Called today 11/27 (day before Thanksgiving) and spoke to Mr. Casto. He asked if I could wait until Friday. I explained I really needed the work done because I was having people over for the holidays. He said he could do it and sent over Julio and Jonathan who did a great job snaking my system and even pulling out a piece of PVC pipe that was in one of the clean outs. These guys saved Thanksgiving. Highly recommend!

Great company. We had a slab leak that we were able to isolate ourselves. From our assessment, they were able to give a phone estimate because they are highly knowledgeable and we had broken things down specifically and my goodness, they stuck to that quote when they came out and laid new pipe. Work was done quickly and efficiently. The interactions were super pleasant. We will definitely use Casto again when needed.

Can not say enough positive about Bryan and all his employee’s! I had the pleasure of working with Julio and Jonathan today on my emergency broken water pipe. They are gentlemen and truly professionals at their craft. They have the problem repaired and I never have to worry because they treat me with so much respect, and that’s a hard thing to find these days. I have an older home and have this company on speed dial. They have come to my rescue for at least three separate plumbing issues this year and I am ALWAYS so pleased! Thank you Castro Leak Detection…you come HIGHLY RECOMMENDED from this senior citizen!!

I had a slab leak. I was able to locate it on my own. Last time I had a slab leak I called another plumber and it cost me $6,000 to fix. I didnt have it this time so I started to excavate it myself, but it dragged on for weeks because I have an actual job. I saw their van parked at my neighbors house and they quoted less than half what the other company charged for a comparable job. I also want to tell yall that my neighbor is an elderly woman, and she told me they really worked with her controlling her costs. I also think I didnt get gouged because I live in an expensive neighborhood which happens a lot in Far North Dallas. Dylan and Jose fixed me up very quickly. Call these guys -- you wont regret it.

Jonathan and Jose at Casto Leak Detection were great. I had a leaking P-trap and valve and they fixed both leaks. Easy going, no pushy sales tactics and great work for an affordable price. Probably a more simple project for what they usually handle but Im a happy customer. Thanks guys!

Kudos to Damien a technician at Casto leak detection. He was so professional, kind and such a great listener. He came to give us an estimate and was so honest and thorough. We noticed a warm area in our wood flooring, so we contacted 3 companies to come out to detect it and let us know what our options were to fix it. The first company was totally in the wrong location, even though the guy bet his life it was within 1 inch..LOL The second company wanted $79 just to come out and another $719 to detect the leak (totally ridiculous). Then we had Casto Leak Detection come out. They not only found the leak but also provided us with 3 options to repair it. Theyre honesty is what sold us because it didnt cost us thousands of dollars to repair it. They were very professional, cleaned up after and did a really great job. We are grateful to have found our one and only go to plumber from here on out. I would give Casto Leak Detection 10 stars if I could. This is the BEST company to use for all your plumbing repairs.

My family has used casto leak detection for the last year and half or so and have had nothing but great experiences with Brian and his team of plumbers. They found and repaired two leaks, replaced a leaking faulty water heater and a few other small repairs. Prices are great,they always call back and stand behind their work with knowledge and experience. Definitely will recommend to any and all family or friends in the area.

Great experience! Casto sent out one of their guys to repair my water supply connection that goes to our toilet that I disrupted trying to take out the molding in the bathroom. His name was Eddie and he’s a great guy. Cheerful and had 30 years of experience under his belt. He found the problem really quick and put a compression coupler on the pipe and was kind enough to ask me first, was it ok to cut the sheet rock open so he could repair it. Thats consideration my friends! He finished the job quickly and I liked that he was easy going and a sense of humor! That’s something you don’t get that often these days. Highly recommend Casto And ask for Eddie.

One of my exterior faucet lines busted due to the cold weather. I contact Casto Leak Detection and scheduled an appointment to assess and fix the problem. Brian arrived punctually at the agreed upon time and quickly determined what needed to be done to fix the water line. He is very friendly, knowledgeable and he efficiently fixed the leak for a fair price. I highly recommend Brian and his company. Great work and thanks again!8/5/24 Update. Another great experience with Brian Casto! My shower faucet handle broke off leaving the shower running. Brian took my call AFTER HOURS and walked me through how to fix the issue. If you are looking for the best plumber with the knowledge, expertise and ability to solve your issues and solve them quickly and fairly, you have found them. I wish I could give them 10 stars because they are that good.

Casto was the most professional, courteous and honest company that my husband and I have had the pleasure of their assistance in an unknown situation! Robert took my initial call. He ensured me that they could handle figuring out where the source of the water, pooling on our covered front porch was located. They could also take care of moving any pipes, if necessary, etc. Dillon was the serviceman that came to our home on Tues, following my call on Friday. There was NO sign of water IN our home...only on the porch and some coming out under the bricks, meeting the foundation. Dillon soon figured out that problem- a simple connection to our fridge, spraying water under the wood floors, seeping out to the front of our house. They did continue to test water pressure, etc. He turned the water off to the refrigerator and asked us to continue to watch it. 2 days later, Dillon was back with an assistant, Jose, who was just as kind and proficient as Dillon. They replaced our old water heater, at my husbands request, then did more pressure tests & concluded that our 60 yr old pipes were still fine. Whew! I almost forgot to mention, they dont charge for the initial visit, unlike many more companies do! As another reviewer said, they offer any available solution. Im twllinyou, these guys are the BEST! I cant speak highly enough about Brian Casto and his crew, and Ill certainly be using them and recommending them in the future. It can be difficult to find an honest plumber, but I found Brian through the church that he helps. My 97-year old mother had a washer drain backing up. She hadnt been able to do laundry and was doing it by hand. Dillon and Jose were out to get it cleared. They were reasonable, respectful of the home, and professional, and they worked very together well. Dillon was also friendly and personable, and told me hes recently married and they are waiting on approval to buy their first house. I wish him and Jose well. Good luck on the home, Dillon! Keep up the good work and thank you! I will be calling you guys if I need you in the future.
