My mother-in-law lives with us. She has COPD and is on 24-hr oxygen. I called Mike last week when it was 102 degrees and my AC died. He was at my house within 3 hours, had the motor on his truck that was needed and had it in within 45 minutes. Additionally, he tested my incoming lines from my condenser and discovered I was down 3 pounds in my freon. He recharged it. Turns out, with low freon, my unit was running longer and harder.
