We highly recommend this company. It’s very challenging to find a reputable contractor. Extremely impressed with Adin’s experience, professionalism and workmanship. He notified us when he was on his way, troubleshooted our dishwasher, circuit breaker and outlet since the dishwasher kept shutting off. We really appreciate his attention to detail and expertise. He also did a fantastic job installing our 72 inch fan.

Great Service at a fair price - my solar system kept tripping the breaker - I was not sure what would cause this and Great Basin Solar was NO help even though they installed everything including the breaker 6 mos. ago. They said they would try to have someone out in 2-3 weeks. Tanner at Burnett Electric was able to schedule an electrician within 48 hrs. of my call - they identified the problem and corrected loose wiring (from original installation) and my solar is working again. Thanks to these guys.

We were so impressed how fast they responded to us! They came the next day, fully inspected, emailed an estimate and booked us for work inside of 2 days. The communication was excellent and the guys arrived on time every day. The whole team was awesome. You pay more for quality work, so just do it. The only advice I have for Burnett is to encourage the team to use drop cloths while entering a home and doing dusty work. It was snowing and so the guys tracked in quite a bit of snow and dirt. Lots of dry wall dust too. which again is hard to contain, but drop cloths would have helped a ton. I know they have to work hard and fast, but they could take one extra step which shows that next level of professionalism, hence the 4 stars. Great company!!!

We had a Whole House Fan installed. The installers were professional and knowledgeable on the product. The only issue we had was the Bid was quoted at 6 hours and it only took them 4 hours and they wouldnt adjust the price.

Tyler came out to install 6 ceiling fans, replace the lights over the laundry area, repair a doorbell, light switch and socket and remove an old phone jack. He did all of this by himself, working all day without a break. He was efficient, knowledgeable and friendly and did a beautiful job on everything. We worked with Walter and Gatlyn. Walter was our initial contact who quoted the job. We needed an electric vehicle charger installed with its associated 40amp plug. Once quoted (a few days turnaround) we received a digital bid with e-signature for our approval. Burnett Electric scheduled a tech to install but the appointment was a few days after my charging station was scheduled to arrive. The charge level in our new vehicle was low and I asked if we could get someone out sooner. Burnett moved some people around and Gatlyn showed up the afternoon of our charging station delivery. Gatlyn did a GREAT job. He has good manners, cleaned up after himself and finished the job in a reasonable amount of time. Excellent work Burnett Electric!The only hiccough occurred when a text of Gatlyns ETA went to my spouses cell phone. She was not home at the time and returned the text stating she would be 15 minutes late. It was I who scheduled the job and I was home when the initial text was sent. Burnett could improve ONLY by identifying a primary contact in the household for a specific job. This was such a minor issue my 5 star rating holds.This issue occurred because we often use Burnett Electric and my wife generally manages the job. It was her contact information they had on their system.Thanks to the gang at Burnett Electric.

Mike changed out the GFI plug and did some voodoo to the outlet where the coffee pot usually is and now everything is working! I consider Mike absolutely magic because electricity isnt something I understand even a little bit - only when it works and when it dosent! Working with Burnett Electric was a pleasure - very pleasant, helpful and projessional. I recommend them highly!
