He also had pictures of his findings that came with his recommendations. I appreciate that he wasnt overly chatty but friendly and focused on what he was there for and cleaned up after himself.

    I had a home warranty that was supposed to cover my AC when it went out but of course they didn’t do anything waste of time and money. So I saw an advertisement for Dent and how you can finance a knew unit. I knew we would need a knew unit because I had the issue diagnosed with another tech and the issue was my compressor had gone completely out in my unit due to the age of the unit 12-15 years old. So after being approved for a loan from Dent I called and had them come out and give me a quote to replace just the outside unit and the quote to replace the outside was exactly what I was approved for and so my husband and I decided to go through Dent and we absolutely loved it they explained everything thoroughly made sure we understood everything. Not to mention extremely fast on getting us taken care of like we were top priority I was absolutely amazed and how quick it was handled especially since before we were without AC for almost a month when I called. I called on Wednesday evening to see about getting a quote and they sent the tech to give us a quote the next day Thursday. Then when everything worked out with the quote and financing we asked how soon could they have installers out to replace our unit this was on Thursday afternoon and amazingly enough they had the installers out Friday morning installing our new unit. When I say fast I mean fast we called on Wednesday and wasn’t sure how long the process would take but since we had already been approved they were out first the next morning for the quote and then first thing the following morning to install in conclusion they treat their customer like a a priory so much so that on Thursday when they said they wouldn’t be able to get out until the next morning to install they offered to being us a windows unite to use until Friday free of charge until they had unit up and running again of course we thanked them but declined since we already had a window unit. If your on the fence about this place don’t be I promise you will not be let down the only bad thing is they are expensive they will give you a quote to replace both inside and outside but we stuck to what we needed which was just outside and ur quote was expensive but with the price of everything now everything is much more expensive then it used to be so it’s understandable and with the type of service you will receive it is 100% worth every dime! What I didn’t mention is that our previous outside unit was a cheap knock off of the good ones which is a Goodman but the one they replaced it with was a TRANE and I promise you it was a lot bigger and made a huge difference inside cause it is so much cooler in our house now then it ever was with our Goodman!!! I promise you will not be disappointed with them!!! When you need someone to quote you ask for Orby Renfroe he is wonderful!!! As for the installer tech ask for 2 Devon Jerrell Barr he was our installer and when he came my husband showed him what our family friend who works on ACs said to make sure they do and he did everything last thing we asked him to do that our family friend advised we should ask for to ensure both our inside and outside units run smoothly and he did it all without question and no further charge which of course he said everything we asked for was part of the quote!! You will not be disappointed with Dent and if you I would advise contacting someone as for my husband and I we had a wonderful and super fast experience to get us up and running again especially since e had been almost a month with no AC during the hottest and worse summer MS has seen is almost 20 years they took car of use quick and extremely well!! Highly recommend!!!!!

    Corey was very prompt and helpful. He worked with to get me the best price he could. Because of my misunderstandings of what was included, I cancelled. But I want to emphasize that it was my error. Corey was very good with everything.
