    I called at 8:09am to see if I could schedule an appointment with a plumber because I had a Kitchen faucet leak. Mike had an appointment available today and came by at 10:25am. I thought it was the faucet that was leaking because it was loose. It was actually the pipe that leads in from the outside had corroded. He was able to repair and replace the pipe and tighten the faucets. Who knows how long itā€™s been leaking but so glad I found Mike and The Plumbing Pros. I would definitely recommend and they will be my first choice for my future plumbing needs. Thank you so much!

    Michael came same day for a drain issue in my guest bathroom. Unlike other plumbers he provides free estimates but since it was an emergency I went ahead with the work. He was able to quickly diagnose and remove the blockage which was local to just that bathroom fortunately. If he wasnā€™t able to remove the blockage the alternative was to dig and cut out a section of pipe which would cost 10x what I paid so kudos to him for clearing it. He was very good at explaining what he was doing and also used the video camera to scope the drain to make sure it was free and clear.

    After trying to unplug my kitchen sink myself with hot water plunging vinegar and baking soda, I called The Plumbing Pros. I was able to get an appt for this morning and Michael came by. Michael quoted a price and was able to push out all the sludge built up in the pipe! He even went back through with a camera to make sure there wasnā€™t anything else in there that would cause a problem. Michael was friendly and knowledgeable and cleaned up afterward!     I highly recommend Mike. He was able to come out the same day to fix a running toilet that it turns out had several things causing the problem. He is very nice and personable and explained everything to me. The price was comparable and less than I thought it would be. Mike definitely will be my go-to plumber.

    After long research we decided to call The Plumbing Pros. We sent some pictures and a video. After that we received an estimate. We were a little skeptical as the price seemed to be too high 1750.00. We asked if that was the final price. He gave us 10% off as it was our first time using his service. When he arrived the next day he looked at the system and said he had never worked with this system before. As we heard this we were even more skeptical but as he discussed the plan of action he was very knowledgeable. He also provided (even though he did not have to) some carpentry and electrical skills. We were excited to see the final product as all we had to do was turn on the switch and our water system was ready. The final price was $1,575.00.Very worth it! We do recommend this company to anyone who may be looking for a plumber. Here is a picture of the final product.

He also recommended reliable brands and solutions for potential aesthetics and operational issues. So far, he has completed four projects in my bathrooms, some of which are complicated. I am genuinely impressed with the results. I am confident that my bathrooms plumbing systems are now secure and up to code.I look forward to completing the remaining projects with him.Post two:Mr. Sawyer has just completed another project.     Today was my first opportunity to use The Plumbing Pros. We were having a problem with a leaky pipe under a sink. I called and was able to have same day service. Mike, the owner was not only very knowledgeable but also very friendly and professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to repair it given he had the necessary items on his truck. He took time to explain the cause and how he would repair it. He also made sure that I reviewed the repair for any questions. From scheduling to the actual repair, The Plumbing Pros were responsive, respectful and professional. The price point as well was a welcome change given our past experiences with plumbing companies. We will be definitely using them again.

    I found this company on nextdoor. Were installing new tiles in the bathroom along with replacing the shower fixtures. After seeing the excellent reviews on nextdoor, google and Yelp, I called yesterday and Im sooo glad I did. Mike Sawyer came out today, we showed him the bathroom explained what was needed and showed him the replacement parts we had. He looked at the pipes in the bathroom and said that we have a leak, WHAT??! Last month a boyfriend supposedly did a favor for my daughter and left us with a couple of issues, great!!Mike fixed the leak and the pipe issues in less than 2 hours and said hell be back after the tiles are done to put the faucets, etc. on. The price was reasonable, Mike is very knowledgeable AND he explains things, which I appreciate. I am very happy with the work and look forward to seeing Mike again. I have found a plumbing company that I can trust, highly recommended - 5 Stars!!!

    The Plumbing Pros were on time, Uninstalled two faucets and assemblies and installed the new faucets and assemblies, he quickly cleaned up afterwards and billed at the price quoted. Although the job was more complex than either of us anticipated, Michael was able to resolve every issue without delay. I highly recommend The Plumbing Pros for any plumbing work. I will definitely use them again.

    Michael was on time and professional. He communicated efficiently through text. Priced fairly for the work. Diagnosed our main issue with a kitchen sink not draining. He has a camera which made it very easy to understand the issue with the drain. He also replaced the kitchen faucet and three old valves. Completed the work in a quick amount of time and cleaned up before he left. He also gave me a reasonable quote for repairing an old shower faucet, and replacing some more older valves in an upstairs bathroom. We will definitely be using him for our future plumbing needs.

    Michael did an amazing job of not only explaining what was going on, but even took the time to inform us of things that could possibly be an issue in the future (and why). He quickly identified the and corrected it (quickly, might I add)...Then, when I asked him if he could have a look at a washing machine drain that was not draining (one of larger plumbing companies told us would cost us thousands of dollars to fix and would require jackhammering up the laundry room floor), he fixed that too.Cannot recommend highly enough.

    Had a yard leak and he located and fixed super fast. Will definitely use again.Update: 2 weeks after my yard leak was fixed I had an upstairs sink not draining. Checked underneath and spotted multiple leaks. Michael came out the next morning, diagnosed the initial issue that caused the sink to back up (the sink shares a drain line with AC and there was a bad algae buildup) fixed the blocked, and multiple bad fittings under the sink to stop all the drips caused by bad work from previous handyman.I highly recommend using this company.

Other businesses will generally charge a call-out fee (understandably so), but Mike wasnā€™t out to make a quick buck.     It was the day before Thanksgiving, and I had a sewer line backup from my house to the curb. Mike responded within 1 hour from my call and cleared the sewer line. I was very happy with the service. He ran a camera down the line and showed me exactly what cause the backup and where the pipe needs future repairs. Most importantly he got my sewer line cleaned before Thanksgiving.
