Marc is an amazing plumber. He is skilled, patient, kind and knowledgeable. Rates are very comparable for the area and very fair for the services provided.We had water coming from the ceiling of our garage, and no idea why. Another plumber (different company) came out and that didn’t work out well. Marc came out and listened to the little I knew about the placement of things above the leak and was able to confidently diagnose our problem in minutes. He was extremely thorough and made sure there were no other issues. Then he fixed the problem the SAME DAY! Unheard of service! He was so kind to my dogs and my husband and I. Truly a blessing. I am so grateful to Marc for turning a stressful situation into a pleasant one! Thank you for your service and thank you for helping me today!

I called Deans plumbing because I had a broken and collapsed main sewer line. I knew it would be an expensive repair but had to be done. They were quick in responding to my call. The service tech (Dillon I believe) was very knowledgeable and gave me options based on his experiences and the state-of-the-art equipment he used. He was correct with his assessment and made the repairs very quickly. I highly recommend this company for any plumbing issues you have. They are professional, respectful, and just nice people, that do the job right.

Great plumbers, I had a clooged sewer line they were able to get somebody out the same day. Dillon was courteous and professional. I am truly thankful I ended up with Marc because he was very knowledgeable and walked me through every step of the way (first time home owner). I knew this process wouldn’t be cheap but was happy where I ended up. I will only call Dean’s for any plumbing service. I only with I could use them for everything 😃

Very pleased with Marc from Deans Plumbing. I have a Hybrid Water heater with drainage problems. Marc was very diligent in checking all the reasons why draining was poor. He cleaned all the lines including hand cleaning, removing sediment, and blowing out the main drain line. Marc spoke with Rheem several times with questions (Rheems response was very poor). He spent a lot of time working on the problem. Good plumbers who have reasonable pricing, show up promptly and are clearly highly trained are mighty hard to find these days. Highly recommend Deans Plumbing and Marc.

Second time Eric has been able to fix my plumbing problems and I could not ask for better. He was here within 1.5 hors of original call to Dean’s, worked efficiently, fully explained the problem and gave me pricing for the different options, each of which would provide the necessary fix. If you are not using Dean’s Plumbing now I highly recommend you give them a call next time you have plumbing problems.

I just had a 14 year old tankless water heater replaced. Deans was slightly more expensive than other similar companies but I felt the unit they sold me was of much better quality than the others I was offered. Colin is a great plumber. He is professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. He installed the unit by himself so it took about 6 hours total but he did a fantastic job. He installed a drip pan and bib in case of a major leak. Colin walked me through all of his work after he finished. I would hire him again no questions. I would have given Deans five stars based on Colins performance alone expect that they charged me $120 in trip fees total. $60 to quote the project and another $60 to actually come install the unit. I called and asked the office to have one (or both) of the trip charges removed considering I accepted their bid but they never got back to me with an answer from the owner, whom they had to check with. The initial reasoning they gave me was that other companies bake the trip charges into their price. At the end of the day its not a huge deal but it feels like they were nickel and diming me.

December 18, 2024Updated Review!I called Deans Plumbing for a hot water PEX leak connected to the tub shower valve and wanted it to be evaluated and repaired. I also had questions regarding condensation occurring on the copper cold water manifold. Because, I used their service before to fix the cold water PEX leak from the valve, it made sense to have a technician take a look. Jon was extremely professional and provided options. I agreed to go ahead and redo the both hot and cold water PEX connections to the valve and decided to wait to convert the copper manifold to a PEX later down the road. When Jon was done, I was actually blown away by the superior workmanship, including stabilization and insulation of the pipes. I dont have photos but I think Jons repair work is on Deans Instagram account. I would totally recommend this plumbing company as well as requesting Jon.Christine

I called requesting service just after 9am and Dillon arrived just after 10am. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. The drain was quickly cleared and Deans lets you know in advance who is coming and 30 minutes notice before arrival. They are always very prompt in handling the repair call and immediately have you pulled up in their database if you are a prior customer. They also provide a discount for veterans. Im very satisfied with their service.

