And was extremely friendly, and, honest unlike the last guy I kick out for trying to take advantage of my dad , due to 85yrs old constructions,I ask for a receipt and declined! This Amazing guy was fast, cool headed and got the job 👍🏼 done better than any plumbers Ive seen, yet was friendly! Very responsive and reactive. I got a quote in less than an hour and repairs were scheduled for the next day, I only had to push it because I was unavailable the next day. When I rescheduled a couple of days later, the technician arrived on time and completed the repairs in the exact time that was communicated to me ahead of time. I am very satisfied with the main valve repair, looks really clean and professional. Very easy and convenient invoicing and online payment. Would recommend this company to anyone.

Had a camera inspection done with Chris for a sewer main and it went well. Chris was very patient and helpful in locating the troubled areas of the sewer. He thoroughly checked the whole sewer line and completed the job at the quoted price which I appreciated as in this day and age, there are too many contractors who try to change order or upsell unnecessary services.Would recommend them as they are transparent, reasonably priced(depends on the problem), patient, experienced, and honest with their approach to any plumbing issue you may have. Won’t name any companies(hint: ones that rely on advertising a lot), but too many of them out there who charge very high prices(or not as transparent) and the price is not always indicative of the quality.Thanks again Chris and staff.Update: Called them out for an emergency service after hours. Chris took care of the mainline stoppage and quoted a reasonable price for the emergency service. Excellent service and would continue to recommend and use them again. I would like to thank you for the service you recently provided. The emergency call that helped me recover the embarrassing item that got flushed by accident. The service provider Chris was very friendly and helpful and we retrieved the item with delight and skill. Unfortunately we had a follow up issue from where the item had stopped at the back flow valve. After a day later the back flow valve caused a back up and it required Chris to return and found the flapper stuck and repaired. Much easier to solve during the day than at night during the emergency call. Both times Chris was efficient friendly and capable. Again we were and are very please with the services received. My only concern is the total cost for the services provided. I understand the first call was emergency and at night and the other call was related. The service mainly consisted of snaking 20 feet taking the cover off back flow and removing item. The toilet had already been remove. The next call was for taking off the flipper. I know things are getting expensive but i have a hard time with the total cost for this simple project. Yes time is money but we are on a fixed income and seniors. It will take a long time to recover. You are still are go to plumber and we appreciated your response time, Chris and overall service. Thank You Again.Tom & Carol Benson

All Purpose Plumbing did a great job on my shower repair. The first time they came out, they detected a problem with the outside plumbing that was possibly causing the inside issues. The second time they came, they replaced my shower valve, head, and knobs. They did an amazing job, especially considering that my shower is tile. It looks and works better than it did the first time. They were very professional, friendly, and honest, answering all my questions. They also worked with my schedule, which helped me tremendously. I highly recommend them and will use them again.

Chris went above and beyond, working later into the evening than he expected to, and had a great attitude and sense of humor! Our water shutoff valve had broken in the off position, leaving us with no water to the whole house. He wanted to get us our water back, which is why he worked later than he expected to. Notified my landlord of my leaky faucet in kitchen and bathroom & he scheduled All Purpose Plumbing to come out that same day. I received a message from Chris, the plumber that he was on his way, around the same time my landlord mentioned I should expect service. Chris was friendly and very helpful. He stated my faucets were very old and he would hook me up with brand new faucets, which I was over the moon, because all though I knew the faucets were very old I didnt know I was going to be fortunate to receive 2 brand new ones. Chris told me he would be back that Thursday afternoon and he was back as promised and made my dad installing the new faucets. Chris was professional (he cleaned up after himself, he took care of his customers), he was also prompt and friendly. You usually dont get to experience all 3 of those characteristics in a service man.

Bob is a total professional! During my first Memorial Day back from my 6th military deployment, I had friends and family over to enjoy Memorial Day together. Unfortunately, my sprinkler system ruptured underground and my front lawn started to flood. Being I was unfamiliar with how to stop my front lawn/house from being flooded I secure the water to my house (no showers/flushing/sinks/etc...). I called several other plumbers with no response or call back. Then I called All Purpose Plumbing on short notice.Bob answered heard my problem and said that he would come out. Bob not only fixed my problem but he also showed me how in the future if something similar was to happen, where my homes isolation valves were. This way I can stop water issues while maintaining water to my house. All Purpose Plumbing is now at the top of my contact list for any and all water issues. We were appreciative of on-time service and impressed with Bob’s detailed application of his experience and know-how of doing major upgrade installations and adjustments in three bathrooms, a kitchen, garage, and outside: two new bathroom sinks and matching faucet sets, one new bathtub faucet set and showerhead, one new faucet set and garbage disposer, re-installation of toilet tank along with adjustments, new water lines, and angle stops. All old fixtures (heavy sinks and old faucets) were removed for disposal off premises. Bob also flushed the hot water heater and, on his advice, installed a new pressure valve and hose bib outside. It was obvious that Bob takes pride in his work: he always left areas worked on clean and neat. He and his office manager were always professionally friendly. They were extremely friendly and cleaned up all messes. One thing that will keep me as a returning customer, is that they unclogged my bath tab for NO additional charge. Also, I was given a military discount too! I would recommend All Purpose Plumbing to anybody! They were great!

I had flooding in my backyard and bathroom. I called All Purpose Plumbing and Bob came out right away. I expected these jobs to cost a lot, but they didnt. He fixed both very quickly. He also explained to me what had happened and what to look for if another leak occurs. He made me feel confident that he was being truthful. Thank you Bob!

Bob is amazing! We had a very small plumbing problem that turned into a major problem all because we could not a 2 foot piece of pex pipe! we called every plumbing and building supply place within a 200 mile radius. Not one placed carried the pipe we needed. Worse yet when the other places said they did not carry it basically said NO and hung up! Not Bob! He said that he did not carry the pipe we needed but he would do some searching and try and find it. At first we thought ok sure. He literally search for hours until he found it!!!! Bob called us back several times to update us on his search.Bob went way above and beyond in customer service. He is a true humanitarian. Whats more he did not make a penny on this and he didnt even know us. . We would have never been able to fix our plumbing issue and we had no running water until it was fixed. If we ever have any kind of plumbing issue again we will not go any where else except All Purpose Plumbing!
