We hired USA Bath to remove our Tun and install a walk in shower with new fixtures. They were great and our installer Paully was fantastic! He made some suggestions because this shower is specifically for our 2 young daughters and I appreciated that attention to detail. He was totally focused on the job and it was completed in the promised timeframe. Looks amazing!! -

USA Bath came out to redo our shower install. There were several areas that werent done correctly so they opted to replace the whole shower. They responded within 3 days and after ordering parts were back in 3 weeks to redo. The person they had do the redo Tim did an excellent job. He was very conscious, polite and worked very hard. -

We had a walk-in tub installed and it works great, my 83 yr old father just loves it. A few months later the hand wand hose failed, after contacting Shelly in their office about the problem, all was fixed in a timely manner and we are happy once again. Highly recommend this company. -
