Elisha French (Owner of Texas Plumbing Solutions) and I have developed a great working relationship. I use his company exclusively for my custom home building in addition to my generator business. Plumbing is a delicate trade, if processes and procedures aren’t done correctly, it becomes expensive and we risk losing trust with our clients. That’s why I use Elisha’s company, because I trust his company to do the job correctly without errors the first time. Elisha is a wonderful operator, and his crews are experienced, efficient, and trustworthy.

I recently used Texas Plumbing Solutions to replace a pipe in our front yard. I was dreading the experience because typically having work done comes in over budget and takes forever. To my surprise, Texas Plumbing Solutions was very quick and came in right on budget. They had estimated about 3 days to have the work done and it was completed in 2. The staff was very informative, communicative and helpful. The Master Plumbber gave me his phone number to call him in the event there were any issues with the replacement. I would absolutely recommend them or use them again for any work that is needed our home.

Texas Plumbing SolutionsI called Texas Plumbing Solutions to solve a problem at my in-law’s house. The gas folks couldn’t read the meter, which is set behind a thick stone wall with a small view hole in it. The meter had been replaced, and the new one was set at a different angle. I explained the problem to TPS, and they sent out Benito Rodriquez. He realized that the old hole would never work, figured out the best view angle, and drilled a new hole through 9 inches of solid limestone. He then rotated the meter to the view by working the heavy fittings. Perfect solution. Normally you would have had to have two trades handle that situation, since the gas line alteration is the part plumbers normally do, but Benito was totally on top of it. Big skill set, super nice guy. And TPS was great to work with. I’d called early Friday evening, and they were out first thing Saturday morning. Unbelievable service.

One of the worst things you can hear as a homeowner is “you have plumbing issues.” We had multiple companies come out and give insane estimates and treated us like a way to make money.But then we found Texas Plumbing Solutions. They were very quick and very fair on price. It’s clear they are not trying to take advantage of their clients. I appreciated the different options they gave to fix our sewer line leak. They were also the cheapest inspection quote we got. And then fixed the leak quicker and cheaper than any other company would.Though everyone was helpful, the real star of the show was Madalyn. She communicated with me through text regularly, answered my questions quickly, and even helped organize some questions and paper work after I had already paid. As a customer, it’s so helpful to have someone communicating with you as if she’s just a friend who wants to help you out.Great company. I’ll use them again should I ever (heaven forbid) have plumbing issues again.

So I had a Etneral tankless water heater (Junk Brand) go out all of a sudden and couldn’t get anyone to come out and look at it everyone just wanted to give crazy prices over the phone. I called Elisha at Texas Plumbing Solutions and they knew I didn’t have hot water for the family so knowing that he moved some things around and fit us in first thing the next morning. Story short he replaced our pos old unit with a new better brand for cheaper then the other companies wanted just to look at the old unit. Unit is replaced/wife and kids are happy. Had a major plumbing issue underneath our pier and beam house unfortunately. Our old cast iron pipes began to split causing clogs. I called and they were able to beat a previous quote I had been given to get the majority of the pipes replaced with PVC. They also had someone out the very next morning after the call! Texas Plumbing came to our house to replace a defective valve in our Ecowater water softener system. They were very prompt and when I called them the day of the appointment because the valve was leaking so bad we had to shut the water main off, they moved other appointments to come to our house at 9:00A even though ours was for 5:00P. The technician, Armando, was very professional and had it done very quickly. We were very pleased by their service, we will definitely use them again in the future and we recommend them to anyone who has plumbing issues.

Texas Plumbing Solutions saved us when our Fort Worth rental’s main sewer line collapsed on Labor Day weekend when our neighborhood plumber was out of town. They came out several times to give our tenants a temporary solution to have water. They also found some faulty plumbing work under the house that was done by the previous owner’s plumber and fixed that for us.They replace the main sewer line that was 93 years old in our Fort Worth ‘s 1930s tutor. Their professionalism and responsiveness are outstanding. They coordinated with the inspector to get the work permitted. they filled in the trench and re-cemented our driveway turning what look like a nightmare back into a normal driveway to park on again. We have used them 4 occasions through the years and always had excellent communication and skilled work. Yesterday at 5:00 PM an exterior pipe suddenly busted and water was gushing sky high in the yard. We turned off the water at the main line. We notified TPS and they had a plumber at our house within 40 minutes. The plumber fixed the problem pipe within 30 minutes and we had water again.
