I called on a Saturday afternoon and Joseph answered immediately. I explained my issue so that we could schedule an appointment but he knew instantly what the issue was and was able to assist me over the phone.I appreciated his integrity and thoughtfulness when allowing me to fix it within 10 seconds and save me a trip charge.Fantastic customer service. Will most certainly only use them from now on!

Had an issue with breaker panel. Called several companies and while nothing was wrong with them, only Joe actually talked me through some basic principle of troubleshooting and in the process, not only fixed my issue, but saved me at least $500! For that, over a phone help, I am truly grateful! Will use honest electricians like Joe again!

Wow! What great service from Joe and Jerrod! Our Solaredge inverter (installed by another company) went out, and they got on the phone with Solaredge, got a replacement and got it installed! BAM! Even more, they gave us a Case Number with Solaredge so that we can get reimbursed for the installation costs and (hopefully) extra costs to NVEnergy for electrons that our rooftop solar wasnt able to generate. Joe said that we dont have to fight the good fight alone, either. Theyre here for us. This is why you do business locally.

I am so thankful for their expertise. We had a 45 year old electrical panel. They replaced it and put in a disconnect so we can use a generator during power outages. They thoroughly explained how to use it.Staff is very friendly. The technicians are very professional and efficient. I appreciate all of them.

Joe is amazing!! We had MAJOR issues that we thought were beyond repair, stemming from a solar installation gone extremely bad.Long story short, our home (a year old home) became a fire hazard with a horrendous solar installation; breaker the continued to be faulty, which caused the death of our $4k fridge, coupled with a coffee pot that was fried in the process.Joe with TechCity came in the picture and not only rectified the issue but made it a point to check the entire home, solars install and go above and beyond to ensure we were to not have anymore issues.I would give this guy 10 stars in a heartbeat if it was an option!!Thank you so much Joe.If you, a family member, or friend is in need of an extremely quality electrician, look no further. It all began the morning of November 25th when a power pole hit my back porch roof. Thank God it didnt hit the gas meter. I called all the companies that service Silver Springs and he was the only one who could help. We were with out power for 12 days. Techcity went over and beyond helping us.
