Simple power handled all the details, worked closely with us on construction details and interconnection issues and delivered on their promise. Although the project timeline was longer than we would have preferred it was eventually completed. There are alot of steps.

Great experience having these guys install Tesla Powerwall batteries and solar panels; they are committed to doing things the right way, and they got the job done much faster then Tesla would have. During the winter season NV Energy’s grid tends to have lots of outages and momentary drops (Zephyr Cove area). Our system has already been tested: during a 2-hour outage on Thanksgiving Day, the Powerwalls kicked on fast and silently, running the entire house (including the central heat pump) until the power came back on. With the batteries set at 80% we could have gone 12 hours. After a long run with generator maintenance issues, I am thrilled to have a more reliable solution in place.

When my system stopped producing power i was not sure who to call. Solar City was the original installers then it switched to Tesla. Was unable to navigate thru their website to find a solution and talking to a live person appeared not to be an option.I picked Simple Power Solar based on their location to my former employer. They were helpful right after the first call, gave me the information needed to resolve my system, so we moved forward.There was a time element from diagnosis to repair but that was out of their hands. Upon the eta date for the replacement inverter arriving, it appeared the original supplier was unable to provide them with the product, so Krystal started to follow up for finding a solution after a few days a solution was found, and my system is back up and performing as designed.Thanks for your customer service!Doug

Simple Power has been helping me with my solar system since Get Solarized closed down which was 18 months ago. Get Solarized has been banned in Nevada but the Simple Power team has been great. Krystal the Director of Customer service is great with excellent follow up and responsiveness. I recommend you give them a call if you are looking into a solar system.

So thankful for Simple Power Solar and their expertise. Their office staff was incredibly helpful, and their technicians spent the time and effort to research the problem in my workplaces solar inverter and ground faults rather than just saying we needed a new inverter for $30k! If you have system that is no longer supported by the original installer, we highly recommend Simple Power Solar.

I purchased a solar system from a national firm. This company was contracted by my original supplier to resolve start up issues and the did. Once they received the contract for the work they kept me informed. The Service rep Jon was well seasoned in this work. He was timely, polite and communicate exceptionally well. Because of Him I have now made Simple Power Solar my local agent and will be using them if as non warranty items arrive.

I wanted to write to give a great review for Simple Power Solar. They did our solar panels in 2019, which have been flawless and performing even a bit better than anticipated. And then they were able to find us a Tesla Powerwall, which are hard to find, and get it installed this spring. We love having the battery backup, and they made the process very smooth. We would highly recommend them for anyone looking for solar and battery backup in the area.

Weve had solar panels on our roof for several years and decided that it was time for a battery backup if the grid went down. Simple Power did a great job. First there are required permit from the city and electric company, which Simple Power handles. Then the installation of equipment and inspections, and finally the software setup so you have monitoring capacity on your smart phone. They are all very knowledgeable. The last employee who set up the software and monitoring, Sean, was spectacular.

The entire process was very smooth and they took care of all the design, permits, HOA approvals, etc.The system was designed to meet the snow load requirements. My 8 year old inverter is broken and Ive been having a hard time getting it replaced. Krystal at Simple Power Solar Service Department has been my rock. She has helped me in contacting my original installer (I thought they were out of business) and helped me navigate all the pitfalls of multiple company contracts (my installer - not Simple Power - bought the hardware from another solar company who purchased it from the original manufacturer, and they have been squabbling for the last 2 months about whos warranty is responsible for the replacement cost...)Well, finally, things are beginning to move and I hope to have an install date soon. I wouldnt have been able to deal with all of this without Krystal. BEST SERVICE DEPARTMENT Ive ever encountered!Thanks, Simple Power! You have my business for life!

It is difficult for me to determine where to start with the job Simple Power Solar (SPS) did for us as it was so complex. So I will start with that- complexity.We had a massive solar system installed on our house, I mean really big. The array was spread across multiple angles of the roof, not a flat surface, not a contiguous surface, but many small peaks and angular surfaces spread across a 2,000 sq. foot roof. They designed the best location for the tiles, we get maximum sun and the system cranks out kilowatts.In addition the the huge solar array, we had to install a new electrical panel, which included upgrading our power line drop from NV Energy, extensive electrical runs not only for the solar but new outside power outlets, a 50 amp run from the outside ground level panel up 2 stories into the attic and diagonal across the whole attic over into the garage to drop an EV charging outlet. This was extremely complex and difficult, and I dont know how but they did an absolutely perfect job. We couldnt be more impressed and happy.Additionally SPS installed a second interior electrical panel, a Smart Panel which permits us to monitor and manage all energy usage in the house in conjunction with the solar system and the Tesla Power Walls, which they also installed.All this equipment and requisite electrical conduits was installed perfectly, with well organized runs, excellent equipment placement such that I really enjoy looking at it since it is so well organized and just looks cool. 100% solid work, nothing to complain about.Overall this was incredibly difficult job requiring multiple different high-tech equipment components to be tied together, with extended electrical runs up 2 story walls, inside walls, outside on brick walls. The work was perfect, and I mean perfect.SPSs crew is incredibly talented, very polite and considerate, they showed up for work on time and finished the job on time with zero complaints or mistakes.Honestly I dont know how they did this job as well as they did. I enthusiastically encourage anyone to consider SPS for your solar system requirements or other related projects/services they offer.I could go on, but I will wrap it up here. Pictures of the system are included.

Let me start of my saying how wonderful working with Simple Power Solar was.Our array was commissioned and turned on today and we have been exceedingly happy with every step of the process. The initial contact was quick and easy. We had a rep on site very quickly after our initial phone conversation . He was clear, knowledgeable and well informed about the regulatory requirements and limitations. He site review and resulting proposal was very detailed in both technical and financial respects.Once wed agreed to move forward we got on their installation schedule.Their backlog meant it took longer to get started than Id originally hoped but was not unreasonable and matched the expectations set in our original discussions.The installation went flawlessly. We have a concrete tile roof and this can be a problem. They used a fairly new installation method that is billed as both quicker to install, less likely to leak and less risk of damaging the roof. The crew (both Simple Power employees and a special rep from the manufacturer for the roof system) were very professional, knowledgeable and courteous the entire process. They were done on schedule with NO problems at all.The commissioning process (inspections, etc) went very smoothly with Simple Power handling the vast majority of the work.VERY PLEASED.