Then he replaced my shower cartridge & again explained each step. Most people don’t like you looking over their shoulder, but Colin didn’t mind at all. Edit: Despite an earlier negative review of Deans plumbing, after additional work I have to admit they are a fine company. The excavation was extremely difficult due to white rock. The company did great work and resolved the issues that we had to our satisfaction. Their employee, Colton, was just outstanding and went above and beyond what was expected.The worst contractor Ive ever used. The excavation under the house can hardly be filled in. Half of what was excavated was rock, none was used to refill. And not once did any supervisor come by to review the work or address our concerns. Zero stars in my book.

To find the source of the leak which was the water pipe connected to the fridge. He gave me multiple options on how he could repair it and informed me what he thought would be the best way to proceed and most cost effective. He was very professional and knowledgeable so it was easy to trust his opinion. He finished the full repair of removing the damaged pipe, replacing it, patching the wall, and the ground in less than a full day. They also directed me to a good water removal company. Jonathon, the plumber dispatched to us, was polite, friendly, and professional. After evaluating our problem, he explained in detail what our options were and provided us with the cost. Upon authorizing him to do the work he quickly disassembled the faucets, left to get parts (since the parts required were not standard and he didnt have them on his truck), returned and completed the installation. But what impressed us the most was that he returned within 15 to 30 minutes after leaving and explained that he had overlooked a minor part that should have been installed in each faucet (the parts supplier had put them in a separate small bag and Johnathan failed to notice them when he returned with the parts). He asked permission to install the overlooked parts and quickly did the installations. His concern was that even though the faucets were working properly when he left, over time they could begin to leak without the parts he came back to install. We were most impressed with his honesty and concern that the job was done correctly.

We have used Deans on several occasions but our most recent gas leak nightmare with Atmos was handled beyond amazing. They have an excellent rapport with city permit/inspection teams, etc. which speaks volumes about their professionalism and excellent reputation. They spent long hours at our home for several days and offered to work late in the evening (when it was not even necessary). I have worked extensively with different contractors over the years and Deans is truly the best. The only thing that would make me happier would be if they were General Contractors and could take care of everything!

We had our house designed and built in 1986. We first detected a plumbing problem when the toilets became slow to flush, then stopped flushing completely. It became mission critical to find a plumber. We started by talking to neighbors, then asked for recommendations on the neighborhood blog and worked the internet. After interviewing over a dozen plumbing companies, we chose Dean’s Plumbing. Ronnie Dean had the experience, equipment, and manpower to diagnose the problems and get them fixed. We had one leak not under the slab and two other leaks underneath the slab. Know that plumbing problems like these are not quick or cheap to fix. Ronnie guided us through the process, giving us options for controlling costs along the way. We were fortunate that we found Dean to do the work. He was easy to communicate with and responsive to our concerns. I would recommend him to anyone who may experience similar issues.

Eric provided excellent customer service and technical skills. He went over everything in the bid and explained our options. I highly recommend Dean’s plumbing and our plumber, Eric!! I highly recommend Dean’s Plumbing. We haven’t needed a plumber in many years and I didn’t know who to call. Based on my neighborhood FB page and a few referrals from friends I called nine plumbers first but all were busy or didn’t answer. Sarah answered promptly and had a technician to my house within the hour. I received a text message confirming my appointment then a text with a picture of the technician. He walked us through what he will be doing to resolve the issue and upfront about pricing before he started working. On 3/8/21, John Martinez and Ronny Tennon with Deans Plumbing came to my home to check out a horrible sewer smell both inside and outside my home and noticed the toilet flange was incorrectly seated. They gave me an estimate that was too good to be true then immediately removed the old flange and installed a new one and seated the toilet correctly. I hired three previous big name companies that charged me outrageous prices but never noticed this problem. Thanks to John and Ronny for their expertise and professionalism concerning my problem; now I can breath again in my home.
